Fabulous breakfast.
Sizzling chicken was the best we tasted.
Reception staff and all other staff were cheerful at all times.
A big thank you to Kelly for her thoughfullness .We were soaked through after getting caught in a downpower.Kelly brought a radiator to our room to enable us to dry our clothes.
10 out of 10 for everything about this hotel and staff.
Highly recommend it. The short stay.

When we arrived, we were met with a very happy face and greeting,This was the case with all staff in our entire stay.
The room and bathroom itself was nicely refurbed, modern look.
The bed very comfortable and clean.
The meals were superb both in the evening and the breakfast also. I think the carpet in the bedroom could do with a change, I could get a little fusty smell.
- James (8/5): Would not book for Monday night - Friendly reception (Kelly) who was helpful and knowledgeable and where to eat as hotel kitchen is closed on a Monday Restaurant closed on a Monday

Staff very pleasant. Bathroom window would NOT open.
Bathroom floor dirty.
- Helen (1/5): Don’t go there! - The staff Everything. Reprobates and smokers at the door. Barbed wire on the fences around the parking lot. Ancient and not updated. No elevators, no AC and one of the rooms smelled of sewage. It was awful!!!!
There were drinks all night outside the window and it was stifling hot.
The staff tried to do their best but it wasn’t enough. We endured one night and left.
Booking.com or any other third party seller should never use this hotel. The reviews are false and it was truly an awful experience aside form the comp drinks while they tried to reduce the smell in the room.

- Billy (6/5): Bed great, breakfast not so much. - The room was very nice. Breakfast was poor. We handed back the coffee and asked for tea. It was dreadful. It seems like the same pots are used for both. There was a walk in menu which offered Americanos etc. I can't see why this wouldn't be given to guests.
- Karolina (5/5): W podobnej cenie nasi znajomi w tym samym hotelu , mieli pokój o lepszym standardzie . - Personel był bardzo przyjazny i pomocny ! Pleśń na suficie w łazience i w sypialni , poplamione zasłony . Niedziałający grzejnik w łazience i kontakty w sypialni .

- Christopher (10/5): - Staff, especially the girls at reception where very friendly

- Eric (9/5): Arrived saturday afternoon we needed to have a 7am Sunday breakfast which was organised. We were then offered a room upg - Easy to find very helpful staff. Internal decor was very well presented since a recent refurbishment. Food & prices were comparable with other NI places we had stayed at. Too much grey panels in the rear garden area.
- Cade (10/5): Excellent value for money - Everything. Wonderful welcome, actively wanting to help in any way possible. Faultless
- Charles (10/5): We would stay there again… service was excellent food-delicious!!! - The name of the hotel is absolutely appropriate because the staff are quite an efficient, and genuinely friendly crew and treat guests like royalty. No A/C
Otherwise everything super clean and comfortable
- Amanda (9/5): Nice place to stay, room was good, food and staff lovely, with parking. - Breakfast was lovely, good location, easy to find, parking was good. Evening meals lovely with nice bar. Would be nice to have air conditioning in the room, but a fan was provided so that was good.
- Joseph (8/5): Very good - Staff were u real friendly - could not be more helpful
- Samantha (10/5): Exceptional - Everything Nothing
- Hugh (9/5): Superb - This is a very clean, well maintained hotel (cleaned the windows while we were there). The staff and in particular the reception staff were very friendly and helpfull with information about Cookstown. Nothing that I disliked
- Mccaughan (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (10/5): Great staff. I could not fault them. Was there for work in Cookstown. I'll be back soon. - All Staff where amazing.
Very helpful.
Big bed.
Bar was great too.
Food there was super and so was the breakfast.
Mini fridge was great as I ask for it .
My room was overlooking the road.
No noise at all.
Free car park also is great Room was a touch small but fine.
Needs a small refresh around the heater.
- John (10/5): Welcoming comfort - A very well appointed hotel with good public areas and a restaurant with a solid nourishing menu. The whole has been refurbished to a high standard of comfort and the bedrooms and beds were excellent. The greatest asset though is the staff: warm, welcoming and helpful. There was some confusion about a twin bedded room (almost certainly my mistake) and they went out of their way to resolve the problem cheerfully. It was a great first introduction to Northern Ireland. Generous portions in the dining room too. It's not surprising it us highly regarded locally All was good.
- Simon (9/5): very nice -
- Elizabeth (8/5): Very good -
- Ruth (8/5): Great size family room - The bacon and soda bread was delicious
- Scott (8/5): Very good -
- John (10/5): Had the best time . - Everything .
Marie Nothing
