Guest Reviews

- Christine (7/5): - Car was inhouse
- Frederic (6/5): A place to sleep for a night - Location.
Probably the best accommodation in the area. The rooms are definitely not soundproof — we could hear our neighbor’s loud music in the morning.
Both the room and the bed were quite small.
The parking area is limited and felt cramped with the five vehicles parked there.
Breakfast was rather basic compared to others we’ve had in Peru, but still acceptable overall.
- Riddhi (6/5): Pleasant -
- Anna (4/5): Not worth that kind of money, but you don't have too much choice there - clean and modern hotel for that area The room was too cold, there was a problem with hot water, and the toilet was clogged. We waited a very long time for breakfast, almost an hour. The breakfast was served for 2 people, but we had 3.
- Sonia (7/5): Good - Even if it was low season they manage to make us breakfast, the location is great and they have a private parking There were ants in the rooms
- Ian (7/5): Good -
- Esther (5/5): Very poor service - It was quiet Staff were very unhelpful, they didn't seem to have our booking. Didn't try to communicate and charged more than booking.com. Swimming pool was empty, no explanation. Breakfast was due to be served at 7 but there were empty tables and no one appeared until 7.15. Would not recommend this hotel, very poor
- Stephen (8/5): Easy to find, plenty of parking space, quiet and very reasonable rate. - This is the nicest hotel in Chalahuanka and well located a short walk to the center. Likes the tranquility and the staff are very helpful . Some confusion over a couple that stayed earlier in the week and did not pay.
- Raimonds (7/5): Good - Good location, good parking, nice view from balcony. Didnt have hot water. Cold in room and not enough bedsheets. Breakfast was average. Almost no electrical sockets.
- Weiss (6/5): Pleasant -
- José (4/5): Hotel only for a stop between Nasca and Cusco - Location and clean room for a night stay on the way between Nazca and Cusco. Also that they have parking. Only play in cash, it’s cold overnight and there is no hot water.
- Kathleen (7/5): Good -
- Antony (2/5): - We turned up. They never had an Expedia booking with us in their. system. We called expedia twice but they were unable to contact the hotel. So Expedia failed us completely. No booking. So beware if you book this hotel via expedia that your booking will not be in its system.
The hotel looked quite dirty. We were showed one room where the running water did not work. A second room also failed running water
- Christopher (8/5): Good choice in Chalhuanca. - New. Nice. Nice bathroom, big, hot shower!
Nice restaurant, very good breakfast. Room was a bit small
- Riccardoforte (8/5): A very good hotel for a one-night stay, but double check your reservation. - If you drive from Nazca to Ollantaytambo, this is a very good hotel to stay overnight. It is quite, clean, with a decent restaurant with good service. The parking lot is small, but safe. The staff is a bit rude. They told us that they couldn't find our reservation, but that they had a room for us anyway. Better double check by phone your reservation before arriving, because there not other decent hotels to stay in town. They were supposed to receive credit card, but we had to pay cash. You have to climb several stairs to your room from the entrance or the parking lot and nobody help you.
- Tania (10/5): My dog and I were received with so much Love, even got soup delivered to the room after a long drive from Lima. Absolute - Beautiful place in between Nasca and Cusco.
- Nikoletta (8/5): great stay for the night to Cusco. - The staff was so helpful and friendly. They helped me with my flat tire. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. There was on site parking for my car. The place was easy to find. The water to take a shower was barely warm. Ants in the bathroom. Cash only upon checkout. I was lucky I had the cash. Otherwise I would’ve had to hunt down an ATM machine in a small town.
- Stephanus (7/5): Good hotel, but as of May 2023 they do not accept credit cards in spite of their claim to do so! - The hotel itself was very nice. The location is great and there's a wonderful Ceviche and Trucha restaurant about 2 mins walk from there. They claim online and on site that they accept credit cards. However, the hotel was taken over by new management a while back and under the new management they still don't support credit card payments. The staff directs you to an ATM nearby if you don't have cash on-hand, and withdrawing cash is around US$5 in fees. So add that to the bill thanks to their dishonesty about accepting credit cards.
- Sheri (7/5): A unique property for it's location. - For such a small village the place was nice and unique. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and the coffee was really good! The pet deer was adorable. Couldn't get the hot water to work and the rooms were a little cold, had to get extra blankets.
- Łukasz (8/5): Very good - Nice garden Staff was not helpful
