Calvin (10/5): Great hotel - I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Tide. The overall experience was good, not outstanding, with a great balance of comfort, service and quality. The breakfast offered a strong selection with high quality options each morning. The staff were consistently friendly, professional and attentive, with special mention to Fifa, who was particularly helpful. The hotel was immaculately clean throughout. My room was spacious, well presented and had a beautiful balcony view. The pool and gym were both well maintained and added to the stay. The hotel is not close to the old town or Patong but the beach is stunning. The view from the pool, especially at sunrise, and sunset is beyond description. Overall, a high quality and memorable stay, and I would definitely return. There were a couple of minor issues. The gym did not always have towels or water available, which could be improved. Additionally, my room door did not lock on one occasion and was left unsecured for around an hour when I was in the gym. It required some effort to get this resolved, although the staff remained friendly and professional throughout. Check-in itself was smooth and efficient.

Nadin (1/5): - Wir sind erst gar nicht in diesem Hotel abgestiegen, weil wir vorab gelesen hatten, dass sehr viele Menschen, die dort übernachtet hatten, an schlimmen Magen-Darm- Beschwerden oder Lebensmittelvergiftungen gelitten hatten, sogar mit Aufenthalt im Krankenhaus. Wir hatten Angst um unsere Gesundheit. Von dem Hotel kam keinerlei Reaktion, wir wurden regelrecht ignoriert, geschweige denn haben wir auch nur einen Cent zurück erhalten. Booking.com wollte dieses Hotel eigentlich von der Buchungsplattform löschen, aber leider haben sie es wieder aufgenommen.

R (8/5): - Pool Landschaft sehr schön mit Bar. Zimmer sehr groß zügig. Service Personal leider nur erledigt was muss ohne Erklärung oder Nachfragen. Erst auf nachfragen Erklärungen. Kein Tour Bus Angebot zur Phuket Town City wie beschrieben und auch schriftlich angeschrieben dafür reservation für 1 Tag versucht zumachen , schreiben vor Ort waren 3 Tage da sagen hätten den Service nicht mehr. Leider war da Essen (schlecht) Geschmacklich sowie Frühstück, Kaffee nicht genießbar auch die Bar der Café war nicht trinkbar nur Cocktails. Pool

Leannah (10/5): Top location to relax in the pool & soak up an amazing view of the sea & be looked after by exceptional staff. - Beautiful location breathtaking view of the sea from the pool. Quiet away from the hustle & bustle loved our stay we island hopped & came back each time to relax. The staff were so friendly and helpful nothing was a problem. The food was well presented and yummy. Lack of tourists because of the war felt for the staff. We had the pool to ourselves with a few other tourists so wasn’t overcrowded bonus to us.

Marc (9/5): Super tijd gehad in dit hotel. Was mooi - De ligging van het hotel is super en het personeel is super aardig. Het hotel is al wat ouder en heeft wat onderhoud nodig. We hadden een verstopping in de douche en de verlichting viel uit. We hebben een nieuwe kamer gekregen en deze was prima. In het zwembad zijn een paar tegeltjes los wat gewoon jammer.

ARGIRIS - PONET (8/5): Séjour en couple paradisiaque - J’ai pu avoir une chambre avec accès piscine qui était formidable, le mobilier, la literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner très copieux buffet varié. Un peu loin du centre mais, le personnel met tout en place pour satisfaire nos besoins de transport, nos activités….

Alina (9/5): Traumhaft! - Das bequemste Bett dass ich jemals in Thailand erlebt hab. Schönes Zimmer Super liebes und aufmerksames Personal Toller Pool Mega Frühstücksbuffet. Leider Lagetechnisch etwas abgelegen. Perfekt wenn man mal ein bisschen Ruhe möchte. 7-11 ein bisschen entfernt aber mit Bolt oder Grab alles kein Problem :) Sehr empfehlenswert alles in allem :)

