• Carol (8/5): Over all a good experience! - I love the ability to open door without going through check-in. I like the location. Someone was cooking in the attached room and it smelled awful all night. The door between rooms 8 and 9 is not tightly secured so you can hear and smell everything. Other than that, I had a very good experience!
• Keira (3/5): Not worth it - Across the street from the beach The AC wasn’t working for our entire 4 night stay and the WiFi was going in and out. They didn’t even offer to switch our unit or give any type of reimbursement for the trouble. The business is super unprofessional and sketchy. When I arrived I thought I was in a fever dream because the office was locked and the instructions are not clear on how to check in. Multiple guests during my stay had the same issue and I had to help them. Just ridiculous, I didn’t pay to suffer in a hot room for 4 days.

• Catherine (5/5): PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN... - RIEN !!! - il n y a pas d accueil physique, pas de réception et on n avait ni numéro de chambre, ni code d accès. - pas de réponse au téléphone (plusieurs numeros affichéssur la porte, aucun ne répond), ni en direct, ni par écrit, ni par mail... - Nous avons attendu et bataillé plus d une heure, à l extérieur avant que le problème soit résolu grâce à un client qui était dans la même situation que nous - puis uniquement des échanges SMS ou l on doit tout faire, envoyer notre photo, notre passeport, etc... etc... c est impersonnel au possible - nous payons des taxes de service alors qu il n y a pas de service... c est malhonnête !! - matelas de mauvaise qualité, inconfortable

• William "Peter" (4/5): Pain in the ass to get in. Cold Shower in the Morning. Property was Nice and inviting. - Didn't know there was breakfast. If there was, it is ok that I skipped it. No one around when I arrived to check in. I had to call the number on the door and I got a very nice lady who didn't speak very good English. She sent me a link for wi-fi so I could do the on-line registration but, I could not get it to work so she had me text her a pix of my drivers license. We got it figured out. I Do NOT like this "On Line" registration. I do not use the data on my cell phone and I did not have my lap top with me.

• John H. Goeller (8/5): Hat uns gut gefallen und wir werden wiederkommen! - Die Lage nahe zum Beach. Parkplätze direkt davor. Pool mit Umgebung, immer gepflegt, Sitzgruppen sauber. Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Hotel. Nicht zu vergessen die Freundlichkeit des Personals, tlw.nicht english sprechend, meist spanish, aber für uns kein Problem. Wir konnten nicht ins Zimmer das der Touch Screen nicht funktionierte - passiert wohl oft. Houskeeping Personal hat mit einem „echten“ Schlüssel ausgeholfen. In den Grünanlage um das Pool gibt es viele Exotische Tiere (Leguane, Vögel..), der Kot dieser Tiere wurde nicht regelmäßig entfernt was direkt am Pool eher gefährlich war.

• Honggang (10/5): Generally, a very nice stay that was worth the money, a place you can feel like a home. - Home style resort that sustains a nice atmosphere, great location, and competitive prices. The staff intervened when some guests could not follow the quiet hour rule. The room is not very spacious and the AC could be more updated to reduce humidity.

Parking available. Check in Check in all virtual, there is no reception with person in it, if your phone is not working you are done. I did receive some instruction over the phone when needed.

The exterior appearance is old which wont attract new patrons. No person to check us in. We helped an out of the country visitor call on my personal phone to get checked in. For the price, someone needs to be on site!

ZERO attention to details. Cleaning was so so. Sticky stains. Heavy Fabuloso smell in room. Heavy bleach smell in bath. Like no Quality check. No towel racks in bath, no soaps, lighting minimal. Iron lawn furniture for table and chairs inside room. Shower stall has no place for anything you need. Use the indoor lawn furniture for towel racks. So basically use the floor. Rotting bathroom sink furniture. Need i go on?

• Eilena (1/5): We did not end up staying there we ended up leaving and getting a different hotel and they did not refund our money - Nothing The bed was horrible. You could feel the springs and the TV would not work. The room was smaller than my bedroom at home.
• Irene (3/5): …sehr enttäuschend ! - Der Aussenbereich mit Pool Nähe zum Strand Die im internet dargestellten Fotos stimmten NULL mit der Realität überein! Alles mehr als in die Jahre gekommen, fehlende Ausstattung und die Matratze eine Katastrophe. Das Bettgestell knarrte bei jeder Bewegung. Keine Möglichkeit Kleidung aus dem Koffer zu holen ,denn es gab weder Regale noch einen Schrank. Die Wände hellhörig, so glaubte man mit dem Nachbar nur durch einen Vorhang getrennt zu sein. Türen leise zu öffnen oder schließen nicht machbar. Fernsehen nur mit Unterbrechungen , denn das Internet so schwach, dass immer wieder aufgeladen werden musste. Die Fenster undicht und Klimaanlage mehr als laut. Das Office war fast nie besetzt und auf Anfragen (E-Mail) keine Rückmeldung. Allein der Check In… (durch fehlende Daten im System) war schon nicht einfach ! Wir wurden gleich mal dafür verantwortlich gemacht , obwohl ich das Dokument vorlegen konnte. Es gäbe noch so manche Bemerkung … Ich will nach vorne schauen und mir nicht weiter den Tag vermiesen !!

