- Soren (9/5): - Breakfast was nice. The location is good: close to the station, some of the sights, and the bus stop for Sukhothai. The hotel's in between an overpass and a mosque, so it's not for light sleepers.
- HASADEE SUDSUANG (8/5): -
- Hassam (8/5): Very good - Amazing staff, the place itself was clean and very conveniently located!
- Manfred (8/5): Very good -
- Natasha (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Charlie (6/5): Pleasant - I liked that the WiFi was strong enough to watch movies. Big windows. Great shower! It's close to the train station and lots of market stalls. Big fridge. Comfortable bed. The price is good. Two of the lights did not work. One of the windows did not fully close. There was hair in the plug hole and a cockroach in a cupboard. AC was too powerful. The location isn't great for one reason that they have no control over. There is a mosque a stone's throw away, and they obviously don't care about their neighbours when they have a call to prayer at 5.20am.
- Robert (9/5): another nice stay at the Krasieng - I love the Krasieng nothing else to say Wifi in the bottom rooms are a bit hit and miss ,very noisy road but it is what it is
- Oool (9/5): good deal comfy room and free bicycle - free coffee and snacks and pleasant tables and solid wooden furniture to sit and have your coffee. staff very kind and speaks english.they provide a free bicycle. close to a freeway but sound doesnt leak into the room. only ambulances 🔊🤣 everything was ok.
- Johnnnyi (9/5): Superb - balance in price and quality,
it was comfortable and located good
- Lester (7/5): Good -
- Jakub (8/5): Very good -
- Maxime (9/5): Superb - Great value! The room is large, well lit and AC and shower work perfectly. The staff is really nice, and although the breakfast is very simple, it was a great plus. Location is ok, walkable distance to train station, bus station and night market. The mosque is literally next door. To be honest we barely heard the prayers, it's really not that loud, not an issue. On the other hand, the hotel is just in front of a very busy road, there's traffic at all hour, just in front of the rooms. Not the quietest.
- Eloise (7/5): Good - the room was comfortable next to the main road so very loud, not very easy to get anywhere
- David (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice, comfortable room and friendly helpful staff
- Trudy (4/5): Would not recommend and would not go back to. - Convenient for Buda casting factory and lovely cat cafe. Right next door to mosque so call to prayer 5 times per day. Very noisy road at all times of night. Bedding ripped and curtains not working. Just didn’t look clean or cared for. NO LIFT all stairs. Had bad fall in shower resulting in a broken wrist and although not their fault showed no concern at all. Could not pay by card had to be cash which was not expected.
- R.f (8/5): Very good -
- Aiewa (10/5): Exceptional - good service and perfect
- Sophie (7/5): Good -
- Martin (1/5): Bad - Located on the 3 rd floor meters from an overpass which carries all modes of traffic including trains
- Tommy (7/5): Good - Location and cheap accommodation are the main selling points. They also have a motorbike renting service and they offer free bicycles to the guests. The mosque nearby can sometimes be a little noisy. if you want to extend your stay be sure to do so well in advance as the hotel is usually fully booked (especially on weekends).
- Mickael (5/5): Passable - Very very noisy ... near a big road that never stop
- Aoki (2/5): The worst Wi-Fi I've ever used since the beginning of the 21st century. - Not very far from Phitsanulok train station The Wi-Fi in the room where I stayed is terribly unstable. It disconnects very frequently, about once every 5 to 10 minutes.
I complained about it to the receptionist, but they didn't take it seriously, even though I needed to conduct online meetings. They only suggested I use the Wi-Fi in the lobby instead of the bedroom. However, the stability and speed of the Wi-Fi there are not acceptable.
I strongly recommend staying elsewhere unless you don't need to use the Internet.
- Kiat (8/5): good service and affordable price -
- Carina (7/5): Budget friendly one night stay in Phitsanulok - Okay for a budget friendly one night stay in Phitsanulok. Staff were friendly and the room was pretty big for the price. The bed was rock hard so we didn’t get a very good sleep. It’s also right next to a main road and the train station so there’s quite a bit of traffic noise. Probably wouldn’t recommend for more than a night or two.
- Alexandra (7/5): Decent option for a short stay - The room was large with table/chairs. The location was good (as in it was close to train station/bus station/ temples) despite its specific positioning (in the negatives!). A free breakfast was provided of coffee/tea, fruits, snacks etc. Two bottles of water were provided each day. The WiFi was really weak. The fridge/aircon was connected to room key so turned off when out. The bed was really firm. The hotel is between a main road and a mosque - we were only disturbed by the road but worth a consideration. The room wasn't the cleanest with hairs etc on the floor.
- Mila (3/5): Nice staff, but please bring your earplugs as it very very noisy. - The staff was very nice to us, we asked them to leave our bags there as we were going to walk around the town for the day, and it was not a problem. The hotel is really close to a main road and the traffic during the night was quite high. It was impossible to sleep as we did not have earplugs.