Nisa.chic (6/5): Night mare - Next to the ocean All the stay was a night mare. To start with all tiles around pool need be retiles. It is dangerous ly slippery especially with kids around. One of the guest actually slipped. My wife got sharp cut on my right hand (she said feel like a broken glass) at the baby's pool while taking our 18 months old baby to swim. We reported the staff immediately and they came to look apologies and gave me a bandages. They said they could not vacuum the pool as the tide flushing all sand the things in every day so it is hard to keep up. I was like wtf . It is a pool for kid and it is unsafe and dirty. Someone accidentally got injured and they said can't clean it. What a rubbish. We spent 4 nights there. First nights was great until we ordered food from the hotel restaurants when they had BBQ. I ordered beef skewed , prawn pad Thai.Chicken Pesto Penne. Everything was good except The beef skewed was uncooked even the zucchini was not cooked. And I think that leaded us all getting food poisoning. And the third night I ordered good from restaurants again as the husband could not go anywhere only resting from being sick and diarrhea. Baby and thai wife were still find until We ordered tomato soup (they put prawns in it ) squid stirred fried curry paste with rice and chicken wings. One piece of squid tasted so rotten and fishy and chicken wings was red (not sure it from the marinated or what) So after that meal we all got sick and diarrhea. We couldn't go anywhere.We requested the late check out at 3 P.M. as we were flying at 6 p.m. but they can only offering till 2 P.M. Oh 7-11 is 45 minutes walk. Not many choice around the hotel. We are still recovering for food poisoning. My baby still has diarrhea (2 days after checking out) It was not good enough . No compensation for being sick We won't recommend it

Paul (7/5): Worth the price but more like a honeymooners resort - Excellent decor and facilities. As a photographer the gallery and little photographic references were great. Location. If you want to access something different then you have to travel. Most of the staff seemed nervous.

Bart (1/5): Geen 5-sterrenervaring - Het eten aan de overkant bij The Green Bar , super service en erg lekken eten geboekt als 5-sterrenhotel (van €625 p.n. voor €75 p.n., 7 nachten), maar dit niveau wordt totaal niet gehaald. Kamer was netjes maar basic, ontbijt leek op dat van een luxe hostel (oploskoffie en melkpoeder). Meerdere hygiëne- en onderhoudsproblemen, waaronder lekkende wasbak, verstopte douche en zelfs met 15 cm bloed bevlekt beddengoed. “Strand” bleek misleidend en het restaurant stelde zwaar teleur.

Jarrod (3/5): Disappointing - Location was ok (not great) and checkin was easy and informative The rooms were very noisy. Could hear people all night talking in hallways when returning from late nights out. Some running around screaming and laughing at 2am which kept us awake. No nighttime security to police it. Breakfast in the morning was terrible. All the ‘hot’ food in the Bain-Marie were cold (pasta, stir fries, eggs). We notified staff but they didn’t seem to care and kept it out. Serious concerns about food safety given the meat dishes. We couldn’t eat it and stuck to the fruit and toast to be safe.

