- Richard (3/5): Nicht für Fahrradfaherer geeignet - Lage zur Innenstadt sehr gut. Ausstattung App gut. Unflexibel, es hatte geregnet und Personal bestand darauf erst um 15:00 das Login freizugeben, obwohl im EG ein Aufenthalts- Warteraum zur Verfügung stand. Fahrradstellplatz in der Unterkunft nicht möglich. Die Garage war in 10 Mi nur schwer Fußläufig zu erreichen. Lademöglichkeit selbst in Garage nicht möglich. - Griffe Innenseite der Dusche teilweise abgebrochen ( Verletzungsgefahr da scharfkantig) - Notfall Leine in Dusche war hochgebunden und somit im Notfall nich erreichbar.
- Esther (8/5): Perfect place for short stay - It was a lovely apartment convenient to public transport .It had everything we needed . We liked the luggage lift up to the elevator . There was a misunderstanding with check in.The property tried to unsuccessfully contact me to say we could check in early and we were given an upgrade but we were sent wrong information in a message as in a different address …so we had to message and call to get the staff member to explain the misunderstanding and help us to check in. It was very cold and we could not get the heater to work .
- babaybooking (8/5): zentrale schöne wohnung mitten in der altstadt, der aufenthalt bleibt mir sehr schön in erinnerung - perfekte lage direkt in der altstadt, kurzer weg durch die schmalen gassen über den "piazza dell'unità" zum meer, überall fahren busse, es ist alles rundherum leicht erreichbar vielleicht nur etwas stress beim ausgang, da wird es oft eng mit autos und mopeds, also aufpassen!

The apartments have been beautifully renovated with quality appliances and homewares. Everything is tasteful. The communal entry library is nice. The lighting is a bit dim, especially in the kitchen above the bench top. The wall of my bedroom (apartment 104) seemed to be light weight, as I could hear everything happening next door in 105.

Very clean, spacious, and in a great location, right in the center, near a pedestrian street. Parking is not provided, but there are two garages within a 5-minute walk, so that was not a problem. Our expectations were fully met. The hosts were very pleasant, responsive, and prompt in communication via messages — highly recommended! We have no complaints.

Sehr hilfsbereites und gut erreichbares Personal. Aufgrund der tollen Lage mitten in der geschäftigen Fußgängerzone ist es natürlich auch nachts nicht ganz ruhig.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la gentilezza della bottiglia di vino e della bottiglia dell'acqua. Siamo abituati a viaggiare e raramente ci sono state riservate queste attenzioni. - Klaus (3/5): Alles in allem nicht weiter zu empfehlen. - Zimmer ist sehr Dunkel, sowie bei offenem Fenster viel Straßenlärm. Wände verschmutzt und alles inklusive Decke in dunkelblau. Wenn die Lüftung der Klima Startet ist es sehr laut und an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Sollten sie die Karte für das Zimmer verlieren kostet das 20€. Abzocke.

A konyhába mosogatógép volt, kapszula hozza viszont nem. A konyha jól felszerelt edényekkel, evőeszközökkel stb., viszont olyan fűszerek (pl: so, bors) és egyéb dolgok (pl: papírtörlő), amik szükségesek lehetnek főzéshez, de az ember nem venné meg 2-3 napos ott tartózkodásra, esetleg jó lenne.

Fortunately/unfortunately, first stay at the attic apartment was more pleasant than the second one at the third floor. Nevertheless location is perfect for first time visitors, best parking in Trieste (San Giusto) 5min away + 15% discount. Everything necessary close by - I m surprised ground coffee for moka pot is still missing, even though it was mentioned within multiple reviews - I have zero issue with the outside noise, so typical for the Italy, however windows sound insulation is almost zero - squeaking floor from the upper apartment was the biggest con for me, you could hear every single step

Der Straßenlärm ist das eine aber die Rücksichtslosigkeit der Nachbarn durch stundenlange schreien und gegen die Wand schlagen und sehr laut spielende Kinder ist eher schwierig zu ertragen. Ein hinweisenden Wohnungen dass die so sehr hellhörig sind und die Nachbarn aufeinander Rücksicht nehmen sollen wäre von großer Wichtigkeit.

- Simone (9/5): - Ottima posizione, alloggio ben organizzato e tutto automatizzato. Sicuramente da consigliare e da prendere in considerazione per un ulteriore soggiorno a Trieste. I colori eccessivamente scuri e le luci del pianerottolo non molto reattive. Grazie per la bottiglia di vino, sarebbe stato utile trovare un rotolo di scottex e dei tovaglioli di carta. Per chi fa le.pulizie, complimenti per il lavoro, solo un piccolo appunto, i fili dei lampadari pieni di polvere non sono proprio carini.
