• Esther (8/5): Prima kleinschalig hostel met een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding - Kleinschalig hostel. Makkelijk te vinden. Dichtbij de metro, je bent snel in het stadscentrum. Gordijntjes om de bedden zijn fijn, ze geven je net iets meer privacy. Heerlijk balkon. Bed was opgemaakt bij aankomst, schone handdoek lag klaar. Matras sliep erg goed. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is prima en het ontvangst was erg vriendelijk. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Sofia kom ik zeker terug! Als ik een verbeterpunt zou moeten noemen: Ik miste een lampje boven het bed. (Ik dacht dat ik die wel gezien had op de foto’s) Verder is er 1 badkamer voor 2 slaapzalen, waar ook de wc is. Het is druk ‘s ochtends vroeg waardoor de badkamer veel bezet is. Het kan dus zijn dat je even moet wachten, wees daar op voorbereid.. :)

• Jacqueline (10/5): 10 Points for 10 coins - Außergewöhnlich waren auf den ersten Blick die freundliche Begrüßung und Sauberkeit. Das Hostel ist liebevoll gestaltet. Vorhänge am Bett sorgen im gemischten Zimmer für Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber mit der Metro ist man schnell im Zentrum. In der Küche ist alles an Ausstattung vorhanden. Im Innenhof oder auf der Terrasse kann man abends gut sitzen. Obwohl Hostel sind eher keine Jugendlichen die Gäste, sondern Arbeiter oder Urlauber ab 30. Lebensmittel und billa sind schnell zu erreichen.

Near the metro and there's supermarket and restaurants 5, 10 minutes walk in a quiet neighborhood There's some dodgy characters staying there, those that talk on the phone at 2am but the big downside of this place is the family that lives/rents the top floor. The kids keep running around all day long and part of the night. It's impossible to get some rest during the day till late. You simply can hear everything. Very disappointing

• Anouk (8/5): - L'auberge est très bien située lorsque l'on vient en voiture car elle est très proche du métro qui conduit dans le centre en quelques stations. Ce qui est appréciable aussi est de ne pas avoir de lit superposé. Et la chambre est spacieuse, la cuisine aussi, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. La terrasse également. Pas de lumière individuelle au-dessus du lit. L'auberge est bien propre sauf quelques petits détails. Mais surtout, la famille à l'étage au-dessus des chambres est très bruyante, jusque parfois très tard le soir !

• Michaela (7/5): - Staff was super friendly and nice. Price is cheap. I liked that there are curtains around the bed so there is a privacy. Also someone gave thought to the fact that people want to charge their phones, so there are sockets near every bed. One bathroom/toilet for two dorm rooms. There were some children running in the attic making noise untill midnight. Overall space seems half done and not much cozy.

• Nigel 'Steff' (9/5): Lovely place, great staff, a short hop from the centre - come here! - Ok folks, this is just a lovely place to stay, small and homely, good beds and a choice of heavy spare blankets and the staff simply cannot do enough for you. Ten Coins Hostels seems a bit self-consciously aware that it's not bang in the middle of town, and puts up various disclaimers to thst effect. But actually it is just a few minutes away and 2 or 3 stops on the Metro - I found it quick and near effortless getting to downtown Sofia. It is also well located by a main road, tram stop, Metro station and a neighbourhood with shops, bars, burher shacks, restaurants plus a couple of useful supermarkets. Though some of it looks a bit 'Societ era) I found it a friendly and pretty safe neighbourhood The rooms were spacious and a bit old fashooned with wooden beds and plenty of hooks to hang stuff plus a verandah onto the street. It isnt cramped and there is a cupboard with plenty spare quilts and blankets if it gets cokd Each of the 2 floors has a full proper kitchen and a good toilet and shower in a spacious bathroom - has washing machines too. I found the staff and owners could not do enough to be helpful and welcoming and I would come here again. No negatives to report really, its small and friendly. Most people there are working nearby or are semsible seasoned travellers. Occasionally you get noise from neighbours bit there are plenty signs stressing quiet after 10pm and its normally well respected

• Gnay (2/5): - The location was good, not far from the supermarket, free parking near the park, fast food restaurant open until midnight, internet was fast, a cute orange cat at the reception, friendly and welcoming owner. The mattress was quite thin and worn, could feel the springs underneath. I paid for a dorm, so I had low expectations, but cleanliness is a minimum. I was unpleasantly surprised the next day to find several insect bites on my legs. They use black/brown bed sheets, and the pillow had an unpleasant odor.
• Aleksei (10/5): Мне понравилось - Прекрасный хостел , внимательный персонал, никаких проблем с заселением не возникло, есть все необходимое.Комната в которой я проживал неделю даже оборудована двумя столами с офисными креслами, что очень удобно для тех кто работает за ноутбуком, рядом есть метро, причем цены на проезд очень демократичные, можно добраться до любой части города, тихое и уютное место. Десять и десяти и процветания в таком нелёгком бизнесе.

• pcogotzi (8/5): Punto d'appoggio economico a Sofia per visitare la città. - La struttura si trova abbastanza vicino alla fermata della metropolitana e del tram da cui raggiungere il centro. Non è nuovissima però la pulizia è più che accettabile, la camera è abbastanza ampia per 4 posti letto dotati di tenda separè, letto comodo. Wi-fi disponibile in tutte le aree con buona affidabilità. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Considerato il prezzo, è una soluzione accettabile per chi è abituato a soggiornare negli ostelli. Gli spazi comuni dell'ostello non sono molto curati e manca una zona ricreativa, inoltre gli utensili da cucina sono piuttosto vecchi e andrebbero sostituiti.

• Sergey (3/5): Шок от отзывов на booking и реального проживания. Чувствуем себя обманутыми. - Хорошее расположение. Размещение в сарае с общим туалетом, где замачивают белье, стирают, моют посуду ночью соседи. Ресепшен находится на кухне, где готовят еду и сушат белье.Ужасный запах и грязь. Во дворе прокисшая еда для котов. Всю ночь бегали коты, срабатывали датчики света. Оценка 9.2 нахально завышена, цена 25 евро просто грабёж. Не попадайтесь на обман.

• Yauheni (10/5): Friendly and nice hostel in the centre of Sofia - This hostel is very nice, I liked it. It is situated in the centre of Sofia, not far from Railway and Central Bus Station - just 2 metro stations from it. The hostel is clean and tidy, everything is kept in order and clean, there is regular cleaning. The staff at reception and owner are friendly person, willing to help. There is everything for comfort stay - washing machines, microwave, fryer pans, plates, electric oven. Everything is perfect, I recommend the hostel Nothing

• Hubert (6/5): Good value for the money but some issues - The bathrooms were clean. Staff is very helpful. Location is close to Subway and a supermarket. But not close to the city center. The dishes in the kitchen weren't very clean. This might have been from previous guests who didn't clean well. The walls of our room were very thin. Our neighbor, who seemed to be a permanent resident, was quite loud at night. First day until 3 in the morning and second day until midnight.
