VIVIANA (7/5): En general bien - el lugar es tranquilo y la atención de la anfitriona y de las mujeres de limpieza excelente Cortina Black out roller del comedor rota (estaba apoyada sobre un sillón sin colocar). luz del baño que hacia un ruido preocupante. la calefacción baja , sacamos cobertor de una otra cama porque había una sola frazada muy fina.

Alquile un depto entero y me dieron una habitación, cuando me queje que no había agua me mandaron a un depto que no tenía muchas cosas en la cocina , la verdad que súper caro , para como estaba todo y como la pase, figuraba que salía 71 usd y 12 de impuestos, termine pagando 100usd para un lugar que deja bastante que desear

Flavio Adrian Vallejos (4/5): Con mejoras, sería un muy buen lugar - La ubicacion esta muy buena. Mi estadía fue aceptable, pero hay varios puntos importantes que deberían mejorar para brindar una mejor experiencia a los huéspedes. La habitación no contaba con aire acondicionado, algo que considero fundamental, sobre todo en épocas de calor. Esto hizo que el descanso no fuera del todo cómodo. Las puertas del departamento se notaban bastante deterioradas y desgastadas, lo que da una imagen de poco mantenimiento general del lugar. Las camas fueron uno de los mayores inconvenientes: muy incómodas y con evidente desgaste. Para un alojamiento, el buen descanso es clave, y en este caso no se cumplió. En la cocina, tanto los cubiertos como los utensilios eran de baja calidad. Funcionan, pero se sienten muy básicos y poco resistentes, lo que desentona con la idea de comodidad que uno busca al alquilar un departamento. Las sillas plásticas también resultaron un problema: muy inestables, dando sensación de inseguridad al usarlas. Creo que con mantenimiento, renovación de algunos elementos y mejor equipamiento, el lugar podría mejorar muchísimo, porque la base del departamento es buena, pero estos detalles influyen mucho en la experiencia general.

Paola Lorena (2/5): mal - nada la suite era con cama doble.(cosa q pedí y q tenia captura de como estaba hecha mi reserva) tuve que mostrar con captura que era lo solicitado. y nos brindaron camas separadas, la grifería del baño perdía agua la llave de la habitación no cerraba, nos cambiaron a un dto. las camas no eran dobles ni cómodas estaba una cama pegada con la otra el colchón no era de una cama matrimonial. la cochera muy angosta a la hora de salir y estacionar los vehículos. no volvería.

La habitación en la que durmió mi hijo era sumamente calurosa, sólo tenía un ventilador de techo. El picaporte de la otra habitación estaba roto (te quedabas con el en la mano). Dolia (10/5): Great stay: modern, safe, and comfortable - We picked up the keys easily at the 24/7 reception, which made arrival super smooth. There’s a garage available, and there are nice cafés nearby, so it’s very convenient. The apartment itself was huge, really comfortable, and quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. The whole apartment complex feels modern, clean, spacious, and safe, with a well-maintained environment throughout. Overall, a great place to stay and we would happily come back. Nothing to add here - everything is perfect!

Manchas en cortinas y paredes, los vidrios de las ventanas muy sucios, el alero bajo la ventana con una montaña de cagadas de palomas, al microondas le faltaba el plato de vidrio, la manija interna de la puerta se salía por falta de tornillos para sujetarla, etc, etc. He visitado muchos países de América, África y Asia y creo que solo en Bolivia tuve la desgracia de estar en lugares así.

The parking is under the building with extra charge, for about 10 USD. There is TV service available, but we didn't use it. There is a microwave, some dishes and a ketle. The shower is ok, with many different water streams available. The room was smaller than what we see in the pictures. There was not a fridge or frigobar and the desk or table is not available. The AC didn't work well and was too noisy.
