• Emerson (10/5): Amazing - It was amazing. They provided night ware, toothbrushes, towels. Everything was clean. My only miner complaint that I can live with is that the men’s lockers and the rooms itself stinks of sweat. Would 100% go again.
• Joshua (10/5): - This was the best hostel I stayed at while traveling Japan. The only downside is you must leave the hostel between the hours of 10 am and 3 pm for cleaning. However, I didn't mind since I slept well and there were many things to do. The capsules are spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and private. The price was also excellent. I highly recommend.
• Saiizan (10/5): - So near to the FujiQ amusement park. A few train stops from Kawaguchiko Station or you can also walk a few hundred meters to the hotel while exploring the area along the way. In the early morning while walking my way back to Kawaguchiko station, Mount Fuji was so clear in full visibility that it looked like a giant & haunting spirit being. It was massive & jaw dropping! The cabin is big enough. Very comfy! Shower area is massive with pleasant soaps! The rest & dining area is great for eating the food you get from the big convenience store just beside the hotel.

• David (6/5): - Modern style capsule hotel with friendly staff, daily bed cleaning and conveniently located for visitors to Fujikyu Highland (literally a short walk away). Personal locker assigned for each guest for luggage and belongings. Things to be aware of: - Due to proximity to station and Fujikyu Highland, in the evenings, you may be able to hear station announcements or people screaming on amusement park rides. - Guests asked to be out of the sleeping area (capsules) between 10am to 3pm for daily cleaning to take place. - Food options are abit limited in the local area, more available in Kawaguchiko area (via train, bus or 20 min walk).

• Taurou (8/5): - It's very clean and high tech for a capsule hotel. First experience of capsule hotel and the cleanliness is comparable to 3-star and above hotels. Location is pefect as well if you're planning to go to Fuji-Q park. They even have discounted park tickets for guests.
• JEFFERY (10/5): More than happy - Best capsule/cabin experience so far. Very near to the station and theme park, also some eateries and convenience store beside. Place was extremely clean and neat. They had deals to the attractions and onsen too.Extended one more night because it was that lovely!

• Audrey (10/5): - My first capsule hotel experience and it was absolutely enjoyable! The whole process of check in, to the locker rooms and capsules, was organized perfectly. Lawson just next door, and the free shuttle just behind the hotel. The train station Fuji Q Highland was also just behind. For future reference, it would be better to take the express bus from Shinjuku and simply stop at Fuji Q Highland resort instead of taking to Fujisan station and then taking the shuttle bus here.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Pros: Comfortable bed. They provide everything you could possibly need (pajamas, razor, comb, etc.) Near metro station and grocery stores.Place was impeccable; very clean. Cons: You hear everything as the closure (door) to capsule is some sort of blind. They do provide you with earplugs. If you stay for more than one night you have to leave the premises between 10:00am-3:00pm so that they can clean. This can be an inconvenience if the weather isn't nice.

• Helene (10/5): Clean, comfy and reasonably priced. - Clean, comfy and reasonably priced - was much better than expected!! However, it is a good 10-15 min walk from the centre of things (bus station, shops and lake). Nevertheless, would happily recommend and would stay again.

• Verified traveler (8/5): An inexpensive, yet comfortable option close to FQ - Great location near Fuji-Q Highlands entrance and the train station. Also next door to a Lawson convenience store and inexpensive Chinese restaurant (with drink and soup Viking specials). Shiseido brand hair and skin products to use for free in the "gang" bathroom-- awesome! Lodge is new and clean with comfortable beds and fairly large lounge area. Ideas for improvement: don't allow luggage beyond the locker room as people were noisily sifting through it and talking in the cabin area late into the night. Also, we were disappointed that the planned "ladies' lounge" had been joined to the co-ed lounge as we were hoping to have a place to unwind without having to worry about what we looked like. Still, the Highland Cabins were an excellent value. And the employees were great, too.
• Jangwon (10/5): 후지큐 하이랜드 이용객에게 값싸고 좋은 숙박이에요 - 후지큐 하이랜드 가시는 분들께 추천합니다. 내부에 작은 귀중품 락커도 있고.. 여기 숙박하시면 공짜 셔틀로 갈 수 있는 후지야마 온천도 할인돼요. 하이랜드 2입구에서 3분 거리에 있어서 가까워요. 버스는 1번 출구에 도착하지만 2출구쪽에도 락커가 있습니다. 재입장도 가능하므로 굳굳. 안에 부대시설은 많이 없어서 좀 그런데 밖에 편의점 음식점 많아서 괜찮아요.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good - The station Inn was new so everything was still fairly clean, all neccessities were provided. Although I don't recommend for long trips if you like your privacy (the beds are closed by a pull-down cover). I also don't recommend large suitcases even though they provided locker rooms for your belongings as they have lockers located above each other and can be difficult to move things in and out if you need to. But overall, the stay was great, there is the free shuttle bus just a short walk away and convenient stores nearby.
• Satoru (10/5): 清潔、快適、便利！ - 基本的に寝るだけの目的ですが、シャワー、トイレは清潔で、ラウンジで飲食やテレビ視聴できるので、快適に過ごせました。隣がコンビニなのもGOOD。
• TSURU (10/5): 富士急ハイランド駅至近距離の新しいカプセルホテル - 早朝の洗面所に沢山の宿泊のお客様がお使いになられた後のゴミが沢山あふれていました。早朝6時とか7時に何回か清掃回数を増やしたら良いと思います。 それ以外は非常に快適なカプセルホテルでした
• Siri (10/5): Wonderful Stay - I had a good stay here. It is very convenient and easy to travel around Kawaguchiko and nearby area as it is just a few minute walk to the bus and train station. It is also close to Fuji-Q Amusement Park. The accommodation including bed, rest room and other common areas are clean and well-organized. The staff are very nice and helpful. CABIN will be my first priority choice if I am coming to Kawaguchiko again :)
• Verified traveler (10/5): Clean, very close to Fuji Q Highland - Very clean, backs to the entrance no. 2 of Fuji Q Highland, and English speaking staff is available. Also 3 min walking dist to a large grocery store (It's more) which sells fresh food and bakeries at really good price. All amenities are there (incl shower sponge - rare!). Locker size is decent - fits my med size carrier. Only downside is weak hot water pressure.
• Chan (10/5): Clean, Cheap, Easy access. - New Hotel with Plenty of empty room (cabin/capsule). Easy access to the nearest Train station and bus stop. One on wall USB port, and one AC power outlet. Clean toilet room and shower room (all with door). Disadvantages: only one Washing machine and one drying machine.
