- REIKA (2/5): - 5星でもかなり安かったので不便でもいいかと思い今回宿泊しました。ソウルの色んなホテルに泊まりましたが、ここまでコスパが悪いホテルは久しぶりでした。 お部屋はリニューアルされおらず、トイレが何十年前のもの?といった感じでした。もちろんウォッシュレットなしです。バスルームは磨りガラスと薄いカーテンでしか仕切れないので、2人で泊まるのは厳しそう。なんとなくラブホテルの作りみたいでした。ただ設備経年劣化も激しかったですが、清潔さではありました。 玄関スタッフは基本話しかけて来ません。荷物をちょろっと手伝ってくれる程度。 他のスタッフも遺失物の捜索をお願いしてもセンターに電話をかけてそこに無かったらそれでお終い。(3人に言って3人とも同じ対応)遺失物依頼は出来ずに終わりました。 そして1番驚いたのは駅から距離もある僻地、中にレストランなども多くない中で食べ物の持ち込みや配達が禁止されてます。コンビニも商品数が少ないですしカフェも１箇所しかありません。これがパラダイスやインスパイアレベルでレストランがあるなら分かりますが、、、 設備、スタッフの質、不便さを考えると、ソウル中心の3星のが大分いいです。

Great food and service and what you might expect from a luxury hotel. Wine extremely well curated at the shop. Bath in room clean, but really small with ambulance impeded by how bath was situated. Overall, I would give this a slid 4/5 rating and would go again.
- David (1/5): Very dissatisfied - Far too much money for the experience, a room is a room, and it’s a great room. Prices are ridiculous for value of what yiu give. All of your shops, restaurants shops look great, value for money is way above they’re worth. Yiu don’t want people who want value, you want too rich who don’t know the value of money. The fact yiu have a casino next door which I’m guessing less than 5% of your guests will use because it’s soo low brow for them they’ll pay to go elsewhere. Yiu don’t care. As long as the less off lose they’re money next you without stepping foot in your hotel your happy As above

- Jihye (8/5): - Our family always stayed at Vista every time we visit Korea for the past few years and enjoyed it very much. However, this time was slightly disappointing as they changed some things. They removed the check-in desk and turned the whole lobby area into a buffet restaurant. This was unpleasant as the check-in is now at Walkherhill, through some banquet rooms and small hallway. The buffet always had a lot of people lined up and congregating, and the people from banquet using were also very loud. Maybe it's because our visit this time was during December, close to Christmas-time, but still it was rather chaotic and not as quiet and orderly as before. The facilities also showed a lot more aging. Their room service menu also changed, and it seems (even for a 4-5 star hotel) almost laughable to pay 65000 won for a soy bean paste soup. We did order kimchi soup for 55000 won before, but small pizza and bowl of doenjang soup for over 60000 won seems odd. Still, it's a nice hotel with a reasonable price ($190-200 if you choose a room without view, with 2 double beds) with very friendly and professional staff. Oh, and the fitness center is great!

- Yao Xing (2/5): Not impressed with the stay - Amount charge to credit card in KRW and what is shown on the receipt on hotels.com differ and I have sent a message on hotels.com but no response was provided. Hotel temperature is not allowed to be changed and as a result I am sweating in the room, was given a reason of centralised air-conditioning. I was provided with a fan at the end of the day.

The room was large and comfortable. and has everything I would expect a hotel of this quality to provide. I think its probably my fault but the hotel is way further from Gangnam than I expected so it takes between 30min to 1h30 to get anywhere.
- Dominikus (8/5): Very good - Located on a riverside hill, great view, great vibes, and lush environment. Great place for hiking, staying calm, and have a great week. Getting around with the free shuttle is great. Walking down the hill for food and shops are exciting too. A lot of events happening, and traffic may become congested coming and going to city by car. Ordering a taxi during the event's busy hour will be tough.

- Lynsey (8/5): Amazing views but ridiculously high bar prices - Only stayed here for one night. Mixed feelings overall...it took us a very long time to work out where to park and where to check in. The place itself is a huge complex used for many things and we only had about an hour before we needed to leave to go to a cooking course so time was of the essence! Once we'd checked in though, the room was amazing, the view incredible, and the free beers and crisps in the minibar much appreciated! Insanely comfortable bed and we enjoyed the luxury feeling of the automatic blinds! Negatives were that you have to either bring or buy a swimming hat to use the pool - not a huge deal but we were only in there for 10 mins on the morning before our flight so felt a bit annoying. The worst thing though was the prices in the bar. We wanted a couple of drinks before bed after our cooking course - a 330ml Kass beer was 4-5 times the price of everywhere else we've been in Korea... A cocktail was comparable with places in central London and a Goose Island (330ml) beer was 21,000 won. It may just be that we've got lucky with everywhere else we've been to on Korea but it was a huge shock to the system! And the bar itself plays music at the volume of a nightclub - this was very much not the vibe we were after, though obviously this is not the hotel's fault!

- Verified traveler (4/5): 별로,,, - 1. 청소 상태: 별로 방 들어가자마자 누가 쓰고 두고간 면봉이 있어서 깜짝 놀랐어요. 침대엔 머리카락도 껴있고, 베개에 속눈썹같은것도 떨어져 있었어요. 2. 시설: 별로 방이 모텔같은 분위기였어요. 하얀색 가구들은 군데군데 찍혀있고, 가운도 저렴한 느낌… 수영장도 갔는데 사람많아서 수영도 잘 못하는건 둘째치고 레일옆 하얀 조형물에 노란 물때가 좀 심했어요. 샤워실도 수영장이랑 분리가 돼 있는 게 아니라 수영장 안에 자그마한 부스가 두개만 있어서 편하게 씻기는 어려워요. 그래도 건물 안에 있는 식당 델비노는 뷰나 음식 다 괜찮았어요. 3. 직원: 친절 체크인 체크아웃 도와주신 직원분은 친절하셨어요. 4. 가성비: 별로 급히 예약하느라 36만원정도에 1박을 했는데, 돈이 너무 아까웠어요.. 청소상태 안좋은것부터 수영장까지 너무 실망해서 그런지 있는 내내 계속 찝찝하고 얼른 나오고 싶었던 것 같아요. 차라리 돈 좀 더내고 다른 숙소에 갈걸 그랬어요. 다시 갈 일은 없을 것 같아요.