- Leslie (3/5): Poor - Extremely difficult to exit from parking area. Traffic in Phitsanulok is insane. Rooms are okay, but a little run down. Didn’t like the spider web and spider in the bathroom.
- Simon (8/5): Very good - Comfortable bed and great location. Bit noisy outside.
- Stephen (7/5): Good - Good location and many excellent restaurants around the area. Terminal 21 was 10min walk.
- Shruti (6/5): OK for one night - Was very clean and spacious No elevator, very bad insulation so could hear the highway outside our window
- Chris (5/5): Passable -
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Corey (10/5): Comfortable - Close to railway. Nice and comfortable place to stop and enjoy the city for a day. Moto rentals across the street at the train station.
- Beng (7/5): Good - Big spacious room. We were on the top floor. Many steps to climb.
No kettle to boil water, inconvenient to get to the office to request hot water.
- David (8/5): Very good - Lovely room Location was a bit far and next to railway and fly over out of centre
- Thea (7/5): Good - - big room
- well cleaned - noisy area
- mold on the ceiling in the bathroom
- Robert (9/5): excellent - I love everything about this Hotel ,the staff is super adorable ,the hotel is very clean I just love Kraiseng place will defo go back and I love Phitsanulok Nothing ,Nada,Nichts
- Darya (8/5): Very good -
- Tommy (6/5): Pleasant - The location is very good. The room is a good size and there is breakfast included. The price is also very good. The mosque makes a bit of noise early in the morning and the noise of the motorway can be heard from inside the rooms.
- Jiri (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful room, much better than the one I had in Bangkok for the same price.
Very kind girl in the reception.
Free coffee in the morning.
- Robert (7/5): Good -
- Robert (9/5): excellent - I would have loved to give this place a 10 but because of the noisy main road in front of it I could not .but apart from this its amazing .I mean 380 Baht for a large spacious clean room with a quiet AC staff who are so adorable they don`t speak English but who cares I love them . Phitsanulok in general is amazing a typical cool medium size Thai town with little tourist which is great . Nothing for this price the place is outstanding .maybe the road but it is what it is
- Adrian (7/5): Good - The WiFi is horrible
- Stefaan (8/5): Nice stay close to the center - Attitude and help of staff when i forgot my mobile in a taxi A bit noisy
- Alberto (8/5): Very good - Good room in the center of the city; i just needed a place to stay one night as a stop and it was more than ok for that. Phitsanulok is a very small town with few touristic spots. Wi-fi connection was a bit pour.
- Joris (6/5): Very noisy, decent value - Nice staff 24/24, decent bed. VERY noisy, poor wifi in our room, AC was either freezing or off, we had to ask for more toilet paper, a few ants in the bed, staff spoke no English at all, although they made an effort to translate with their phone.
- Rosie (7/5): Friendly staff, good value for money - Friendly staff who don’t speak much English but are very happy to help!
Easy 20 minute walk straight out from train station iPhone maps sent us around the world trying to find this place so use google maps
- Guy (7/5): Good -
- K (8/5): Very good - Location, maintenance, and the caring & attentiveness of the staffs. No elevator.
- Stefaan (9/5): Superb - good location ,very helpfull staff , just very nice a bit sound from the street
- Andrzej (8/5): So good, so inexpensive! - Large, 40m² room. Clean, nice wooden furniture, 3 large windows. Ok bathroom/shower, cool A/C, TV, Minibar, good bed. Free water every day. OK WiFi signal strength.
Reception girls with minimum! English but smiling, friendly, helpful (remember Google Translate?). Booked taxi for me. Separate entrance, no need to go through the Reception, you keep the key. And...best of all.... Inexpensive! Next to railway track and elevated highway so, yes you hear occasional passing train for 10 seconds or so, and some 'noise' from the highway but it's not that bad! It's next to the Pakistan Mosque but again no real problem!
TV has many! channels but I couldn't find one in English and most!!! of them is about.... advertising/shopping. Really annoying. There is a little gadget PSI and I understand it transmits only those commercial channels....selling, selling. 0 * for TV.
100 Baht deposit for...room damage/lost key.
Only Cash accepted, No bank cards.
- Stephen (8/5): An overnight is ok I wouldn’t stay longer - It was a clean budget hotel. The property is located alongside a busy road and this makes th e rooms noisy
- Daniel (7/5): Good -
- Zillah (7/5): An OK place to stay for a night - We have stayed in this hotel before and really liked it, this review is for our most recent stay which was in room 207. The hotel is well placed very close to the train station and night market with a Lotus Fresh and 7 Eleven's within walking distance. The room we had previously we were more than happy with, unfortunately room 207 wasn't quite as nice. We left at 5.30am to catch the train so couldn't benefit from the tea/coffee in the morning but appreciated the fridge in the room. However, on the whole we would stay here again, hopefully in a different room. The room was very hot and the air conditioning unit was old and vey noisy and not very good. The room itself was a bit tired and could do with a revamp. We couldn't get WiFi unless we were standing practically half in the room and half in the hallway. The mosque next door has the call to prayer at 4.40am, I have good earplugs but it still woke me up.
