We were told by the staff that they notified Booking,com on the morning of our checking date that we won't be able to stay at the resort. No one notified us from Booking.com that we were overbooked.

I had to because I could not work the coffee machine; I needed to read the Cuisinart instructions that didn’t help. They sent over a tech that could make it work either, but he did bring another unit!
- Thornton (8/5): Probably won't stay again for price vs hot water issues. But it is a beautiful place. - Wonderful location! Gorgeous view of Lake Marble Falls from our room/balcony. Beds comfortable. Kitchen was perfect and the electric fireplace was fantastic in the living room. Both bathrooms had little to no hot water both nights for showers. Water went from lukewarm to cool on the hottest setting. That was very disappointing.

The whole place is very beautiful. The staff was really nice. We absolutely loved our stay and would totally stay here again. Wi-fi is not free.

- Arnold (10/5): If you are going to Marble Falls, stay at the World Mark, you will love it!!! - The property was clean, quiet and beautiful. My suite was absolutely wonderful!! Beautiful and clean. It was spacious and had a fabulous view of the river. The kitchen was very well stocked and clean. It was a sweet surprise to find extras like seasoning packets, dish soaps and a nice array of was cloths and towels in the kitchen. The master bath had a wonderful deep tub and I was thrilled to find that the water stayed hot until the tub was full. That was appreciated after a long hike through the caverns that afternoon. The ladies in the office were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and had wonderful recommendations about restaurants and activities. Resort is five minutes from town, so the convenience is wonderful and the peace and quiet was perfect!! This is my favorite place to stay while on vacation. I will plan another trip to Marble Falls just to stay here again!!! I have already recommended World Mark Marble Falls to everyone I have talked to about my trip. P.s. if you need to use a washer and dryer while there, they are full size machines and not tiny apartment size. A bonus!! Loved everything about this property!!

Overall facilities Entrance aisle to units need to be clean more frequently. Guest are asked to take trash out at check out aisle gets dirty due to trash bag leakage.

We were bumped from our reservation THE DAY we were arriving, due to OVERBOOKING. We had 3 small children and were in town to see 2 elderly, sick people. There was NO WHERE for us to stay. We were offered a room with 2 beds at a LaQuinta and that did not come close to meeting our needs. We were 2 hours from arriving on a 4+ hours drive with 3 kids under age 5 when we got the call that we had been bumped from our reservation. I checked my email to find an email received from the facility with the same information (no room available) at 1:45 pm that same day. To be inconvenienced with so little time or options for other arrangements is inexcusable. No compensation for our hardship was given. I understand things happen - but how this was handled and how it affected us was horrible. Once we arrived back home, we had to call to get reimbursed which we still have not received at 7 days following the cancellation.
- ROUSHANAK (10/5): - If I travel to Austin, TX, this is the place that I enjoy staying because it feels like home. Large rooms, Clean, Convenient, close to Restaurants, Lakes, Nature, and far from Traffic and a polluted City.

Priced well vs. traditional Hotel or bed and breakfast stay for a family. Clean and very comfortably appointed. Could have used a little less in the way of advertising for future stays. Requesting a 2 to 3 hour sit down session explaining the benefits of WorldMark properties with gifting to follow. Felt a little like a request from a time share company 😬😳
- Shawn (2/5): HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE - This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had traveling. I am 60 years old and I have traveled a lot. It took over two hours to check in because they could not find one of my two rooms that I booked reservations for three months prior. They told me I had to call to figure it out and had to go through who I booked it with to call them to get it straightened out. My mom was waiting in the car and they would do nothing until I called my reservation company. It was pathetic on how they handled the entire situation. They never apologized for anything they didn’t give me credit for anything either. And I was disgusted of the time it took for us to get the keys for the two rooms that I made reservations for. This establishment was not there to help me in any way shape or form. I will never stay here again, and I hope no one else will ever stay here as well due to their incompetence and LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
- Tammy (10/5): Lovely hotel and would recommend. - We really enjoyed our stay. The suite was very spacious and lovely decor. It was well appointed if you wanted to prepare a meal. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had 2 separate sink areas which was nice and very spacious. Our only issue was the toilet did not flush well but we did not bother to report it. Our only disappointment was that WIFI was not included. Also there was a patio but it would have been nice to have more comfortable furniture. Also there was construction going on and that was a bit noisy if you were out on the patio but otherwise not a problem. There was a nice pool area and also a hot tub which was great. Overall we were very pleased and would stay here again. Note to resort the signage for the hotel is too far back from the busy road to see in time for the turn into the hotel.
- Amy (1/5): Took our money and cancelled our reservation 5 hours before check in - They cancelled our reservation 5 hours before check in due to overbooking. Plus they had already charged me 5 days prior. Forced us to stay in a 2 queen bed hotel room at the Holiday InnExpress when we were supposed to have an 1100 SQ ft 2 bedroom suite with kitchen and living room. No apologies, no trying to find comparable lodging, no acknowledgement of their failure. They had blatant disregard for our family and ruined our relaxing weekend. The people at the Wyndham check in desk said they could do nothing to help. They parroted the corporate line of we have no control, the reservation people and corporate are to blame. Rude and unhelpful on the phone after being on hold for 2 hours. I would never recommend Worldmark Marble Falls.

