The location was near bus stops, restaurants, and shopping stores, especially appreciated the beautiful pool, I highly recommend this apartment for your stay!

The recommendations given just top tier service especially for someone who works in hospitality i'm quick to judge. The pool was fantastic basically had it all to my self, the buses are just few mins walking distance, supermarket, bakery, restaurants. Couldn't rave about this property more if I can make a suggestion please update towels as they are a little rough on skin but easy fix. Other then that this stay was perfect and made my 4 days in Santorini unforgettable. Thank you from New York!

The hotel was in a great location and very close to the airport. It was quiet but central to seeing all the sites on the island. The bus was down the street to take you to other towns. We also rented a scooter that was delivered directly to the hotel. That was nice. We spent time at the pool and there were lounge chairs and also shaded beds if you needed.

It was clean, modern and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were excellent. We had a huge terrace with a gorgeous sunrise view. We were also welcomed with a complimentary bottle of rosé. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

- Maria (10/5): Best getaway from the busy life in Fira - The staff was excellent, very nice and very helpful with all my questions. I was upgraded to a suite which offered a kitchen. So it was perfect with leftovers. They don't have a microwave, but they do have a mini portable stove. I stayed during low season, so I enjoyed the beautiful pool all to myself! It was like my own personal spa resort! This hotel is located at a very convenient location. I walked everywhere- to the super market, bakery, restaurants, bus stops...everything you need is within walking distance. I highly recommend Villa Kavallaris. They made my stay very comfortable. Good job guys!

- Irina (10/5): - We had a lovely stay at this charming hotel in Santorini. The place is cute, clean, and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. While it's nothing fancy, the location is ideal, especially if you’re renting a car like we did. It's easy to travel to different parts of the island from here. One of the best perks is that nearby restaurants are much more affordable compared to the ones in Fira or Oia—prices were at least three times less! The convenience store just steps away was super handy, and we enjoyed spending time by the swimming pool, which was a great bonus. The receptionist was very helpful, providing us with all the information we needed about must-see spots on the island. Overall, a wonderful stay with great value for money!

- Susan (10/5): - Our room 5 was overlooking the lovely pool, had a little balcony with table and chairs. Bathroom was in excellent condition. We had trouble with getting hot water until the young man at the desk showed us that we were turning in the wrong direction! And then it was very hot! Air conditioning worked well and quietly. Young man at the desk was very friendly and helpful. It doesn’t include breakfast but there are lots of coffee bakery places in Mesaria. Would definitely stay here again!
- Agnidhar (10/5): - The location is no where close to Fira or Oía where most locals would go to explore Santorini but you would anyways need a scooter or quad bike / car to explore the island so the location is great in that aspect being in a less crowded area. The staff are really helpful and friendly along with having perfect knowledge about the spots to visit as well . Would highly recommend staying here and commuting to the other areas given it’s location and proximity to the port of Santorini / airport as well

- Zovinar (10/5): Quiet place to stay in Santorini - Beautiful clean apartment amazing view on the sea, nice balconies, lots of parking, excellent location in a quiet neighborhood in Santorini away from crowded tourist spots and close to markets and restaurants. Pleasant check in, host provided us with local map and information about beaches and places to visit. We had daily housekeeping. One of stovetop elements not functional and bed mattresses a little soft for our taste. All in all a good experience.

If that bothers you, I would recommend verifying where your room would be located. The only complaint was that the mattress was hard.
- giulia (10/5): - 5 stars to Costantin the receptionist, he has been very helpful and kind, always smiling. The swimming pool was always tidy and clean. Very peaceful and lovely hotel, we will defenetly come back.
- DANIELA (10/5): - this is absolutely a gem in Santorini. not iust the place itself that it s a paradise but the staff is incredible. everyone was super nice and available from day 1. In particularly Constantino is super, great advises for food, car rent and general infos. If we come back in the island definitely we gonna come back. super recommended

- Elise (8/5): - The reception staff was fabulous, property was up to date, newly renovated, nice balcony, novice bathroom. My room was very close to reception and unfortunately quite noisy when guests were checking in but ok over night.

- Roman (10/5): - The moment I walked in for a check in Constatino was helpful, and knowledgeable. I needed to hire a photographer and didn’t know anyone so Constantino made server calls to find a reasonable price one and best recommended one and he did! Thank you my friend. Hotel os clean, has a nice pool and walking distance to the center to buy anything you like.
- Ambar (4/5): - The bathroom smelled. And towels are super hard and rough. Location was not ideal as well.

- Jack (10/5): A excellent, friendly and well located villa - Amazing stay at villa kavallaris. The hosts were excellent; from check in to check out. On arrival Sami talked us through places to visit, where to go and how to get there and helped us shape an itinerary for our stay. Sami facilitated our activity bookings too. The room (4) was light, spacious and had a balcony - only drawback to the room was the noise from reception some nights. The room and hotel was kept clean with daily housekeeping. The pool was perfect to chill out by
- Marie-Eve (8/5): - This is a nice hotel if you are looking for something budget friendly, easily accessible by bus. There are a few restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies closeby. The hotel staff was ok, except the guy at the reception, he was super nice and helped us a lot!
