Guest Reviews
- John (8/5): - Nicely renovated quirky interesting hotel in an older building. Had several short stairs and a walk between lobby and room (out on the street) that was difficult with large suitcases. Excellent breakfast. Accommodating staff.
- Gro (10/5): Nydelig - Et fantastisk rom. Meget god service.
- Ali (10/5): - Everything was perfect.
- Natalie (6/5): - Like: nicely decorated, clean, air con a must and appreciated greatly when returning to the room after being out.
Staff were friendly esp at checkout.
Didn’t like: no working or useful lifts.
Didn’t see that check in was in a separate building. Whilst not an issue as such, some signage at the other property to state this would’ve helped.
Air con was noisy and had to be switched off, not ideal in 35 degree heat. The same for the mini bar, it was noisy.
- Edward (10/5): - This hidden little gem is located in the heart of Trieste, it's very convenient and charming.
- DAVID (10/5): - Awesome property. Large nicely apportioned room with excellent air conditioning. Great location with comfortable bed. Welcome beverages and friendly staff. Will be staying these on my next trip.
- DAVID (10/5): - Best room on our three-week trip. Should be a 4 star. The name describes it and doesn't disappoint. Great large room, staff, bed and air conditioning. Couldn't ask for more.
- ASHA (8/5): - good
Camera molto pulita e silenziosa, personale molto cortese.
Ottimo riferimento
- Grant (10/5): - Great service
- ivan (4/5): - Forvm Luxury Experience: where the "luxury" is in the name, not the experience. Imagine booking a hotel room, only to find out the "hotel" is more of a scavenger hunt. You arrive at a nondescript building, navigate your way to a reception-slash-café-slash-restaurant, and after checking in, you're whisked away to a completely different building a few blocks away. It's like they took the concept of "separate checks" and applied it to their property layout.
The rooms? They're fine—if your idea of luxury is Motel 6 with a sprinkle of artistic flair in the hallways. Yes, the decor around the floor is nice, but the rooms themselves are as standard as they come. No plush robes, no fancy toiletries, not even a hint of opulence. It's like they spent their entire budget on the lobby and forgot about the actual guest experience.
The staff? Incredibly kind and eager to help, but also a bit green. One of the "bellhops" even confessed she had just started working there a few days prior. It's charming in a way, but also a reminder that this place is more "luxury training wheels" than "luxury experience."
All in all, it's not a bad place to stay—just don't let the name fool you. If you're expecting five-star indulgence, you might want to look elsewhere. But if you're okay with a quirky, slightly disjointed setup and friendly (if inexperienced) service, it might just do the trick.
- Carol (8/5): - The staff made our arraignments for a very early taxi pickup for the airport. They were very helpful.
- Michele (10/5): - Tutto ok!
- Michele (10/5): - Personale molto disponibile ed accogliente!
- Izzy (10/5): - Friendly staff, very clean room a central location
- Nicola (6/5): - I would not recommend this location for a solo traveler. My room was not in the main building. It was located on the 2nd floor of a residential building. Entering at night or early morning was pretty dark in the hallways outside of the Forvm hall.
Rooms are clean and very spacious with unique decor.
Walking distance to just about everything you'd want to see in Trieste.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Tolles Hotel, zentral gelegen, sehr freundliches Personal, hervorragendes Frühstück zu gutem Preis.
- Sylvia (10/5): in tolles Hotel Hipp, super sauber, perfekt!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Good hotel about 10 minute walk from main "water" attractions. Planty of restaurants around including some right by. Breakfast is €10 and well worth it. Hotel is split into two on opposite sides of street. The entrances appear as normal houses with buzzers. Only one side has reception and breakfast room. Recommended!
- Mario (10/5): - Originalità nell’arredamento e cura dei particolari
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Semplicemente meraviglioso. Atmosfera elegante in palazzo stupendo
