- Denise (9/5): Cosy and friendly - The ambiance gives a sense of warm simplicity. The fact that the hostel is a traditional Japanese house makes it all the more charming, offering travellers a different perspective on their journey. I spent four weeks there exploring Osaka and the surrounding area without any problems; the subway, supermarkets, laundrette and restaurants are all nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful at all times, and you will be amazed by the artistic murals :)
- Jarger Alexander Asaria (10/5): A home while abroad - It's far enough from the city center to be more relaxing and close enough for it not to take very long if you want to go there. The owner is very kind and has an overall calming energy to him. The place is welcoming, homely, relaxing and definitely has its own personality. All the staff here are fantastic, super helpful and are the last pieces that create a whole. I really like the common spaces, the Kotatsu is a great addition here.

- Sato (9/5): 楽しくリラックスできました - 館内のいたるところに様々なアートが描かれていて、またキッチンなど共用スペースも充実していて、お得に楽しく滞在させていただきました。昔の建物の感じも懐かしく味があって好きです。 スタッフの方も親切で助かりました。 いろいろな国の方がいらっしゃりピースフルな感じでした。 ありがとうございました！また来たいです。 ほとんど困らず快適に過ごさせていただけましたが、人の多いときの玄関の靴を置く場所がやや狭かったかなとも思いました。（靴をビニール袋などに入れて部屋まで持っていっても良かったかなとも後から思いました。）

- Alexander (8/5): I had a good experience and would stay here again. - Not a bad hostel for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there was a good social vibe there. The dorms were small but each bunk had a lockable storage area, which was nice. When I got there I accidentally fell asleep for two hours, so the beds were pretty comfortable haha. There’s interesting “words of wisdom” written on the walls all over the hostel so you can be entertained as you’re sitting on the toilet. The building’s a bit old, but that didn’t really bother me. Low doorways so watch your head! It’s a bit far from central Osaka but the train station is a 3 min walk from the hostel so still convenient.

- Wittreich (9/5): - In unmittelbarer Nähe zur Blueline ( Midosuji) erreicht man sämtliche Vierteln in Osaka mit geringen.Aufwand..Es befindet sich ein sehr schönes Einkaufszentrum in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Viertel Kita-gagaya wurde zu einem.Kunstviertel umgestaltet und es gibt sehr viele Möglichkeiten der Unterhaltung und zur Erfahrungserweiterung.. Das Hostel verfügt über Fahrräder.

- Sayumi (5/5): トイレ以外は居心地よく満足でした。 - 綺麗に清掃されていてベッドも寝心地が良かった。荷物室では木製のドレッサーが鍵付きロッカーになっているのがお洒落で面白かった。 トイレが男女共用。綺麗に清掃されてはいるが、足の甲に隙間のあるトイレサンダルに小が飛び散っているためサンダルを履くのに躊躇した。女性専用のトイレを用意するのが難しいのであれば、せめて男性も座って用を足すように促していただきたかった。

- Welch (6/5): Not as cute as the pictures but still cozy - I adored how cozy the building felt. The art on the walls, all the notes and pictures from previous visitors were beautiful. I genuinely found myself finding something new on the walls every day during our stay. I liked the community areas, always felt nice to meet news folks and chat over meals. All in all I liked homey cozy the building was. That being said. This was definitely a case of the property, and rooms didn't meet up to the pictures online. I've stayed in many hostels and hotels in japan this year, so yes, I know they're small. But this place brought new meaning to that. Everything in this place is tiny, from the hallways to stairs, bathrooms, showers, kitchen, and rooms. Not mention unstable! The floors on the first floor are so tore up, especially in the kitchen, that I tripped several times. Honestly, I can deal with how tiny and tore up everything is, but I draw the line at the state of our room. I want to preface this by saying I paid roughly 370 usd for 5 nights in Osaka for two people. It was very cheap and reasonable, so I understand!!! That!! Im not!!! Staying in a 5 start hotel here!!! But I'm still disappointed that the room is not what I thought I booked through the pictures.. In the photos for the room with twin floor beds it showed a clean room with a cute lampshade over the main room light. Nothing crazy, minimal but clean. We arrived to not only a spider on the wall, not only scuffs/dirt/damage to the walls BUT a bare light bulb hanging from the ceiling. I want to end this with a few nitpicks. Just kind of a beware, the road outside this place is extremely loud! But the staff let's you know in advance and even provides ear plugs at the front desk which is nice! Still even with them, the place is very loud. Lastly, I had personally had a pleasant experience with all the staff members. But my brother cant say the same. One of the staff members seemed to have something against my brother (or maybe she was really shy?) She gave him a lot of annoyed side glances and wouldn't really acknowledge or greet him. Not to say my brother was always trying to start up conversations, just friendly greetings. My brother isn't very talkative, but he had good interactions with everyone else!
