• Sheila (7/5): - It was a great location for a quick stop, an easy walk to the club for dinner. Our late check in was facilitated with the use of a key box, which made it much more relaxed. The swimming pool looked like it needed some love - but I know it is late in the season.

I checked in, open door to room walked in looked around ( holding my nose) then walked out and gave key back. Pool wasn’t operating and had discoloured water in it.

• Geoffrey (10/5): 1 Nighter - I was in Rocky to go to an Event at Browne Park so I needed something close so I didn't have to Drive or Walk far, so I booked here for 1 Night. It is just across the Road from the Rocky Leagues Club. Browne Park was thiugh the Back Gate, a shirt walk though the Carpark & around the Corner Bed was Comfortable , very Clean... Staff was Friendly..Car Park in front of the Unit.. N/A

• Anne (3/5): Don’t stay here, find somewhere else. - Location We used to stay here a lot, however the standard has dropped significantly. Pool dirty,bathroom dirty, people sitting outside rooms smoking. We will not stay again.
• Kim (7/5): Very good budget overnight stay - Easy to find, convenient off-road parking directly in front of our unit, comfortable bed, lovely friendly receptionist, food within easy walking distance, really quiet overnight- despite being on the highway, excellent blackout blinds kept the room nice & dark, cheapest non-hostel accomodation I saw. Nothing really, while it's old, it was clean & comfortable

The traffic noise was bad, the fridge needed a clean, the aircon was mouldy there were marks on the bedding. The bed even though was ok didn't gave any doona just the cover. There was a DV argument by guests at 4:15am.