The unit itself was in good condition, but the exterior could use a little rust remover and paint. The huge balcony overlooked the lake and was accessible by both the living room and the bedroom. Overall, I think this would be a great unit for families traveling to the area. Be forwarded - the WiFi is not free, so make sure you have a hotspot available.

- ALEX (10/5): Family stay - Stayed in the two bedroom, two bath with balcony overlooking lake. Newer condo style with door opening to outside patio. Beautiful area but it is right next to busy highway. Great customer service - be prepared to listen to time share at check in. We didn't have any other requests during stay. Very nice pool with splash pad and indoor activity area! Ask about free Popsicles and board games. Only negatives for us is that you can't change your dates directly through the condo. We wanted to add an extra night and were told they can't even check if rooms available. Also no breakfast - we went to the nearby grocery store and used the full size kitchen. Overall our favorite place to stay on a long trip.
- K (10/5): Fantastic Vacation Resort - Gorgeous place to stay and enjoy family time. Facility was clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our teens loved the game room and pool; and we all enjoyed the workout room. We had other family members staying onsite and proximity of the rooms enabled us all to coordinate activities. The city of Marble Falls was a bonus with its quaint shops and good food. The resort itself was in a great location near shops, grocery stores, pharmacy, parks and fast food. We hope to return for another family reunion in the future.

I’ve stayed before and love the convenience, being closer to town and having amenities like a gym and pool. The kitchen space really helped because we had to do food prep for our reunion. The finishes and comfort are excellent.

- Maria Cristina (2/5): Worldmark resort Marble Falls Texas - Worldmark resort Marbke falls, sold and did not honor our paid way in advance reservation booking without any notice. They said they tried to let us know but when I asked hiw and where the communication was made, they could not provide this info. We never received any notice and found out while on the road there. We had called them while on the road there to let them know we would arrive later that night and they said we had overbooked and just gave us a number to call to figure it out ourselves. Buyer beware on this property
- Leon (10/5): Best bang for your money a person can get - The people, pool, hot tub and the employees were awesome! I didn't like having to leave so soon. That week was the best stay for my money I have ever gotten.

- Sandra (2/5): Not for family - This place is not recommended for a family, maybe for a couple. The water heather tank it’s to small, it lasts only for one person to shower in nice hot water.
- Wendy (10/5): Perfect stay for our family! - Home away from home feeling and some! Roomy and spacious for the family. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. A two night stay for New Years was not enough, we didn’t want to leave! We will be back for sure the next time we are in Marble Falls.

- juan (8/5): - The over all property was great just something was missing, The club house was far and too many steps to climb up or down for two disabled people to walk. Even the grandkids complained and they are teenagers. We werein building two which wasn't too far but still far enough.

- Foreveryoung2020 (10/5): Exceptional - Courtney was amazing during check in. The concierge was extremely eager to help guide us. The rooms were phenomenal with breathtaking views of the lake and even the Christmas lights display at the park down the river. Absolutely charming all over
- Christina (10/5): - It's a hidden gem you can see into downtown and it is beautiful. Everything is close but you feel like you are out of all the hustle and bustle. Shopping and food is a 3 minute drive lots of options. Blue Bonnet Cafe was our favorite! The shops are amazing they have the cutest stuff! Definitely recommend staying at Worldmark Marble Falls you will not be disappointed.
- Bob (8/5): Nice property and great location - Clean a lot of amenities including pool, hot tub and game room. We were put into a handicap room and also found out we were double charged for the stay. Resort said we had not paid and we had paid in advance then statement came and double charged. Had to call to request refund
- Ericka (10/5): Exceptional - I love the fact that we had a great view of the lake and the price was perfect for the amount of space we had. The steep driveway & parking lot are a bit of a challenge when pulling a trailer.
