• taranaomi (9/5): Excellent location, friendly staff, felt like home! - Close to everything, but far enough away from busy areas that it felt pleasant to return to each night. I traveled alone and felt completely safe at all times. Comfortable walking distance to Termini and other metro stops. Safe neighborhood, beautiful tree-lined street with food options nearby. Secure and spacious property with all the amenities I needed! Also super friendly and accommodating staff, who helped coordinate even before I arrived and explained everything I needed to know when I got there. It really made my trip a five star visit!!! Do not hesitate to book here. No complaints really. My room faced the street and I had zero problems with noise. If I had to find anything to “complain” about, there was some soap buildup on the dispenser in the shower. But that is minimal, and I used my own soap so it didn’t bother me. Again, ultimately I have no complaints, and even mentioning this required me really thinking hard of something that could have been improved and is extremely minor. Just sharing for feedback purposes. Everything really was superb and I would absolutely come back again!
• Rowena (8/5): Good location in Central Rome - Good location close to the Colosseum and a reasonable walk to the sites on the other side of Rome centre. Nice to have tea/ coffee making facilities in the entrance lobby. We didn't see any staff other than the young man who let us in, but the owner quickly answered WhatsApp messages. Clean functional room with good wifi. How comfortable a bed feels is very personal. I found the bed so hard it made my hips ache... my husband was quite happy with it.

• Sergio (7/5): Great location and spacious rooms, but some comfort and cleanliness issues - The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the Colosseum and only five minutes from a metro station with a direct connection to the Vatican, which makes getting around very easy. The room and bathroom were both spacious, providing a comfortable amount of space during our stay. At first glance, the room also appeared clean and generally well maintained. The bed, which had a spring mattress, was not very comfortable and affected the quality of our rest. Although the room seemed clean initially, we found a noticeable accumulation of dust under the bed, suggesting it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a while. Additionally, there was quite a bit of street noise, especially at night—though this may be common in a busy city like Rome, it could be an issue for light sleepers.

Le camere sono bellissime, arredate con grande gusto e curate nei minimi dettagli. Tutto era impeccabilmente pulito e ordinato, cosa per me fondamentale quando viaggio. Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, cordiale e sempre disponibile, facendoci sentire accolti fin dal primo momento. La posizione è perfetta: a soli 10 minuti dalla Stazione Termini e a circa 10 minuti dal Colosseo, quindi comodissima sia per chi arriva in treno sia per visitare le principali attrazioni della città. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, che ha reso ancora più speciale la nostra esperienza romana. Assolutamente consigliato!

La camera era splendida, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, elegante e accogliente, con una pulizia impeccabile che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. La bellezza della stanza è davvero qualcosa che colpisce: spazi raffinati, atmosfera rilassante e comfort La posizione è eccellente, comodissima per muoversi e ideale per godersi il soggiorno senza stress. • anna (10/5): Posizione ottimale - Posizione ottimale anche per girare in centro a piedi. Fermata metro a due passi. Centrale ma in una zona tranquilla. Nella stanza su via Merulana si sentono un po' di rumori di auto, se si ha il sonno leggero può dare fastidio. Ma basta attrezzarsi con dei tappi per le orecchie eventualmente

• Peers (10/5): Perfect October City break - The location was perfect for us, right next to some lovely little family owned restaurants so none of the tourist traps. It is the Colosseum side of Rome and my boyfriend loves Gladiator so it was great to go for a walk first thing and see that. It is a bit far from the Vatican and monuments on that side, but nothing a few cafe stops along the way can't break up.

Ambiente silenzioso, e cucina in comune a disposizione dei clienti ( io però non l'ho usata). Ci ritornerei Appartamento in condominio, ma questo è abbastanza normale per gli affittacamere, ovviamente non è un hotel. Frigo nella mia camera non funzionante, cmq era presente nella stanza comune quindi nessun problema.

The location is excellent – just a short walk from the Colosseum and about 200 meters from the metro, which makes exploring Rome very easy. Around the hotel, there are great local restaurants to try. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff is outstanding, friendly, and very helpful, making the whole stay stress-free. Definitely a great choice for anyone visiting Rome – I would happily stay here again!

• Martin (7/5): Clean room and bathroom, good location. - Overall cleanliness, bathroom was nicely appointed and the location was good. Annoying that the city tax had to be paid in cash. Everywhere else we have stayed, city tax has always been paid on our credit card and we did not get a receipt for the cash payment of the tax. We had to wait to access the building even though we told them we would be there between 4 & 5 pm and two teenage boys eventually arrived to let us in.....it didn't strike me as a very professional look

• Jasmine (7/5): Easily accessible, clean, friendly owner, great facilities and very close to main train station. - Modern and clean, appreciated having a lift given it was on the 3rd floor. Amazing bathroom facilities. No one was available throughout the stay at reception however there was someone present to check in with and the owner was communicating throughout the stay via WhatsApp. Provided excellent instructions to enable us to find the property.
• Isabelle (8/5): Nice simple place 15 to 30 minutes walk from major attractions. - The room was very clean and new. The staff was very prompt in answering all my questions. Some metro station exit areas didn't seem very safe at night.
• Nicola (8/5): Lovely light location in a good area of Rome handy to the necessities - It is a great location with a supermarket and metro handy. The kitchen was a nice touch although felt a bit awkward to use during staffed hours. Not so much didn't like as was concerned about. The elevator it got stalled on other floors if the doors weren't closed to its satisfaction.