- Hong (10/5): Exceptional - close to the train station
- The (1/5): Bad - The price. I'm sorry. Those that know me, know I never leave very negative reviews but here I have no choice but to warn you.
Next to a main road and railway.
Is there no sound proofing. All outside sound comes inside.
Bathroom is far far from clean. The shower curtain was in pieces.
Ac makes a lot of sound.
Door lock is wrong ( the chainlock) so when you use it the chain will fall out while closing. Not secure.
All in all worst experience in a long time.
- Julia (7/5): A good value for money room for a short stay - Very good value for money for a one night stay, a good room overall the proximity to a very big bridge/road, no toilet paper in bathroom we had to go and ask for it
- Jaruwan (4/5): Disappointing - the hotel is close to Motorway make the noise all night can’t even get sleep
- Barry (7/5): Cheap, but not clean - - Cheap
- Near the train station
- Good location for food - Very dirty, a towel with a big brown stain, cobwebs in the corners of the room, filthy walls in the bathroom which have not been cleaned for a long, long time.
- Very poor, unstable Internet.
- Thanphisit (8/5): Very good -
- Charlotte (7/5): decent place to stay at a good price. - spacious room, friendly staff, free water each day was a nice touch too. it was within walking distance of temples. the cleanliness could be improved, we had a big cobweb above the door in our bedroom and also the bathroom felt a little dirty.
- Fjolkunnigr (9/5): Convenient, clean and comfortable - Very pleasant comfortable room. In front is a huge mosque. Out back window a freeway. Dont worry. Barely a sound gets through the walls. I enjoyed watching the cars speeding past. A very faint swishing sound put me to sleep in minutes. The location is ideal. Short distance from late night food markets. Paratha chapati briyani available at close by pakistani home cooked places. If you go under the freeway and across the railway track many Thai food places during mid day. Train station and bus station both 15 minute walk. Only one suggestion is make a seperate circuit in the room for the fridge and a socket that stays live for phone charger. When you go out all the electric turns off including the fridge. Girl at desk seriously needs some English lessons. Luckily I speak Thai.
- Joe (10/5): Great place for a cheap price - Large spacious rooms with a very comfy bed and good AC, staff were very helpful and printed off some forms for us. Staff didn’t speak much English but still easy to get by
- Catherine (8/5): Very good -
- Christian (6/5): Pleasant - Cheap price walking distance from train station. Not very clean, run down room, noisy environment
- Sylvain (8/5): Very good - spacious , clean and very competitive price room a bit noisy ( next to the main road )
- Imogenbh (9/5): Recommended - Nice comfortable hotel. The train station, temples and markets are all within walking distance. Lovely staff. We extended our stay due to how satisfied we were. The WiFi wasn't always reliable
- Maike (8/5): Very good - spacious room. friendly staff. they don’t provide bycicles anymore. window next to busy street.
- L (9/5): Ideal 1 night stop - Location, room was huge, bed comfortable. Mosque prayer from across the road is very charming.
Perfect for a quick stop. Room had storage and dining table appropriate for a longer stay No toiletries other than hand soap. Street noise is very noticeable; not a bother for us but caution for those travelling with children or light sleepers.
- "jv" (7/5): Good - If you don't mind traffic noise and a reception that don't speak english but is friendly and welcoming, this is an okay place to stay for a few days. Close to the railway station and the nightmarket. My room was nice and spacious and even had a sitting area. An extra bonus was the free 'breakfast', not mentioned on booking.com. Nothing big, just coffee, patonkho, bisquets and bananas, but it was a nice little extra service. Traffic noise. No english spoken.
- Imogen (6/5): Nice stay if just passing through! - Free breakfast and coffee! View of the noisy overpass.
- Bernadett (10/5): Exceptional -
- Zillah (9/5): Great place to stay - Location is excellent, close to the train station and markets. Shops and restaurants close by. Free tea/coffee, biscuits, fruit in the morning and free drinking water in the room fridge. Room was an good size, comfortable beds and a big window which could be opened. Would definitely stay here again. Originally booked for one night but stayed for two. It is next to a big noisy road which we were aware of and wasn't a problem for us, but some people might not like it
- Emilie (9/5): Superb - Very nice staff and facilities. Everything was clean and the staff was always there to help. We had a free brealfast include which was a nice surprise. Not that far away from center, but next to big roads and bad sound isoloation.
- Pierre (10/5): Exceptional - much better than i expected for this price.
location perfect.
- Verified traveler (4/5): -
- Verified traveler (6/5): -
