• Martin_HH (7/5): Simple guesthouse at good location - Location close to the old town. Quiet area, apart from traffic noise. Windows with mosquito net. The beds were covered with some kind of plastic, no proper sheets. Room was poorly eqipped and facing the street. Check out time needs to be arranged the day before.

• Yvon (4/5): No comment - Bien placé dans phuket old town les chambres sont rudimentaires la première proposée était catastrophique ( pas de fenêtre) la seconde après supplément pas de bouilloire pas de frigo une couette de lit trop petite pour un couple .un lavabo ou l eau peineà couler. Sanitaires corrects les tenanciers sont très à l écoute et disposés à aider les touristes de façon efficace mais je pense qu ils ne réalisent pas qu une bouilloire ou un frigo pourraient améliorer le quotidien. Comme indiqué précédent messsge croiser un rat dans l escalier n est pas fait pour engager à revenir malgré trois chats et des couloirs très propres Aucun fruit dans les chambres est aussi très étonnant en affichage. Bref nous n y retournerons pas malgré de gentilles personnes

• María (1/5): Not recommended at all unless you have no choice if you go on a low budget - I liked nothing at all The bed was horrible (kind of made of plastic, it was not an actual mattress), uncomfortable, the blanket was tiny, the towels could not be smaller and thinner, there was only one roll of toilet paper for two people and the host was way too insistent. We asked price for a taxi to the airport and we were forced to pay the full amount in advance in order to book it. We agreed to meet in the lobby to do the payment at a specified time and she would not keep texting throughout the day sending messages/reminders to make sure my friend and I would arrive on time to confirm the payment. There were no minimum services such as hair dryer, little fridge or strongbox.

It's very well situated in central Phuket, particularly for the Sunday Night market. And also handy for the bus station if you're heading to the airport.

While recovering from a recent accident in Thailand, they treated me like family, ensuring I ate well, slept comfortably, and even helped me find the best and most budget-friendly accommodations. Despite traveling alone, I never felt isolated during my recovery. Their cheerful support boosted my morale and undoubtedly contributed to my speedy recovery. N/A

• Ashley (7/5): Your paying for the location - The best thing about In Phuket House is the location, it's perfect for exploring the town. We found the hosts to be very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the budget double room with no window, we found the room fine for a 2 night stay, yes it's basic but clean enough. The bed wasn't comfortable for me but that's been the case for many hotels in Thailand. I think the room is a little overpriced but your paying for the location.
• joshuakI3027CX (10/5): Very helpful and friendly staff, highly recommend for booking day trips and transport! - We visited the sightseeing shop multiple times during our visit to Phuket. The staff were extremely kind and also helped us find the best option for our travels. We first went to the shop to book a taxi across to Patong but they suggested we take the bus instead for just a fraction of the price. When booking taxis to the airport and events the staff called multiple taxi providers to find us the best price available. We did not stay in the accommodation so I cannot comment on the room condition but the reception area was set up well and was very clean. The shop is conveniently located on the road where the Sunday night market takes place in Phuket old town. Thank you so much for your assistance during our time in Phuket😊
• Jennifer (4/5): Good in a pinch. - Friendly staff. The place was a bit run down, cockroaches in the room. Walking distance from everything in Phuket town, but I’d recommend staying in one of the hotels down the street instead. Overpriced for what it is. pinch if you have nowhere else to stay.

• Craig (8/5): Clean and good location - Perfect location for exploring the Old Town. In and Jo were extremely friendly and provided a lot of suggestions of things to see and places to eat. We booked a tour through them and they were able to get us a good discount. Room was clean and spacious.
• aml31415926 (10/5): Wonderful visit with excellent hosts - I stayed at In Phuket House in July 2019 for 5 days. It was a great location, comfortable room, and the BEST MOST HELPFUL HOSTS! The hotel is in an excellent location, right around the corner from the tourist authority, which is also very helpful with maps and information. It is a 1 min walk to the Trick Eye museum, and 2 min walk to down town. Everything was convenient and easily accessible. In and Jo were the best possible hosts. They both speak excellent English. Unfortunately during my stay there was a monsoon, which made it impossible to do a lot of the outdoor activities I had planned. In and Jo were incredibly helpful at helping me to find alternative activities. They called multiple different cooking schools for me to help me find one that was a good fit, and made phone calls to various other activities multiple times to help me find the ones that were best suited to me. In and Jo were incredibly attentive, In even showed me how to open mangosteens without making a mess :) Also, In was incredibly helpful at telling me where i could find vegetarian restaurants, and answering every question I could possibly come up with. The room was much nicer and bigger than it appears in the photographs. Everything was clean and well organized. Unfortunately my room did not have a window which I would have liked. I had a wonderful time during my stay, and we could happily go back. I highly recommend In Phuket House!

The Guest House is right on the main Thalang Road 3 minutes walk from the main gorgeous section. In recommended local sights and an excellent restaurant . Her brother also runs the place and was equally accommodating. The room was fine, the entire place super clean and attractive. I thoroughly recommend In Phuket House !!

