- Malik (6/5): - Beautiful location and stunning architecture The location is absolutely magnificent. The hotel itself is an architectural gem, and the garden is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. It was a real pleasure to enjoy such a serene environment. Disappointing breakfast experience and poor room service The breakfast staff was very unpleasant and lacked discretion. They were constantly rushing around, creating an unnecessary sense of pressure for the guests. They cleared the tables in a very noisy and aggressive manner, making us feel as though we had to finish and leave as quickly as possible. To the breakfast staff: a morning awakening should be peaceful. Instead, we felt completely oppressed by their chaotic movements during our two-day stay. A couple of other issues during our stay: Day 1 (Check-in): There was no toilet paper at all in our room upon arrival. Room cleaning: Even though we hung the "Please clean the room" sign on the door, our room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed. After complaining to the very kind receptionist, she told us that towels had to be left on the floor to be replaced. Nobody informed us about this rule at arrival, and it was written nowhere. Furthermore, our bath mat was taken away by the staff but never replaced. While the reception staff was very nice and helpful, the service in the breakfast room and the housekeeping clearly need better organization and a warmer approach to guests.

Un parking voiture fermé très appréciable (compter 25 euros/jour), un jardin extérieur pour flâner Un peu de bruit sur la place le matin pour la chambre donnant sur cet espace. On aurait apprécié un petit dejeuner avec des produits artisanaux, fait maison.

Café da manhã simples, mas de qualidade, possuem café em máquina, suco, pães, cornettos, yogurt e frutas. Tem também uma máquina de panquecas. A experiência de se hospedar em um convento é muito acolhedora para quem busca tranquilidade, segurança e funcionalidade. O local é bem arejado, nosso quarto possuia banheiro individual que parecia novo. Tem salas de estar para descanso e socialização. Atendente do check in fala italiano e inglês. A localização é ótima, fácil acesso caminhando para a estação de trem e diversos pontos turísticos da cidade. Limpeza impecável. Tem jardim nos fundos que permite contato com a natureza. Obrigada pela gentileza e pelo carinho que tiveram com nós durante a hospedagem. Isolamento acústico da rua poderia ser melhor, como fica em frente a praça e a janela é de madeira, passa som. A cama do meu lado estava afundada e me causou dor nas costas, tolerável, mas desconfortável. Xadrez na sala está faltando peças. Sentimos falta de ovo mexido no café da manhã. São pequenos detalhes que poderiam deixar a hospedagem ainda melhor, mas novamente, valeu muito a pena e com certeza se tivermos oportunidade voltaremos.

Das Bad und die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Frühstück war reichlich, mit frischem Obst, zu Ostern gab es sogar einen Osterkuchen.

- Timo (10/5): Eine tolle Unterkunft mit sehr viel Charme in toller zentraler Lage. Für alle die auch mal ohne modernen Komfort auskomm - Es ist eine ganz andere Art der Unterkunft. Es gibt wenig Komfort aber es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war lecker und das Highlight ist der Garten hinter dem Haus. Dort kann man den Tag nach dem Sightseeing entspannt ausklingen lassen. Man ist zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten an der Ponte Vecchio. Das Personal ist toll und kümmert sich bestens.

The rooms were sparse but comfy, big windows, comfy beds, lots of light. The bathroom was super modern and clean. Staff was super helpful. Breakfast had everything we needed - some fruits, breads, pastries, yogurt, coffee and tea. Location was perfect - away from the crowds, but still easily walkable to everything. Would book again. The room was a bit cold during the day (it was a cold day) and there was no way to warm it up (we were told heaters go on automatically in the evening).

- Abbie (10/5): Beautiful stay in historic and meaningful place - Very warm welcome in a beautiful and historic place. Lovely room and spacious bathroom with a stunning view of the garden and a very decent breakfast. Loved that the car was safe and sound in the car park too. Nothing !

- urte (6/5): Tolles Gebäude, das Wohlbefinden des Gastes steht definitiv nicht im Mittelpunkt - Sehr schöner alter ehemaliges Stadtpalais mit kleinem gepflegten Garten, Lage zentral an historischem Platz gegenüber von Klosteranlage. Minimalistische sehr unkomfortable Zimmeraustattung, zu schmale und steinharte Betten, dünne Bettdecken, keine Sitzmöbel und nachdem die gesamte Heizung im Haus abgeschaltet wurde, ausgekühlte Räume mit Temperaturen von ca. 10 Grad. Frühstück schlecht organisiert und geführt, es fehlte immer irgendetwas und es war durchschnittlich, Frühstückstückszeiten zu kurz von 7:30 bis9:30 Uhr.
