• Alexander (9/5): Einzigartig: Schlafen unter dem Sternenhimmel inmitten der Natur - Das Übernachten im Glasiglu im Northern Lights Village war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Das Essen – ob Frühstück oder Abendessen – war abwechslungsreich und frisch und sehr lecker! Die wunderschöne Anlage mitten in der Natur und das Schlafen unter dem Sternenhimmel waren einfach atemberaubend.
• Sara (10/5): Prachtig verblijf onder het noorderlicht - Ontzettend vriendelijke staff die voor elke vraag klaarstaan met een goed en handig antwoord. Prachtige locatie en hutten. Ik verbleef er 2 nachten op mezelf en zag meteen de eerste avond anderhalf uur lang dansende aurora borealis. De sauna is ook een echte aanrader, heel erg mooi, heel proper en echt genieten, zeker na een dagje skieën. Ook vervoer naar de skiliften en de luchthaven was heel gemakkelijk geregeld. Niet twijfelen!!

• Cynthia (7/5): Es war für 1 Nacht okay bis gut, Service und Qualität vom Essen müssten besser sein für diesen Preis - Zimmer sind schön, gute Aussicht - wenn man Glück mit dem Wetter har, kann man bestimmt Nordlichter sehen Essen war mehr von Quantität anstatt Qualität, es war okay aber eher wie in den meisten Kantineb (Das Buffet hätte mehr Auswahl haben und von besserer Qualität sein können). Man hat die leeren Teller der Gäste vor den Gästen auf einem Servierwagen abgeräumt - war jetzt nicht so apetitlich beim Anblick.. Wir hätten uns erwartet, dass beim ersten Abendessen das Servicepersonal auf uns zukommt und erklärt wie alles abläuft (auch, dass man die Getränke selbst an der Bar bestellen und auch gleich bezahlen muss)

• lynn (8/5): Everything was excellent, except hot water didn’t last long enough. - Place was quiet and bed was comfortable for rest. All staffs were very friendly, quick response. Winter activities were phenomenal. We booked and enjoyed our winter activities before we came and stay there for our last two days of our trip. Hot water didn’t last long enough. We didn’t bring this up to the reception, since we were busy on the go to explore other countries during our stay. We came back showered and slept at night. Not sure if it was only our cabin or was it for all cabins. Please double check with facility.

For vegetarians food options are quite limited. I preferred Jain meals and had very hard time explaining the same. I ended eating the food that i carried my self even though i had opted half board meal plan. Staff can be more helpful and provide some basic service like carrying the luggage, few in room service, nearest bus station transfers as part of the booking as they are so heavily charged. • Carolin (6/5): - Die Übernachtung in der Suite war hervorragend, das Zimmer war großräumig, super aufgeteilt und modern eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Bett aus ist toll und man konnte den Sternenhimmel beobachten, leider nicht die Polarlichter, aber das ist die Natur. Der Transfer von unserer Unterkunft zum Haupthaus, bei dem es Essen gab, hat gut funktioniert, auch ohne vorherige Buchung und spontanem Transportwunsch. Das Abendessen- und Frühstücksbuffet war sehr Basic. Mit Glutenunverträglichkeit hatte ich es schwer, nicht alle vom Personal kannten sich gut aus und haben Lebensmittel als glutenfrei beschrieben, die es offensichtlich nicht waren. Das war schwierig und für den Preis erwarte ich, dass ich mehr bekomme als ein paar Scheiben Toastbrot zum Frühstück und abends Gemüse.

• Beverley (10/5): Exceptional Auroras view from glass cabin - The cabin on the edge of the forest exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, decor and the gas fire added ambience. The glass “igloo” viewing of the auroras was exceptional as the location is remote so no light pollution. I signed up for the alerts (included in my stay) and being woken up was worth it because the strongest auroras happened after 11pm. The transfer of luggage was extra on top of the significant price I paid. Dietary requirements an after thought even though I advised early and confirmed. This may have been a miscommunication between sales team and the chef.