It feels like I have been part of their family for the last 20 years. Both speak English really well and are so easy to talk to. The room is absolutely beautiful, super clean and extremely comfortable. In Phuket house is in walking distance to old Phuket Town, monkey hill, temples, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. I loved being here and certainly will come back. Thanks In and Jo for such an amazing time!

The lady in the office completely arranged everything for me and could speak very good english. After that she did recommend me what I can do with the rest of my day in Phuket by driving a rented scooter. I could not have been happier with the service. Thank you a lot.

I cannot express enough how welcoming and kind the hosts were. They provided so much info and enthusiasm for the area and this certainly enriched my visit to Thailand as a whole. The room was very well equipped, spacious and clean - all at a brilliant price. Very good location with the town just down the road and tranquil park just next door. Very good public and private transport connections to both local areas and other parts of Thailand. Cannot thank In Phuket enough for welcoming me to your wonderful country and amazing hospitality.

The lady took her time to explain us everything in detail. Nothing was too much for her. I'd really go back there! The tour to surin was a top experience. Everything was planned really well. The taxi, boats, ... everything was on time. We had a great experience. Thank you!
• livinit-lovinit1 (8/5): decent place, good service - Hotel is decent. Clean, good for a night or two rest. Service was good. We arrived to the hotel at around 12:30am and the owner waited up for us, greeted us and got us all settled. The guest house is close to the pier which was nice as we were going to Phi Phi in the morning. We didn’t have much time to check out the area so in terms of things to do or places to eat, we didn’t check any of it out.
• sarahmadeleine (10/5): In & Jo are AMAZING - My friend and I were supposed to land at 1am, but our flight was delayed by two hours - In and Jo stayed up until almost 4 in the morning to welcome us and check us in. They also took care of our booking for a ferry to Koh Lanta that same day AND helped us book a four-island day trip from Koh Lanta - I don't know what we would have done (in our very jetlagged state, especially) without them! Highly recommend staying here!!!

Det låg centralt med marknad runt hörnet som var kvällens nöje. Dock var det jättehård säng och en AC som gjorde rummet antingen iskallt eller varmt. Bra boende om man bara ska stanna en natt och vill lägga pengarna på något annat

The staff are really friendly, speak amazing English and are always on hand to offer advice on tours, restaurants and anything else you require. The rooms are spacious, well decorated, clean and comfortable. Overall a really positive experience and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Phuket Town.

Clean, quiet, conveniently placed in phuket town. The hotel owners (brother and sister) go above and beyond to ensure you're aware of everything you can do around Phuket. They have lots of recommendations if you're stuck on where to eat or what to do for that day. Will definitely be back to see them both if I'm ever in phuket town again. :)
• 685niamhb (10/5): Fantastic stay - Lovely new hostel with beautiful rooms and extremely clean. Comfortable beds, it looks like it has only been decorated. It's in an ideal location beside the market (on a sunday), bars, restaurants and close to bus stop from airport and rest of island bus routes . Owners are more than helpful and gave great tips for the best place to eat. They are very kind and make sure you get the most out of your stay. Every restaurant they recommended had only the best food. They also gave loads of information on where to travel. It was definitely one of the nicest hostels we stayed in.

• jroyle99 (10/5): Clean, fresh and well located - I found "In Phuket House" to have comfortable new, clean, fresh rooms very reasonably priced. The hotel is very well situated close to restaurants, Indy market, walking street, Phuket Old Town and bus terminal 1 for the airport bus. The staff are lovely and very knowledgeable of the local area and surrounds and have a tourist information stand in the hotel foyer. I would definitely recommend this place.
• drwols (10/5): Friendly service - I passed by and enquired about booking a boat to Kho Phi Phi, In was very friendly and informative helping us book the tickets. She managed to get us a free transfer to the pier too which was helpful, as well as giving us a lot of information about travelling to Penang in Malaysia. Didn't stay in the accommodation but In was very friendly and helpful, so I will surely consider staying here if I ever return to Phuket.
• X2403ZQgarym (8/5): Clean, safe and very friendly - Very near to Phuket Old Town and a 5-7 min walk from the last stop for the bus from the airport (taxis are extortionate). The price is very good for Phuket but as always you get what you pay for so don't expect a 5* hotel but a budget but new, spotless and friendly budget hotel. The rooms cool with good quiet air conditioning and a comfortable bed with the usual Thailand mattress. The Old Town is charming and its worth spending a day or so there, especially on Sundays when they have the market. There are good restaurants and street food very near by, plus a couple of great bars with live music just around the corner. The only negative is that you need a scooter as access to good beaches is not easy, but scooters are essential in my opinion anyway. On the other hand you can book excursions from the hotel, or if you want to base yourself away from the crowded expensive areas its great value. In and her brother Joe are exceptional hosts who go over and beyond the call of duty to help. Advice is freely given without undue pressure to sell excursions.
