Comfortable bedroom and very good ensuite shower room, excellent lighting and good provision and positioning of power points, which is often not the case in many hotels. Excellent breakfast and exceptionally good restaurant with superb dishes at reasonable prices.

- Fabienne (8/5): Le site est magnifique, hôtel superbe - Hôtel magnifiquement bien situé. Juste un soucis sur le personnel lors du repas du soir. La serveuse parlait très fort ce qui est perturbant pour les autres tables. Service un peu long.

Pleines d'options de restauration et proximité des points de randonnées. Inconvénients: parking (pas de parking hôtel, peu de places gratuites, aucune information donnée sur le parking au préalable, on a eu une amende de stationnement !), bruyant (les gens font la fête dans les rues devant l'hôtel jusqu'à tard dans a nuit), douche (baignoire mais pas de quoi fixer la pomme de douche sur le mur), restaurant (bon mais cher et service pas très aimable). Sinon, très bien - et parfait si vous voyagez avec un chien (surcoût 12€/nuit)

L'agencement de la chambre "standard" n'est pas pratique : toillette d'un côté du lit, salle de bain de l'autre, impossible de baisser la température du chauffe serviette (brulant). Penderie arrivant au dessus de la tablette de service. Pour 86€ mi-septembre on pourrait s'attendre à une chambre plus confortable. Le restaurant est bien mais la déco en soirée est atroce avec des lumières de toutes les couleurs partout qui change l'aspect des plats.

- Jean luc (10/5): Un hôtel où l’on se sent bien ! - Nous garderons mon ami et moi un très bon souvenir de la nuit passée dans cet hôtel. En effet, très bon accueil à notre arrivée, chambre confortable où rien ne manquait avec une jolie vue sur la mer. Nous avions décidé de dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel et nous n’avons pas regretté notre choix, du haut niveau avec un très bon rapport qualité /prix. Nous recommandons +++ cet établissement !

- Till (6/5): Ganz ok, aber auch nicht mehr - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an der Restaurantmeile am Hafen. Zimmer war grundsätzlich ok und sauber, es schien vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert worden zu sein. Aber es war für zwei Personen schon sehr eng, und es gab z.B. kaum Möglichkeiten, seine Sachen zu verstauen. Gemessen am hohen Preis war die Unterkunft dann doch etwas grenzwertig. Wir wohnten im dritten Stock unter der Dachschräge. Der Straßenlärm war dadurch gedämmt, sodass man bei leicht geöffnetem Fenster schlafen konnte. Personal und Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Es gibt viele kostenlose Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Hotelnähe, aber man muss Glück haben, sonst muss man eben ein paar hundert Meter gehen. Wir hatten den Hund dabei, dies war völlig unproblematisch. Wer den Trubel der Hafenmeile meiden möchte, findet direkt hinterm Hotel kleine Gassen, die Oasen der Ruhe sind. Geht man etwas weiter, kommt man hinein in fantastische Dünenlandschaften mit spektakulären Ausblicken.

- carolBuffalo (4/5): No Way Is This Even Close to a 3-Star Hotel - Desk clerk young lady when we checked in was nice, but that was the end of good service that day. The room was satisfactory, but just satisfactory. Not overly clean, linens looked pretty beat. Entrance way to hotel (lobby would be an inappropriate descriptor of this narrow, crowded, dank space) looked tired, haggard, with & stacked with boxes (not to mention the flooded floors from a leaking tube running 70 meters from the bay, across the quai into the hotel entrance into a lobster tank for the hotel’s restaurant). Was nice there was a clean and roomy lift. When we departed the hotel to walk about 1/2 hour after checking in, a different middle-aged woman was on the desk. We waited 3 or 4 minutes for her to complete a phone conversation, and at no time while we stood at the desk did she look at us or say she would be with us soon. Totally unacceptable and just plain rude. I think she was a manager, & if I’m correct, that’s really too bad as there is no hope for this place at all. We think Expedia should re-evaluate this hotel’s 3-star rating. We have stayed in at least 300 hotel rooms, mostly 3-stars, & this hotel is not at all comparable to other French 3-star hotels (such the one we stayed in the previous 4 nights & the 2 we stayed in on each of the following 2 days nights. It’s not a dump, but less than expected in every way (except the availability of a lift).
