Also, the transport is very convenient that it only takes few mins to go to China town and Flinders street station. The room is very tidy and neat. The kitchen and the washing mashing are well functioned.

- Tiff (10/5): Great experience - Very convenience which is near train and tram station. It is also very near to lots of restaurants and convenience stores. Cozy and clean rooms, also very helpful when I have problems with the washing machine.

- Merlyn (8/5): Great place to stay - Very good place and conveniently located to the tram station. Choices of food places was also wonderful. We had an incident when the smoke detector went off and we contacted the property manager . Elsa was fast to respond and when the alarm went off again , she came to the apartment to help resolve it. If I go to Melbourne again , surely will stay ther again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): The apartments were in a central location - We were a group of 4 and had a 2bedroom apartment. The double beds were small. It was quite a compact area sharing the 1 bathroom. It was probably a bit small for the 4 of us. Not enough lounge space. If it is only for a day or 2 it’s okay but I think you’d need a bigger place for 4 people to be comfortable. The location was great, close to trams and Melbourne Central. We only had 1 key which was a bit restrictive as it was required to get back into the building.
