- Rainer (10/5): Wir waren für 4 Tage zum Skifahren in Kitzbühel. Das Appartment liegt und ist ruhig, keine 10 Minuten mit dem Auto vom - Gute Lage, geschmackvolle Einrichtung -
- Weckwert (6/5): - Die Wohnung ist schön groß und verfügt über 2 Ballkone. Die trockene Heizungsluft im Innenraum.
- Vadim (6/5): - Die Lage ist recht praktisch: Das Stadtzentrum ist in etwa 10–15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nähe befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, außerdem gibt es einen großen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Das Badezimmer ist neu, die Toilette sauber. Bettwäsche war sauber und die Betten bequem Das Apartment ist insgesamt veraltet, ebenso wie das gesamte Gebäude. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überzeugt leider nicht. Die Balkontüren lassen sich nur schwer öffnen, an einigen Stellen blättert der Putz ab. Der Herd ist alt, sehr klein und funktioniert nicht gut. Insgesamt besteht deutlicher Bedarf an Renovierung und Erneuerung.

Unterkunft nicht sauber!
Skischuhe Heizkörper funktioniert nicht!
Mehrere Angestellte die unfreundlich sind und nicht wissen was der andere Mitarbeiter macht bzw. mit dem Gast besprochen hat. Dadurch kommen immer unfreundliche Fragen und Anrufe.

- Yvonne (8/5): Genoten op een fijne plek in het prachtige Kitzbühel! - Heerlijk rustige plek op 15 minuten wandelen naar het centrum. Gezellig ingericht appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Badkamer en toilet zijn wat aan de krappe kant maar voor ons 2-en prima. Het bed lag erg goed en fijn dat er faciliteiten zijn voor wassen en drogen en strijken voor algemeen gebruik voor alle appartementen. Het appartement zag er prima uit maar de rest van het huis en de tuin zijn wel aan onderhoud toe. Zoals genoemd, heel fijn dat er een laundry is, echter de staat van de ruimte laat wel te wensen over.
Verder misten we in het appartement en balkon iets van een wasrek, waslijn om iets te laten drogen.
- Larsen (1/5): Det er slet ikke pengene værd! Forfærdelig lugt og dårligt rengjort. Her skal jeg aldrig book mere! - Sengetøjet og håndklæderne var dejlig rene. Kaffemaskinen var fyldt op med bønner. Der stank af røg, selvom man ikke må ryge, der er 2 værelse uden opholdsrum, skabe og gulve knirkede, der var edderkopper over det hele, så vi startede med at støvsuge og generelt var køkkenet dårligt samlet. Fjederne kunne mærkes gennem madrassen. Skabe og sengestels låger der var i stykker. Der boede andre ovenpå og der var meget meget lydt.

Great location. 15 min walk to Center of town. Nothing. Was all wonderful.

- Stephen (5/5): Functional and clean, but pay attention to the location. - The apartment was clean and functional and was easily accessible on arrival.
Both bedrooms were large, and the shower good in the bathroom.
In a wonderful resort The appartment could do with some updating, mould in the bathroom, cupboards in the kitchen with doors slightly falling off. The bedrooms and beds were large but mattresses thin and not particularly comfortable.
Probably down to us, but didnt realise it was a 20 minute walk to the main lift in Kitzbuhel (hannemkanbahmm). If you are prepared to wait for buses then ok, but buses dont run in the evenings, so going in and out took longer than we expected.
- Sadaf (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was in a nice and quiet area with a nice view but you should have car to access the town centre specially in winter time as it takes around 25 minutes on foot to reach the town centre.
The apartment was so clean, comfortable and fairly equipped and also the free parking was really helpful.
I would highly recommend this accommodation.

- Kateřina (10/5): wonderful weekend - The location of the apartment is great, next to the road, no searching because we directly arrived at night, we appreciated it very much, the keys are to be picked up in coded boxes, so arrival is possible at any time at any time. The equipment of the apartment was great, everything you need in the kitchen, plus tablets for the dishwasher, capsules for the coffee machine, washing utensils, but also sugar, salt, and spices. The surroundings are beautiful (Schwarzsee, Kitzbühl, etc..) all trips planned by us are within 30 min. I recommend and we will definitely stay again. Everything perfect, the only thing that is a bit annoying is that the floor and stairs creak a lot, so when someone comes back to the house at night, you can hear it a lot😊.
- Darren (10/5): Great location and apartment for Skiing - Very nice apartment with good facilities for skiing. 5 mins by car from the slopes. Owner is very responsive. We had a slight issue (nothing major) when we arrived and he sorted it immediately and was very generous in sorting it out. How you fix problems says a lot about people and he was excellent. Would definitely go back if I get the chance!
- COLIN (8/5): - All modern appliances in this cute little flat in a typical Austrian (shared) house but the toilet room was too small, it was squashed in less than a cupboard sized room. Ten minute walk in to Kitzbuhel centre. There is a bus route located nearby.
- Stephanie (10/5): Very comfortable - It's just a 15 minute walk into the centre of Kitzbuhel. There is a cafe close by with desserts and drinks. Very comfortable beds and bedding, a very quiet area. Appliances are all new. Large shower and bathroom. Everything in the apartment seemed new. We were in a 2 bedroom which had 2 large beds in each bedroom, and then a good sofa bed in the smaller living room. The manager was very helpful, booking us taxis a few times.
- Graham (10/5): Great family holiday - Our overall stay at Kitzbuhel Haus Brugger Apartments was brilliant and after a 16hour drive with a 1 year old getting restless we were pleased to receive a warm welcome by Stefan who took the time to take our through the features of the apartment and even helped with the luggage. The apartment was spacious and exceptionally clean. The bedrooms were huge and bedding was very comfortable and loved the whole of our stay and cant wait to visit again in the near future. Whilst it was outside of the ski season there is still plenty to do albeit it can get cold and rainy in September so be sure to pack the right clothes!

An easy walking distance to Schwarszee lake. To town center of Kitzbuhel, it was a pleasant 20min walk or 5 mins by car. Will not hesitate to stay if we come again. Thank you!
