Kateřina (8/5): hotel near airport - Clean and everything was ok. Shuttle bus is provided, but not everytime ,be prepare for it. Reserve your seat in bus when you will be check in into hotel. Some reviews says, there are nothing to eat neaby, but it is not true, restaurants are there, or you can take a bus 203 to other options, bus stop is in front of the hotel. So, I choose this hotel because I want to be close to airport it is ok, but get here from Soul is really challenging. I should take a taxi to get nicely here.

Arik (7/5): Wir waren enttäuscht. - Recht günstig, tolle Aussicht Heruntergekommenes Zimmer, Stadtteil im November sehr verlassen, kein Shuttle zum Flughafen trotz Zusage in der Buchung, mit öffentlichen Bus/Bahn über eine Stunde zum Flughafen, mit Taxi 20 Minuten.

Kinga (5/5): - We were disappointed with the airport transfer: it’s available only a few times a day at fixed hours, and only on weekends, which wasn’t disclosed before booking. The hotel suits less demanding guests, as the overall standard is weak. You can feel every spring in the beds; rooms are clean but only superficially—no deep cleaning like stain removal from carpets, fresh paint on walls, or exterior window washing, so the view is barely visible. The gentlemen at the reception was emotionless and not very communicative. On the positive side: good price, shops nearby, and close to the airport.

Matthew (9/5): Clean, Nice 1 night stop over. - I liked the quietness, cleanliness and view. A great place for our 1 night stop over to then continue our Trip. A little out of the way (i.e - not too much around for somebody that doesn't know Korean etc...) There are obviously g25 and 7eleven and a few restaurants my 4yo daughter was unsure about haha.

Per dormire una notte se si è di passaggio dall'aeroporto potrebbe andar bene. Il servizio navetta pubblicizzato su Booking in teoria esiste solamente nel fine settimana. Nessuno ce lo aveva detto. Ho cercato di contattare più volte, tramite Booking, dove sempre gli hotel rispondono alle domande, ma qui non mi hanno mai risposto se non quando gli ho comunicato l'orario d'arrivo. Sono rimasto ad aspettare all'uscita dell'aeroporto al gate segnalatomi dalla struttura, ma la navetta non è arrivata. Ho telefonato e mi hanno detto che c'era solo il sabato e la domenica. Ho preso un taxi ed ho speso 28 euro, la metà del costo della camera. Arrivato alla reception, ho fatto le mie dimostranze, forse anche in modo alterato, ma la ragazza, ha detto, anche il modo alterato che la colpa era mia e non si è neanche scusata.

Their airport shuttle's operating days changed after I booked without having been notified. We also asked a receptionist to book a taxi for the next day at around 6 or 6:30. There was no taxi waiting for us.

Ho dovuto prendere un taxi dall’aereoporto all’hotel. Il giorno dopo andare in centro volevo tornare in aereoporto con loro perché l’aereoporto è collegato meglio per andare in centro ma peccato che anche al ritorno non ho potuto usufruire della navetta poiché piena in tutti gli orari: da notare che nel loro foglio di illustrazione sull’utilizzo della navetta c’è scritto che minimo va avvisato 2 ore prima… non bastano mesi per avvisare perché o non ti rispondono o ti dicono che è pieno! Julia (5/5): Cheap, but uncomfortable - It is near the airport, although the shuttles only work in the weekends and we had to take à taxi because with public transport it was à 50 minutes ride. The smell of the rooms was odd and my bed was hard and uncomfortable.

千代美 (3/5): - 地下にコンビニがあって便利でした。ネットの予約の時の写真はバスタブ付きでシャトルバス利用を希望して金額の高い方を選んだのですがシャトルバスは週末しか使えないとの事でした。もちろん返金は無くタクシーで空港への往復しました。

Chen (2/5): - Beds were very uncomfortable. Hard bumps could be felt on the beds, making it extremely difficult to relax. The bathroom door (sliding door) doesn't close properly. It leaves a decent gap and has no lock. Pillow also had some noticeable stains.

NATSUKI (7/5): 普通に満足！ - ・仁川空港からタクシーで15分の距離で近い。早朝便だったのでよかったです。・早朝のタクシーの予約を、遅い時間でしたがチェックイン時にして下さりとても助かりました！翌朝チェックアウトからタクシー運転手への案内もスムーズでした。・コンビニがホテル内にある！・ホテルまでの移動が少し不便。近くまでバスがありますが、最寄り駅からバスに乗って30分以上かかります。電車一本でスムーズに到着できないのが、少し不便でした。タクシーに乗ればいいのですが、遅い時間は駅にタクシーもほとんどいなかったので。・空港までのリムジンバスは、やはり事前予約が必要だったので利用できませんでした。リムジンバスの案内が分かりやすく掲載されていたらいいなと思います。・日本のホテルに比べると、完璧に清潔とはいえませんが、かなり綺麗な方でした。

GesYar (7/5): Helt ok! Bra läge till flygplatsen. - Nära till flygplatsen. 1. Dåligt tryck vid spolning. 2. När man bokade hotellet informerades det om gratis transfer till flygplatsen. När vi ringde och bokade dagen innan sa de att de inte kunde ta stora incheckade väskor utan endast max 3 st kabinväskor (vi var ett sällskap på 6 pers med 2 stora bagageväskor + varsin kabinväska). Vi fick då boka taxi och betala extra ändå. Som tur var var det inte stora summor.

Also, loved the restruant and emart access i. The hotel. Unfortunately was unable to use the gym or check out the rooftop Was a bit small and entertainment was very limited. Couldn't really watch netflix or anything other than certain channels available and it was all in korean which was a bit of nuissances to translate every selection.

Reserve el traslado a las 0730, el chofer me llamó a la habitación a las 0655 para decirme que el bus salía antes, le pregunté la hora y me dijo 07:10, tienes que estar en el lobby a las 07:00.

Chantelle (10/5): I would probably only do 1 night here next time and go straight to Seoul the next day as there wasn’t too much to do in - Not too far from Incheon Airport! About a 15 min taxi but they offer a shuttle bus before 7:30PM and has to be booked with the hotel in advance. It doesn’t offer too much around it but enough for the 2 days we were there. Our toilet wouldn’t flush on first use (it was night time around 10pm) and they couldn’t do anything about until next day 1pm when their maintenance guy would be at the hotel. it wasn’t too much of an issue as we had a full day planned out but a bit inconvenient having to go downstairs to use the bathroom.

Chris (6/5): Great value and clean accommodations! - Clean and modern spacious design. A/C was not working well, felt and smelled very musty and damp. However, was a very wet rainy few days. No coffee stir sticks. Coffee was good, grateful for 2 bottled waters and airport shuttle service, although limited to weekends.

EVGENIIA (10/5): - Отель расположен близко к морю. Оно не восхищает в этом месте, но радует,что не пришлось к нему ехать специально. Останавливались в отеле на одну ночь,перед вылетом домой. Утром был трансфер до аэропорта, доехали быстро. Все в номере было вполне нормально. Инчхон очень запустелый город, дальше от отеля дома есть,а людей почти нет,немного пугает. Обедать в ресторане Ocean sea view. Рестораном назвать сложно,скорее,это кафе. Было все очень вкусно. Рядом с отелем сетевой супермаркет,где можно купить еду, кофейня. Сам Инчхон

Rhona (10/5): The hotel and staff was great. It is in a nice location only 25 mins from Airport. - Great location! Lots of food options and great freshly baked croissants store in the little town area. Close to the Ferry to Incheon. The mattress was very hard.

That was not true transportation only runs during the weekends. And that was the main reason I chose the hotel.
