• Cinzia (10/5): - La struttura completamente rinnovata in stile "greco" si trova a pochi metri dal porto. La stanza è grande, ha una bella terrazza (la nostra parzialmente vista mare) una piccola cucina attrezzata e il bagno, piccolino, ma con una bella doccia comoda. Tutti i giorni viene effettuata la pulizia della stanza e la biancheria viene cambiata ogni due giorni. Al piano terra c'è l'ufficio/agenzia di viaggi che organizza anche vari rour, locazione di auto o moto e altro di cui però noi non abbiamo usufruito. Il personale è super disponibile. La.nostra camera si trovava al secondo piano e ci sono da fare le scale anche con le valigie (la ragazza della reception ci ha aiutato). Non è un vero punto negativo perche ad Astypalea tutti hanno le scale ma per chi ha difficoltà è da tenere conto, magari chiedendo le camere al piano terra.

• Guest (6/5): Great location and great hosts just wish the room was better. - Great location close to the port. The town is beautiful. The room was falling apart. Broken toilet, broken curtain and very hard to use the shower. The view from our balcony was a school and not the ocean as advertised.
• Guest (8/5): Ικανοποιητική διαμονή,χώρος πεντακάθαρος και σε πολύ καλό σημείο από πλευράς τοποθεσίας ! - Ηταν ένα κατάλυμα που ήσουν κοντά σε όλα στο νησί ,πολύ κοντά στους ανεμόμυλους της Χώρας και στο κάστρο της Αστυπάλαιας ,κοντά σε εξαιρετικά εστιατόρια της Χώρας ,κοντά στο λιμάνι ,πιστεύω ήταν ιδανικά ως σημείο !Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά μεγάλο και πεντακάθαρο ! Παρατήρησα ότι δεν είχε πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση ,ειδικά απ την πλευρά της πόρτας ,ευτυχώς όμως επειδή το δωμάτιο έβλεπε πίσω δεν είχαμε φασαρία απ το δρόμο !Το πρόβλημα υπήρχε αν κουβεντιάζαν έξω στο διαδρομο άλλοι ένοικοι του συγκροτήματος !

Το κατάλυμα είναι προσφάτως ανακαινισμένο. Η έλλειψη πάρκινγκ λόγω της ιδιομορφίας των κατοικιών του νησιού.

• Grigorios (9/5): Comfortable Stay Near the Port - The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The host was very kind and welcoming. The location is convenient—close to the port. We especially enjoyed the large, comfortable balcony, perfect for relaxing. We would choose it again in the future. If we had to mention one small downside, the mattress was a bit too soft for our taste—though it was very large and might suit others just fine.

• Bill (10/5): Beautiful, contemporary, spacious and clean room! Loved it! - Everything! The room was spacious, modern, clean with all the amenities you could want and need. There was a nice sized balcony too! The bathroom was very contemporary with a huge shower, loved the basin with all the shelving to put your toiletries……all hotel bathrooms should have these! Downside however was the space provided between the toilet and basin….very tight. Loved the added touch of the welcome breakfast pack as well as the wine! The room was exactly as the photos on the website depicted. Very happy, would definitely recommend and stay there again should we ever go back to Astypalea! The only small downside was that for the first 2 days there were no toiletries provided as stated on the website, however on the third day of our 4 night stay we were fully stocked. The bathroom, although modern, clean and stunning could’ve been a little bigger, as it was a bit of a squeeze between the basin and the toilet. The shower was a fantastic size, very spacious, but for the life of us we could not work out how to turn on the large overhead rain shower head! We just used the hand held which was still amazing.

• GEORGIA (10/5): - Εξαιρετικη φιλοξενια,πολυ ευγενικος και εξυπηρετικος ο οικοδεσποτης. Τα δωματια προσφατα ανακαινισμενα και πολυ προσεγμενα.Απειχαν μολις 300μ απ’το λιμανι. Οσο για την καθαριοτητα,εμπαινε καθημερινα καθαριστρια για να καθαρισει και να αλλαξει σεντονια και πετσετες.

• Nardiska (9/5): Удобное заселение - Удобное Ночное заселение У нас был паром , который прибыл в 2 ночи. мы быстро и удобно заселились. Оставались всего на 1 ночь
• Jens (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft in guter Lage - Sehr schönes Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung in prima Lage. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden direkt vom Flughafen durch die Unterkunft abgeholt. -Top Service. Es gibt nur eine Kapselkaffeemaschine (nicht Nespresso) und die Versorgung mit Kapseln war unklar. Mal gab es selbst gefüllte Kapseln der Unterkunft und mal keine. Wir mussten letztendlich auf Instant-Pulver zurückgreifen. Ferner war der Preis für den Raum vergleichsweise teuer.

• Anett (5/5): - Es ist eine einfache Unterkunft. Gut ist die Nähe zum Hafen. Für eine Nacht ist es ok. Für den Check In müsste ich oft anrufen, da es keine klare Kommunikation gab. Der Sicherungskasten hat laute Geräusche gemacht.

• Wolfgang (7/5): Insgesamt positiv, allerdings sollte man Zimmer nach hinten raus buchen ! - Die zentrale Lage am Hafen! Die Zimmer zur Straße sind sehr laut, hier fahren die vielen Fahrzeuge förmlich durchs Zimmer.

Nuestro ferry salia a las 1:30 am y nos dejarón estar todo el dia en la habitación sin coste alguno, para poder ducharnos, un gran detalle por su parte :) Habian hormigas en la habitación, y nos encontramos una cucaracha encima de la encimera, creemos que entró por el hueco entre el suelo y la puerta. La puerta estaba un poco desencajada.

• alberto (9/5): - struttura pulita, accogliente e attenta al cliente (offerto 4 bottiglie di acqua, 4 succhi e 2 capsule illy x caffè); posizione ottima e buia base per visitare l’isola (10 minuti di macchia da Chora e 30/25 dai lidi), ottima bakery a pochissima distanza e parcheggio comodo al porto rumore delle moto nella via di affaccio (non è colpa della struttura, ma sono fastidiose, a volte)

• Giulia-italian- (6/5): - Posizione perfetta e comodissima a tutti i servizi. Molo gentili e disponibili i gestori della struttura. Carino e comodo il balconcino per poter fare colazione. All'ingresso non ho trovato la camera pulitissima e, durante il soggiorno, le pulizie venivano fatte in modo un po' superficiale. Rispetto ad altre strutture in stile isolano presenti sull'isola a parità di prezzo, Viva Mare ha un arredamento obsoleto e non caratteristico: sicuramente da rinnovare. Il soggiorno è stato comunque gradevole. Abbiamo chiesto un letto aggiuntivo alla camera doppia e in 3 persone la stanza si è rivelata un po' stretta.
