- LAU (1/5): - upon arrival. there is no receptionist at the counter. we have waited for 30 minutes before the receptionist appeared ! we are very tired and need rest. there is no reason for the counter to be absent for a period of time... without good reason

- AHMAD FUAD (10/5): Great, worth for stay with family. - Room : Clean, cozy, quite spacy. For Muslim traveller, still can solat confortably. Toilet : Clean, not smelly, basic toiletries provided, shower got hot and cold water. Location : Center of Batu Pahat, near to Express Bus Station, convenience store, and suitable for Nasi Kandar Pakistan lover. Parking : This hotel got a private free parking. Just drop you car number to receptionist. Elders and OKU : Friendly to both of them. Had lift so no need to climb using stairs. also had ramp to access the lobby hotel (both from parking and from in front of the hotel) Children and Toddler : The hotel provide Coway water dispenser for parent who need cold and hot water.

- Ancel (7/5): We have returned to stay in this hotel quite several times as it clean, safe and neat. - It’s safe, clean and easy access to many places The rain shower head alone is rather inconvenient. Good to have a handheld shower head attached to it. Water temperature tends to fluctuate as one showers.

- S M.S (7/5): A night in BP - Overall, a convenient location with eatery within walking distance and ample of free parking for guests behind the hotel. Clean and spacious for our family of 4 for a night stay. The dark tone in the room, insufficient lighting that makes certain places too dark like the hanging racks area.. could have placed a spotlight or hanging lamp on it instead of placing it on other brighter areas with double lighting 😅 The wash basin outside the toilet is convenient but not user friendly as no small towels provided to wipe off any water droplets and might be slippery when wet.

- Ainina (7/5): Okay for a short stay. - Good location in the city centre, no loud noise. Friendly staff. Interior design is decent. Plenty of parking space. Proper sharing facilities - ironing table, Cuckoo water station and smoking room. Hot water in room in cool air conditioning. Overlooked cleanliness by housekeeping. Hair is everywhere. Makes me doubt the cleanliness of the whole unit.
