- Mark (10/5): - This is a top level B&B. Only 6 rooms and Adult only. We stayed in room 3, which overlooked the street behind the hotel and was very quiet. The room was large enough for us and had a wardrobe with plenty of hangers, vanity unit with drawers and 2 bedside pedestals. The drinks tray was well stocked. Mattie was the perfect host, explaining everything on arrival. Breakfast was chosen the night before, and cooked fresh for your chosen time - delicious. 3 parking bays available behind the hotel, free street parking or paid car park a short walk £4 8am to 6pm (08/2024). Would definitely recommend. A great stay.

Breakfast was 10/10, couldn't fault it! Good location, close to the beach, shops and public transport. Would love to stay again!

Due to social distancing restrictions breakfast was brought to your room you had a choice of 3 fillings plus hash browns and croissants and orange juice. There were ample supplies of tea/coffee in the room to cover out stay of 4 nights. Again, due to the social distancing restrictions we had limited interaction with the owner. But she was extremely helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again

The room was comfortable with sea views. Plenty of hot water. The attention to customer service and satisfaction is second to none. - Adrian (10/5): Great location comfortable stay - This was a great b&b close to the beach. We had a room at the back of the establishment and had no problems with noise. It was about 10 minutes from the busiest section of Eastbourne which was straight down the sea front and was a great stroll. No problems with parking. We stayed for 3 nights including a Friday night Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was a great experience with a choice of cooked options. We have no problems recommending this establishment

Delicious freshly cooked breakfast with great choice of cereals and fresh fruit. WiFi available in room not just communal areas. Highly recommend a stay here and will definitely return.

He also provided a breakfast tray for my daughter who had to leave before breakfast service began. It is located opposite the redoubt. If you don't do stairs there are 2 rooms on the ground floor. There are a few steps to the front door. I will certainly book again next time I stay in Eastbourne.

I had to check out very early on the last morning and Mark was very worried about me missing out on breakfast despite me telling him it ws my fault, not his. The room was very clean and had everything I would expect. the en-suite was spotless. There was some allocated parking spaces at the rear which is handy. To my surprise considering the closeness to the sea-front road, the room was very quiet to the extent that i was able to sleep very well with the windows open. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
