Guest Reviews
- Rani (10/5): - The most beautiful house. Spacious and comfy beds. Great communication & attention to detail. Definitely recommend.
- Huan (10/5): -
- Indumini (10/5): A very enjoyable and comfortable stay. - Very, clean and warm. Nicely decorated and a bottle of wine upon arrival. Exceeded our expectations. Everything in the house was clean including cutlery, crockery, linen & bathrooms. We will definitely rebook. There’s nothing that comes to mind.
- Glenda (10/5): great accommodation to get the family together for a couple of nights. comfortable and clean. - location was nice and quiet. Difficulty finding it at first. signage a bit hard to find and ivy on it...but we got there
- Janiece (8/5): Lovely for a girls weekend with plenty of beds for everyone - The house was much bigger than expected. Beds were all comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone to sit comfortably. Pictures made it look like it was in a more rural area however it was quite residential.

- Lauren (10/5): Amazing weekend with great company and beautiful accommodation! - The facilities were amazing and were very appreciate of the heater being on when we first arrived. Plenty of room for the five of us to enjoy this wonderful weekend together, so thank you 😊 This is more of a recommendation than a dislike. We arrived after 6pm so it was dark and a little hard to find the lane way (even with Google Maps). To make this a little easier, it would be great if the sign was lit up somehow to easily locate!
- Julie (10/5): Exceptional - House was really nice and close to the town. I think they need some kind of light at the front to let people.know the allay way was there as at night in the dark it was hard to find it.
- Russ (8/5): Very good -
- Julia (8/5): Very good -

- Judith (10/5): An outstanding property on the outskirts of Daylesford. - Fabulous house for groups. So clean, fabulous to just relax and enjoy the views. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen with some basic supplies.
We will all be back. Nothing.
- Brian (8/5): very quite and pretty location. - clean, comfortable and lovely balcony distance to Daylesford
- Norah (8/5): Adequately accommodated our family visit for a wedding - views, peacefulness, The downstairs bedroom was so small that there was no room for our luggage.
- Paul (9/5): a very enjoyable stay for a couple of days very comfortable - property was real nice
especially on arrival the ambiance was excellent ie the beautiful smell and the added touch of a bottle of wine in the refrigerator
the little extras of tea coffee etc with a pantry full of extras
plenty of towels etc
very spacious
a five minute drive from the town centre the double beds were a bit hard for us oldies
both bathroom doors need a slight adjustment to stop them opening
- Karen (9/5): Superb - Lots of cushions and blankets nice comfy couch but small the spa was great The towels were terrible
- Gloria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Angii (9/5): a delightful place to spend a few days in. - there were lots of considerate extras - as well as plenty of towels, lovely bed linen, quality pillows etc.
- Belinda (8/5): Very good -
- Vicki (10/5): Cosy and comfy house with relaxing views and peaceful surrounds - We all loved our stay. The beds were comfy and cosy, the kitchen was very well equipped and the lounge cosy with the gas fireplace. It was peaceful and the view was lovely. Can't think of anything that we didn't like.
- Maree (10/5): We had a lovely stay lovely and clean/warm n cosy, nice and quiet and close to city centre - very easy access lockbox at door with code very simply process I am not one for complaining but wanted to bring these things to your attention, we noticed has we thought it was a lovely place to stay.it didn't bother us as we had no children but for your info the chains to blinds weren't screwed to the wall choking hazard the fittings were there on some blinds but not screwed to wall .
In our state its a legal requirement due to lose of several children this way.
Also following directions was very easy to the Accommodation but maybe a bigger sign or a light over entrance to driveway it would be very hard to find at night. Also exposed wires on the electric blanket on upstairs double bed.
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deborah (9/5): Superb -
- Chan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Susan (9/5): We had a wonderful time. - I loved the daffodils and hyacinths in the garden, I loved the location and the pretty walks that you could do all around the area, which was very rural. The peace and quiet made us very happy. The decor was attractive, with a good choice of colours and materials. We liked the size of the kitchen and the fact that there was plenty of crockery and different types of appliances. Thank you for the gift of the wine in the fridge. There was ample bedding, and I liked the decision to have children's books and teddy bears in the children's bedroom. The spa bath was a real luxury. The heating was excellent. There were only 3 capsules that fitted the coffee machine. There were not enough power points, and the electric blankets only worked on one side. There were no instructions for the dishwasher, and the same was true for the sound system. We figured out how to use the dishwasher, but not the sound system.
- Alan (9/5): Superb - The gas stove was on for us when we arrived leaving the house warm and toasty. Keys were easy to find and the beds were very comfortable. Well set up and spacious house. Also left us a bottle of wine in the fridge! Some of the mugs in the kitchen had either not been cleaned in a long time or had not been cleaned properly.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pamela (8/5): Very good - Beautiful setting. Bathrooms had no towel rack or place to hang clothing.
Spa bath jets - mediocre. Not enough power
- Karena (9/5): Fantastic country house in Daylesford - Location was fabulous! Very close to the town centre and also Lake Daylesford.
The house was so warm and cosy and we had plenty of room.
The quality of bedding and towels was very good.
Kitchen is fully stocked with basics and essentials there is also a great BBQ and outdoor seating. Parking for two cars was a little tight
It's very hard to find the house if you arrive in the dark of night
- Tamara (8/5): great location for a tranquil weekend away - the location is fantastic, the beds and pillows are comfy. plenty of room for five of us staying there and we were plenty toasty with the gas fire. the views over the mounds on a frosty morning were so tranquil. I could only nit pic on little things I didn’t like about the property, there were no big issues.
