• Natalie (9/5): Overall, great stay - Location, and how quiet it was inside the condo. Roomy, well equipped, nice interior, easy access going in and out without keys or cards. Some dirty silverware in drawers and lipstick and spots on glasses inside cabinets.living room couch and Carpet didn't look that clean in main bedroom (stains on floor). A little communication and technical booking hick ups due to ownership or management changes.

• Jalissa (10/5): Amazing Condo! Just as pictured - We loved everything ; the location, cleanliness, comfort of the bed, balcony views and price. The communication was great and fast, they let me know what to expect and provided contact details in case I needed anything else. The photos look just like the unit. You do have to pay for parking but at least it gives you a designated spot in a parking garage. Also, check in was smooth. Shower walls could have been a bit more clean but overall very nice unit. I still would rate it a 9.5 out of 10.

• Erin H. (7/5): Wonderful condo close to beach BUT be beware of managing company if you have a problem! - Please read entire review! I was torn how to rate the condo overall! The condo itself is first class and exceptional and just as pictured once you are given adequate access; you can tell the owners take great pride in their rental. The master bed is comfy (we did not use the loft at all). The decor throughout is so stylish and comforting. Towels are plentiful and plush. Shower is great pressure and water warm. Starter kit of dishwashing soap, sponge provided. Exceptionally clean from top to bottom! Everything looks very new and/or very well maintained. Balcony offered side view of beach-outdoor furniture very comfy. There are even shades to roll down for privacy from neighbors (though we did not use) - all the extras did not go unnoticed! 1/2 bath in addition to full bath was a nice amenity. In-condo laundry was appreciated also though we did not use it. There is an beach umbrella for guest use in the closet but no beach chairs. The facility itself is very well maintained. Outdoor pool area very well maintained and the outside of building, walkways look to be freshly painted. Elevator worked fine; there are buggies downstairs by the elevators to transport/load items from the car. Parking is $50 extra for the condo but your parking space is covered, dedicated to your condo only and is accessed below in the garage. It is facility/tow truck monitored so you must comply and is appreciated as I felt my car was safe. Public boat launch is behind the condo complex-convenient if you want to book a fishing excursion. 10 minute walk to the beach across the street to the Public Cotton Bayou Beach Access. 10/10 Recommend the condo itself! Now for the HORRIBLE part of my stay - check in! We arrived late around 1 am due to unexpected obligations at home. The 10 digit key code did not work that was provided in our check in email! Ok I understand things happen.. so I call the managing company Avari to correct the issue multiple times and there was NO ANSWER by the company until 5:30am. After driving 5 hours and fully paying for a rental, I now was forced to sleep in my car. Once I was able to speak to an agent, he got me in within 2 minutes as there was a lock box with a physical key on the door frame (obviously this happened before). He also informed me that they are a 24 hr managing company and someone should have answered at 1 am. The owners need to be aware of the lack of customer service by their managing company. If a key code is provided and no on site representative, there must ALWAYS be someone available! What if there was a fire issue or electrical problem? Really terrible service - shame on Avari! I am very well travelled so I understand small hiccups but this one was one in which when I see the company Avari attached to anything I will book elsewhere and let everyone I know to do the same. A refund was given but that does nothing for the lack of a decent night's sleep and the emotional toll it took on me and my husband. We had plans to play golf the next day and didn't due to being exhausted from no sleep the night before. Dampened our entire trip! We left frustrated, more stressed than when we got there and ultimately disappointed - not exactly the vibe we expected from a beach getaway! 0/10 recommend the managing company Avari

• Melissa (9/5): Perfect location! - Location was perfect & the space was nice for 2 Taking 4 flights of stairs due to only having 1 elevator in the middle of building. Carpet needs replacing in downstairs bedroom, very dingy.

• Gracie (1/5): We want our money back! I’ll make sure my family is aware of this place! This place of not worth the time and was not he - Beach access was close by. Property manager this night was no help! This property manager doesn’t care about peoples homes! We stayed an extra night here in Alabama and booked here. We couldn’t take showers after a long day of beach and sun. Shower in this condo #425 has water to the top! We couldn’t take showers! I’m so mad. As we are to leave back to Texas tmrw! This property manager was no help and said we would have to pay if the flooding continued! Told us we needed to turn water off (like if we literally had it running still!) no one came out to see the shower or why it’s overflowing because she said it could wait until morning!

• Frances (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay! - Everything was very clean and neat. We loved the decor and it was very cozy. This was just right for our weekend getaway. The public beach was right across the street and quick and easy to get to. The only thing we didn’t like was the upstairs bed in the loft area. The mattress was too firm for our liking. If you like a firm bed, though, it’s the one for you!
