Ian (9/5): Enjoyable stay in central location - We ended up staying at the Heritage next door to the Richmond. When we arrived at the Richmond the Car park was full and the reception staff offered us a king room in their adjoining property. Comfortable bed and great location opposite the RSL

Lester (10/5): Will use this motor inn again. - Clean, central location. Close to the Tamar Street bus station and many food options. Quiet. Free parking if you have a car. Nothing. Great overnight stop over.

Barry (7/5): Sorta happy ! - Mainly the location as we'de heard so much about the huge RSL & it's Dining & it's directly opposite ! Photos of the unit showed a sofa bed which wasn't in the room 😫 Also TV, you'de expect Kayo would be accessible without having some how sign in, also Netflx the same thing, grrrr. The old fashioned shower taps very hard to adjust & temperature fluctuates which is a shame in a modernized shower ? Noises talking outside at 5.45am which is not the propiters fault ! So, being Motel jumpers its dear for what it is & next time we visit Ballina for the RSL we'de rather pay $10 more next door "Same owners" for $50 better unit 🤔

Greg (10/5): Top spot to stay. - The staff went out of their way to assist with my stay. The location is brilliant for getting around Ballina as it is located bang smack in the middle of the town. Im a pensioner, so money is very tight. A pension discount would have been great.

Great central location in Ballina Advertised as having an outdoor swimming pool. No it doesn't. I've stayed in places with a bigger bathtub. If you can't swim in it it is not a 'swimming-pool'! Call it an un-heated, un-bubbled, outdoor spa to be more accurate. Your Photos of the pool on the listing are also deliberately deceptive! Anyone can check out my photo and be the judge! Also advertised as having a 'Spa and wellness centre'. Hmmm? Erm, where is this? Do you mean the Thai massage place over the road that is clearly not anything to do with the motel! I don't mind NOT having these facilities, but don't lie about having them because then I feel conned, and you get a bad review!

Mark (8/5): Quiet comfortable room - The room was quiet and clean, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on at a motel. The hotel is located across the road from the RSL and close to shops and restaurants. The decor was a little dated and there was no safe in the room. The pool is quite small and seems like an afterthought in the corner of the carpark.

Christine (8/5): I would definitely stay and recommend staying here, the rooms are clean, comfortable and plenty of eateries close by for - It was just a walk across the street to the RSL where we were having a reunion, very handy, and not have to worry about driving. Inconsistent wifi, is the only thing I can say I had trouble with.
