Ors le taxi ne s’est présenté même si le réceptionniste me disait que ce n était qu’une question de minutes. À 4h un taxi bleu m a pris en charge pour partir à la recherche d un autre taxi ayant accès à l aéroport. Toute une frousse…
- Dianne (10/5): - Given a warm welcome, we immediately felt comfortable in this hotel. A stunning reception area and well appointed rooms. Comfortable beds in generous sized rooms. Lovely view of the ocean. Great! Terrace provided wonderful views. Breakfast was delicious with good variety. Importantly for me - good, hot coffee!! Fabulous location to the major sights and souks. Loved our stay here and would highly recommend.

O ponto negativo é o tempo que a água do chuveiro demora para esquentar. Café da manhã na média dos demais hóteis que fiquei no Marrocos. Gostei muito da Medina de Rabat, bem mais que a de Marrakesh.

- Juan (8/5): - The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was simple and pleasant and decorated in a more traditional style (no carpets) rather than a modern style. The breakfast was excellent. My only complaint is that there was very little hot water, almost none.

The breakfast provided is also decent with breads/jams/fruits and tea coffee etc. Support staff helped us from time to time as needed. Cons: Hotel is getting very old with oldish rooms. With renovation to the hotel and terrace restaurant, this has the potential to become a prime property.

- CL (10/5): - I'd say this hotel is among the best accommodation during my two-week stay in Morocco. I was given very detailed advice about things to see around Ait Ben Haddou. The owner even hand-wrote a little map showing all points of interest. Lunch and dinner were absolutely delicious. Highly recommended~~

Rooms provided with lots of lovely little accessories i.e. for bathroom, snacks, juices etc plus addition of fridge and kettle. Overall a most enjoyable stay and would consider staying again. Only downside was that they don't serve dinner.

- CC (10/5): Budget Riad near Kasbah - The hotel is located at the edge of old Medina, vehicles can park outside the hotel so it is very convenient. Kasbah of the Udayas is just opposite to the hotel (5min walk) and 15min walk to the centre of the old Medina. The hotel staffs were nice, however, speak very little English. The staffs were friendly and reliable, when I asked about the taxi fare and distance from the sightseeing spots, their information was mostly accurate. This is the only Riad with a lift among the 4 different Riads I stayed during my trip. The room is spacious, beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean, water pressure of shower head is good and no drain blockage. I would recommend this hotel if you are going to Rabat.

Pillow & bed uncomfortable. Overall not worth the cost. We slept very little over our 2 nights there due to issues above.

Not the typical European style hotel, so don't expect the same. It's an old establishment, from 1918, with a great history and great architecture and interior art decorations, really original. This is a hotel with personality, so if you're looking for something original, I highly recommend it. Oh, and the location is great.

- Curtis (8/5): Excellent Location - Hotel is close to everything, which is great as no taxi is required to move around the city sites. Visit the Kasbah, Souk (Medina) and even walk to the city center. The staff was friendly, understanding, and very helpful when we had questions. My wife and I had to check out @ 5:00 a.m. in order to make a flight and the hotel staff setup a taxi which was waiting outside; including having a staff member available for checkout. Taxi price was pre-negotiated, making it stress free. Breakfast was simple with fruit, tea, coffee, yogurt, and varying breakfast rolls (crescents, etc). Highly recommend spending additional time on the rooftop lookout, a great view of the city and ocean.

Stocked and complimentary bar fridge, wonderful stall and central location. Breakfast was amazing with fruit, yogurt various beads, fresh orange juice and more. Wish I had booked another day just to enjoy the hotel and suite.
