- Lilli (8/5): Sympathisch und unkonventionell - Soweit ich sehen kann, ist die Fabbrica das einzige Hotel in Asti, das mitten in der Altstadt liegt. Die anderen scheinen sich um den Bahnhof zu scharen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, manche werden sagen, ein bisschen desorganisiert, man kann aber auch sagen, originell und flexibel. Auf jeden Fall ein sehr unkonventionelles Haus. Jedes Zimmer ist anders eingerichtet, ein bisschen wie vom Flohmarkt.. Sehr nette Cafés zum Frühstücken um die Ecke.

If its value for money you want then it would be very difficult to find better. There were many things that exceeded expectations, including the outside seating area/terrace, microwave, refrigerator. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and has lots of character (take time to enjoy looking at all the old photographs on the walls of the staircase). Another thing that has to be complimented is how easy the check-in process was.

E la domenica mattina dalle 7 fuori dalla camera iniziano a fare un casino esagerato pulendo le camere, tanto che ad una certa (verso le 7.30) hanno addirittura provato ad aprire la porta. Inutile dire che non ci verro più

- STEFANIA (6/5): Posizione centrale ma la camera è dentro una lavanderia - La posizione in zona centrale è comoda per uscire a visitare la città a piedi. I letti erano comodi, la doccia molto grande e bella, la stanza pulita. Molto comodo che si possa fare il checkin in autonomia anche nelle ore serali e notturne. La struttura ricettiva dove siamo state indirizzate è costituita da due locali, con accesso diretto dalla strada (tipo negozio). La porta su strada conduce ad un corridoio in fondo al quale si trova la camera (accesso con chiave semplice), mentre l'altra camera è in realtà una lavanderia professionale. Non ci è piaciuto scoprire la mattina le persone in lavanderia e la porta su strada costantemente aperta. Ci ha fatto sentire poco sicure. La camera era molto calda e non siamo riuscite a spegnere il riscaldamento. La porta del bagno è a vetri, a tratti satinato, che però lascia delle trasparenze che permettono di vedere tutto da fuori.Non ci è piaciuta la poca privacy. Le spugne fornite sono un po' troppo consumate (ma comunque pulite). La camera non ha alcun servizio di base tipo bollitore, bicchiere.

- Stefano (10/5): - Personale gentile e disponibile, stanza di dimensioni giuste, pulizia buona, posto tranquillo e silenzioso, a due passi dal centro, con possibilità di parcheggiare in loco. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. E abbiamo apprezzato la personalizzazione delle stanze, della struttura e trovato molto carino l'esposizione delle collezioni di carte da gioco,lego e similia. La posizione è davvero ottima per visitare il centro come anche il rapporto qualità / prezzo. Niente, ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene.

Nelle immediate vicinanze un parcheggio cittadino gratuito. Estrema cortesia ed utili suggerimenti dello staff. Grazie ad un'offerta il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato davvero ottimo!
