- Claudia (8/5): A lovely getaway. - The studio was well setup, very clean, private and in a great location. Attention to detail was exceptional. The welcoming ambience was appreciated after a long drive. Excellent communication with hosts. Bed was a little uncomfortable for us.

- Robs (10/5): I’m a career for my daughter who has cerabyl paulsy I could rest, relax - The privacy it was serenity 💕
- simon (6/5): Nice place to stay but plumbing needs attention. - The studio is conveniently located for walking access to Daylesford. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. As advertised, facilities are limited and this makes it quite expensive for what you get. The TV volume was set to an unacceptably low level for some reason. The bathroom sink was very slow to empty as obviously clogged and the toilet flush was unreliable.
- Joan (7/5): - Nice and clean Described as kitchenette however no cooking facilities
- Melvin (8/5): Pleasant apart from the above. - The studio was spacious and the bed comfortable. The location was quiet with an easy walk to the town centre. We noticed late afternoon on our first day for no apparent reason, there was no power. We rang the only available number and considering it an emergency completed the call through to what we later realized was an answering service. The woman who answered was officious from the start. There were no pleasantries, just demands to know who she was talking to as I tried to explain whose name the booking was in. Then like a deputy principle dressing down a year ten girl because her skirt is too short she proceeded to lecture me at length about faulty appliances (we hadn’t put an appliance on), made us unplug every plug telling us repeatedly as though we were errant teenagers that it was ‘for our own good’ that the power tripped. I took the dressing down not responding but was shaken by this interaction. Not long after we were contacted by ‘Troy’ who with a much more pleasant demeanor restored the power. This could have been a non event had she simply passed the message on and not treated us like we were squatters not actually paying nearly $200 a night. I would suggest to whoever owns this cottage that when outsourcing customer service they may need to coach the company in common politeness. It coloured my stay. All she needed to say was ‘thank you, I’ll let the appropriate person know.’

- Suzanna (10/5): Was a beautiful place to stay, quiet, peaceful and relaxing - Location was beautiful, as was the room. The only thing that bothered us, there was a loose board above the walkway that could come down at any time
- Athena (10/5): A beautiful place to stay, very warm centrally located - The location was great. Felt very central. We are from North Queensland and whilst cold outside the accommodation was always warm. The bathroom was very modern and loved the heater and the heated towel rail. Loved that we could order a hamper to taste the food of the surrounds. Only one suitcase rack when we each have a suitcase. I forgot to check the fridge before leaving and left some of the hamper behind. :(
- Becky (10/5): It was everything we hoped for and more. - The best studio Airbnb we’ve stayed in. It was really well designed, full of light, with high ceilings and quality furnishings. It was also peaceful, well maintained and walking distance to lovely shops, cafes, historic pubs and restaurants. Communication with hosts was excellent too. Nothing.

- Vicky (8/5): It was a pleasant experience and had a great sleep during the stay. - - Great location for privacy
- Easy to travel to other nearby areas
- Beds are very comfortable and the area is clean - Difficult to connect to the wifi at first. It took about 30mins to 1hr to connect from my phone or slow internet at times
- Pre authorisation bond requirement
- Kay (6/5): Well located, room for improvements - Anywhere you stay in Daylesford will be absolutely beautiful but the location is good. Max 10 minutes walk to the Main Street, with restaurants and cafes on the way. Set in a leafy street. The linen was of good quality and the bed comfortable. Troy was responsive when we arrive to stained sheets. We arrived to the property to stained bed sheets. These were replaced but the new ones were also stained. They were definitely clean but stained with what looked like old blood splatter. Many ants inside the property. We were sitting on the bed the afternoon we arrived after a long drive and saw a few ants on the linen and then another was crawling on me a few minutes later. The following day, I went to retrieve something out of a little waste paper bin on the floor and found 10-15 ants in the bottom of the bin and moving along the edge of the carpet. The fact that they expect guests to wash dishes before they leave, and put them away in the original spot means you’re relying on guests to clean properly which isn’t always the case. We bought a bottle of wine and when we went to serve it, 1 of the wine glasses was dirty with dried red wine in the cupboard so the cleaners are obviously not actually checking the dishes.
- Cheryl (7/5): Nice weekend away. Studio was fine and in a good location - Location and amenities Bed mattress a little soft but could just be not to my preference and would have liked access to a little garden not just the verandah

- Helen (9/5): Superb -
- Ange (8/5): Very good -
- Christina (7/5): Good - Host was very friendly, provided regular updates leading up to the trip, and the heater was on when we arrived. There were dirty foot prints in the bathroom when we arrived.

- Jacqueline (10/5): Great location; nice and quiet - The location of the studio was fantastic and a short 10 minute walk into the township. Arriving with the air-conditioning and some chillout music on was appreciated - it was over 40 degrees for most of our 6 hour drive getting there. The room was in a standalone studio and was very private with good access and a handy car spot.
- Claire (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peter (8/5): Very good - The air conditioner did not work.
- Peter (10/5): Great place to stay and will return. - The room felt clean as soon as you walked in and the air conditioner was on which was great because it was a very hot day so it made it comfortable. The location is great with a cafe and restaurant very close, the walk to town is easy the walk back may get some people but we enjoyed it.
Some sort of stopper would be a good addition to the toilet door as it swings into you while using the toilet. Nothing
- Robyn (10/5): Most enjoyable, beautiful restaurants + bars in beautiful Daylesford. - Beautifully presented, music + heating on when we arrived…yes January.
Very clean + well equipped as listed on website. Unfortunately a development site nearby so noise level was high from early in the morning with heavy duty trucks.

- Trish (8/5): A really lovely relaxed, peaceful stay. Walking distance to all amenities in Daylesford - Private , quiet, uncluttered, balcony with tree views. Water pressure in shower is weak.No designated recycling receptacles inside unit. Tap in kitchen is too short for sink.