• Aneesa (10/5): Perfect northern lights stay!!! - Phenomenal location, really scenic and peaceful. The cabins are absolutely beautiful, really lovely and warm in the cold with the ability to defrost windows when they ice up to preserve the view. We had a cabin with a lovely forest view and it was just perfect for our trip and we could see some aurora through the glass roof!! Staff were very kind and helpful and the facilities were great. I honestly wish I could have stayed there longer it was truly a dream!! n/a

There was hair in the sink. Also we experienced an electricity cut with no heating for more than an hour and the reception did not pick up the phones. That was quite scary and the stres ruined some of the experience.

Nous qui n'aimons pas trop la foule, il faut savoir que nous n'avons pas ressenti le côté privilégié et exclusif, dommage vu le prix. • MINJUNG (10/5): 너무 멋진 숙소! - 직원들이 매우 친절하고 다양한 프로그램이 많아 좋았다. 숙소가 추울까봐 걱정됐는데 바닥까지 따뜻해서 전혀 문제없었고 쇼파배드도 넓고 일반 침대같아서 성인2, 아이2이 편안하게 잤다. 식사도 간결하게 맛있었고, 스키복수트를 무료로 빌려주어 너무 좋았다. 숙소에서 나가지 않고 2박3일동안 리조트에서만 즐겁게 놀았다. 오로라를 본 것도 행운이었다!! 짐을 숙소로 옮길때 썰매가 아닌 차로 도움을 주었으면 했다. 짐이 많고 썰매가 얼어 체크아웃할때 고생했다.

Me encantó que son muy cuidadosos y conscientes del medio ambiente y de tener los animales bien cuidados. Hice el tour de los renos y ha sido de las mejores experiencias, muy privado y siempre buscando que los renos no se sientan en amenaza. Quiero agradecer a la recepcionista de pelo rojo y gafas, no recuerdo su nombre, fue muy especial conmigo ❤️ y al chico nuevo de los renos ya que tuvimos una conversación agradable y me enseñó sobre ellos. Viaje sola y siempre fueron muy amables Lo único en lo que tenía otras expectativas fue el Aurora by the lake, realmente es una experiencia de fogata y bebidas, más no, la búsqueda de auroras boreales. Todo el tiempo estuvimos adentro tomando bebidas y aprendiendo sobre cómo prender una fogata, pero realmente no es un tour que recomiende si quieres cazar auroras

Die Preise für die Ausflüge sind sehr hoch. Es ist ein ganz besonderer Urlaub- da gönnt man es sich. Dennoch sicherlich kein günstiger Urlaub.

Вкусные завтраки и ужины, приветливый и внимательный персонал в зоне ресторана (огромная им благодарность - очень чуткое отношение к нашим пожеланиям), повар по просьбе мужа очень вкусно приготовил рагу из оленины отдельно для него в наш последний вечер. Отличная уборка домика. Гостей в отеле было мало, так как не сезон, поэтому было тихо и комфортно. Олени, бродившие изредка между домиками, меня всегда очень радовали. В ванной комнате мне не хватило пары крючков, чтобы повесить халат и большое полотенце).
• T (9/5): Mukava pikavisiitti - Kesäaikaan varsin rauhallinen ja siisti paikka kaikin puolin. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja palvelu hyvää. Mainio tukikohta Saariselän tutkimiseen ainakin omalla autolla liikkuvalle.
• Carina (10/5): Timanttinen paikka Saariselällä 💎 - Kokonaisuus ja yleiset tilat olivat kauniit, upeat ja ylelliset. Aurora-mökit viihtyisät ja toimivat. Ruoka superhyvää, gourmet tasoa. Henkilökunta todella miellyttävää ❤️

• Mathieu (8/5): - Hébergement de qualité mais avec quelques parties abîmées. Au vu du prix on pourrait avoir quelque chose de nickel. Tous les herbergements sont très (trop) proches les uns des autres. Le cadre du restaurant est magnifique.