Michael (5/5): Schönes Zimmer, aber schlechter Stand und verdorbenes Essen. - Kurzer Aufenthalt im Hotel über 2 Tage. Das Personal war freundlich, Zimmer in Ordnung, schöner Pool und schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im OG bei dem KEIN Fenster zu öffnen ging bzw. kein Balkon vorhanden war. Der Strand und Meer waren sehr verschmutzt und ins Meer konnte man nicht gehen - dreckiges, trübes Wasser u viel Müll. Im Restaurant hatte ich mir leider etwas den Magen verdorben - Ananas war wahrscheinlich im Cocktail o Essen schlecht.
Matěj (7/5): Na první pohled je velmi hezký, bohužel fotografie lžou a v reálu to tak slavné není - Prostředí vypadalo na první pohled hezky. Jídlo v restauraci, bylo fajn. Snídaně byla velmi bohatá a příjemná. Vlhký pokoj, museli jsme kvůli tomu nechávat otevřené hlavní dveře a mít zapnutou klimatizaci. Nebylo otevíratelné okna na pokoji. Bazén vypadal hezky do doby než jsem si všimnul, že jsou některá bazénová světla pod vodou odklopená a ven koukají dráty... Nebylo příjemné se v tu chvíli koupat a věřit, že nejsou světla v elektrice. Lákají velkými slevami na pobyt, které jsou v podstatě extrémně přestřelené a náhle zlevněné o 80/90%... Pak jsme zjistili, že je tento případ po celý rok a tak to beru jako klamání zákazníka.
Emily (1/5): Do not stay. Not worth it. Nicer hotels nearby. - Nice location but far away from everything apart from Phuket old town. Cleaning staff were really friendly and welcoming. Pool was dirty. Food was expensive and came out cold. The room felt dirty. Not near enough sunbeds for everyone, people were sunbathing on the chairs used for dinner. Run down and needs painting. Broken steps by the pool. The beach doesn’t look like the pictures and has rubbish everywhere. Manager was rude and blamed their error on myself and my partner. We stayed for NYE. When we booked in we were asked to pick a table for a GALA dinner. The staff at reception went through the options and we picked a table with a buffet and one drink included (we were very happy to pay this). When we arrived at the GALA, the lady sorting out the tables couldn’t find out room number on the seating plan. We explained which table we picked out and she said she didn’t have any left. She then said we could sit on a table right by the sea for free and wouldn’t have to pay anything extra. This staff member also said we could have unlimited drinks from 7pm until 10pm at no extra charge! Throughout the night we kept double checking with her and our waiter if it was free and they said yes. Then came check out, the receptionist told me that I had to pay 3,000 Thai bhat per person for the GALA dinner. The manager then came over and argued with me blaming myself and my partner and stated it was unfair we wouldn’t pay. I explained it was there mess up and said they could keep our room deposit. I walked out and was then greeted with 500 Thai bhat back! Rude staff have left us feeling like our 9 days were not worth it and we would now not return or recommend to others. It was clear staff sat us at the honeymoon table on purpose to get us to pay 6,000 hoping we would pay up and leave.

Alice (10/5): Perfektes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eine super Lage - Die Lage am Meer ist wunderschön, das Zimmer war wirklich unglaublich und wir hatten ein kostenloses Update! Ich habe mich riesig darüber gefreut. Sauberkeit, Poolanlage, Ausstattung, alles war perfekt. Das Meer direkt vor dem Hotel lädt nicht zum baden ein, das wussten wir aber schon bei der Buchung aufgrund der vorherigen Kommentare. Poolanlage ist aber wirklich der Hammer daher war es kein Problem -

Yosra (1/5): Une déception total et une intoxication alimentaire la veille de mon vol. - Rien ATTENTION À LIRE : intoxication alimentaire Une indifférence totale de la part du personnel, aucun sérieux, retard énorme dans le room service et cerise sur le gâteau : une intoxication alimentaire . Oui oui j’ai passé plus de 12h à vomir chaque 30min à cause du dîner que j’ai commandé en room service et qui était venu après presque 2h d’attente. Le matin j’ai appelé 1000 fois pour venir nettoyer la salle de bain après tout ce qui s’est passé toute la nuit suite aux vomissements. Et aucun dédommagement, même pas une proposition de voir un médecin surtout que j’avais un bébé de 10 mois avec moi. L’hôtel est très loin de tout, rien n’est accessible à pieds et leur restau est très médiocre et très sale.
Evan (8/5): Bon pour quelques jours - Literie très confortable, piscine sympathique, espace massage et masseuse très agréable. La propreté ne semble pas être une priorité. Lors de l’enregistrement, il nous a été demandé de conserver la quittance papier pour pouvoir récupérer la caution, sous peine de ne pas être remboursés. En 2026, cette procédure mériterait clairement d’être modernisée. Le personnel de la réception est peu chaleureux et manque de sourire. Le petit-déjeuner est peu varié. Il est également regrettable qu’il y ait si peu de transats disponibles autour de la piscine. Enfin, indépendamment de l’hôtel, la mer n’est pas praticable pour la baignade.