Rooms were cozy and clean Great for a short getaway No staff on site overnight. Loud and intoxicated younger crowd swimming in the pool in the early hours of the morning (4:30) on one occasion You can basically hear everything in the courtyard at night. There should be staff on site to monitor late night activity

• Filip (1/5): Just simply avoid this establishment. Period. - It is placed sort of near the beach. That is about it. We staied in room 22. Badly maintained, filthy, sticky, smelly and dark. Beds terrible. Aircondition very neglected. Maybe the bathroom was so so. I beg you do not reserve this hotel or what they claim to be. Pool the same story. Water was dirty and poorly cleaned, fitration full of rubbish. After many emails they gave me 20% back. Said that they give me 20% and went ahead and proceed without me having any chance to have any say in it. I travelled 3 weeks around Florida and this was hands down by far the worst experience I had and most expensive. After all money was transfered I was not able to leave a review anymore and had to contact booking to be abIe to do so. Funny right? :) I beg you again, avoid this place and go for example to Miami beach hotel for less money and much much better experience. Check the photos :) I am looking forward the reply here :)

I love small places like this and very quiet at night very safe. I will be back. Everything about the property I liked there was nothing that disturbed me at all. It's very native and very Florida. It's old Florida to and I hope it stays that way.

Ao chegar ao local, fomos surpreendidos com a ausência total de check-in presencial. Em nenhum momento, no ato da reserva, foi informado de forma clara que o check-in seria exclusivamente online, sem qualquer suporte físico no local. Após muita dificuldade, conseguimos realizar o check-in pelo telefone, sem nenhum auxílio presencial ou atendimento imediato — o que já demonstra total despreparo e falta de assistência ao hóspede. No entanto, a situação se agravou ainda mais quando entramos no apartamento inicialmente disponibilizado: o local estava ocupado. Havia malas e pertences de outros hóspedes dentro da unidade, além de sinais evidentes de desorganização e falta de limpeza. Trata-se de uma falha gravíssima de gestão e segurança. Diante do ocorrido, fomos realocados para outro apartamento, que se encontrava ao lado das latas de lixo, em condições muito inferiores e completamente inadequadas. A experiência tem sido extremamente desagradável e incompatível com o que foi contratado e pago. Estou profundamente insatisfeita com a falta de organização, de suporte e de respeito ao consumidor. Aguardo um posicionamento e uma solução adequada diante de tantos transtornos.

La chambre était mal propre, désuet et les lits vraiment pas confortable. Nous avons demandé réparation pour le lit canapé, la femme nous a dit qu’elle viendrait répare et ça jamais été fait!!!
• Elena (1/5): - Location, just few steps to the beach It is a MOTEL and not a 3 starts Hotel. The real condition of the facility is nothing to do with the pictures. Dusty, smelly and not renovated for decades. The first issue appeared with a door lock just in few minutes after the check in, after that I went to the front desk and there was nobody at 4:30pm while it supposed to work till 5pm. I was staying with a child assuming we will use a sofa as a second bed but it was covered with a plastic wrap and the host didn’t left the bed linen set. There were no closet in the room just few hangers in the bathroom. We were missing a lot of items in the kitchen like: cutting board, forks for all guests, knives were unsharpened and the stove didn’t work properly. As a cherry on the top I received a text asking to take out the trash and wash the dishes before the check out.

First , the room I booked was near swimming pool, but when I arrived, we were given a room near garbage area.Terrible smell in the room! Horror! The wardrobe for clothes is in the bathroom next to the cleaning supplies.The rooms need refreshing. And I will keep many things to myself…everyone finds out for themselves what it’s like there.

We liked the new bedding, plenty of new clean towels and beach towels. New small kitchen appliances. Free parking. They let us to check in early and that was great. The stuff was nice and friendly. Very noisy by the road. Windows are very old and no sound proof at all. They’re good with responding quickly by text but nothing happens then. We didn’t have hot water in our unit for 3 days. We had a very unpleasant smoking something residents in other units which made our stay not pleasant at all. Three out of four outlets in the room were not working properly and overheated our chargers.

• Charlotte (10/5): - This is the second time I stayed at this location with my family. I like the location because it’s just a block away from the beach. The pool is great, and the staff are very friendly. I don’t like the fact that there was cigarette smoke every time I walked outside in the pool area.

There weren’t any vending machines on the property. The hot water could’ve been hotter, and the pool was not very clean.

Das bett ( schlafsofa) ist eine Katastrophe man kann schlafen aber ohne sich viel zu bewegen. Der pool kőnnte őfter gereinigt werden. Die eine oder andere fliese koennte auch mal erneuert werden, Schredder auf den beeten wäre auch schőn.

• Serkan Sertbas (5/5): - Location is great. And also it was way quiter than you would expect in such a location. Staff, that was providing support through Whatsapp was friendly and helpful. Yet it took ages for the on-site staff to bring some sheets and they woke us up. We got check in info (door code) for 1 of our 2 rooms. The other one has been provided 15-20 minutes after we arrived to the facility. There was no sheets and pillows for sofa beds in both rooms. It took them 3,5 hours to provide those, unfortunately after eveybody has already slept because of jet lag. We have to make ourselves pillows out of towels. Sofa beds were way too uncomfortable to sleep on. It felt like laying on a metal bar all night long. Also there was a thick layer of dust on the leading edges of the ceiling fans.

The bedding was clean and comfortable, but I could've used an extra blanket. Air conditioner had a mind of its own, but worked and we stayed cool The bedding was clean, but the mattress was like laying on cardboard. The area is nice, but the locking system on the door made me feel uneasy. The air conditioner had a mind of its own.
