- Yukie U (8/5): - スタッフのサービスはよかったです。さすが星のやさんです。二つだけ改善点をお伝えします。お部屋のお風呂と内風呂の温度がぬるすぎて楽しめませんでした。海外のお客様のためかもしれませんが全然温まりませんでした。あとはお点前､担当の方からお菓子とお茶を交互にいただくのは流儀に反するとあとでこんこんと批判されました。私は自分の流儀が一番なのでと説教､素敵な楽しい気分は台無しでした。今後は流儀を気にしない一般のお客相手ということを理解して望んでほしいです。批判はもってのほかです。あとのサービススタッフの神楽､お酒と温泉のパック､夕食時のサーバさんとの会話などは素晴らしかったです。

- Han Chi Emily (6/5): 服務及設備 - 1. 租住2天，出遊18:00回來、房間竟然沒有打掃執拾，只將毛巾用品放在門口 2. 房間沒有膠袋或laundry bag 3. 沒有放置小膠袋/籃子讓客人攜帶浴品衣物去公眾溫泉浸浴 4. 沒有高級酒店必備的瓶裝水供應
- Chen-Hua (10/5): - 在這邊住宿是很棒的體驗。住在有故事的整修維護良好的設施中，從入住開始就有各種活動可以體驗當地的文化與物產，工作人員殷勤地提供各種服務。在豐盛的晚餐之後，還有看似有適才見過面的工作人員參演其中的袖珍神樂演出。 溫泉的部分，房間的溫泉浴地環境幽美，大浴場也是非常雅致。 非常推薦大家到這裡來體驗。
