• Humberto (8/5): Better hotel than the first one - The staff all the receptionist where very kind and nice specially the one who recieves us in the check in that i don’t remember her name and also fazima that was that help us with the check out. Rooms are nice in decorations and style. First they ask us for a change of room and they have us a smaller one. Second but we didn’t like the bathroom of the room to small and gets all wet and the floor gets flooded, so the rooms gets a musty smell.

• TAO (1/5): - 酒店标识很不清晰，位置不准确，按照地址找了很久都找不到。酒店卫生很差，充斥猫狗的屎味。开始给我一间房间，在一个住宅楼的一楼，房间味道很重，楼层居然是木板的，楼上住户走路的声音都很清晰传来。我要求换房间，服务员骗我说没有别的房间了。后来我坚持，就换到了个楼上的房间，但是新的房间体验也很差。房间设施老旧，房间只是隔离了墙，没有封闭房间天面，可以清晰听到隔壁的声音。强烈不建议住这个酒店。

• 72dane (6/5): It was very noisy and so I had trouble sleeping thru the night. - It was very noisy and so I had trouble sleeping thru the night. That was pretty disruptive for my trip. The rooms must be very close together or the sound not handled well in that type of complex. I heard a lot od neighbor action in the night. The hotel overall was small feeling. Nice though otherwise.

• Annelies (10/5): Genoten in het hart van de stad. - Wij hadden een fantastisch verblijf. Bij het inchecken werden we onmiddellijk zeer warm onthaald waardoor we ons direct thuis voelden. Het personeel deed zijn uiterste best om al onze vragen te beantwoorden en was zeer behulpzaam. We hebben ontzettend genoten van het uitgebreid en vers ontbijt. Het was fijn geweest voor deze prijs om dagelijks een flesje water te krijgen op de kamer i.p.v. enkel bij aankomst.

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Welcomed by Adriana who shared all her insights in the city as if we were the first tourists she talked to. Clean and classy modern room. Quiet at night. • Anna (8/5): Un séjour agréable grâce à l’emplacement idéal, malgré quelques points à améliorer. - Belle chambre, bien décorée et confortable. L’emplacement est idéal : tout peut se faire à pied, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Il n’y a pas de noir complet dans la chambre, même en fermant tout, ce qui est dommage pour dormir. Le petit-déjeuner est très moyen et la salle est exiguë. De plus, il faut sortir de l’hôtel pour accéder à la salle du petit-déjeuner, ce qui est un peu surprenant. La chambre est agencée de manière un peu particulière avec des escaliers un peu partout, et l’établissement n’est pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

No solo se oían los aires las 24 horas, sino también al vecino cuando orinaba (tanto de día como de noche).
• Alex (10/5): Fantastic hotel, if returning to Rome I'd absolutely stay here. - Location excellent. Warm welcome from staff (Daniela and Nino in particular). Very accommodating when we arrived earlier than planned. Extremely clean and spacious room. Air conditioning didn't seem to be working but wasn't too much of a problem as wasn't too warm outside. Could maybe be a problem in warmer months of the year.

• Josh (7/5): Great hotel - A cool hotel with easy access to local sites. Modern and comfortable rooms with giant shower! We had a power outage leaving us with no lights or AC which took several hours to address. At one point they were going to move us to another hotel as they couldn’t get a service person to come. The first person we were dealing with finished his shift and just left passing in no information when he did. We had to then follow up with the new concierge and after another few hours we tracked down the electrical fault and fixed it (I work in construction) Nothing other than an apology was the end result
