• Popa (1/5): Never again! - Mi-a plăcut ca vedeam marea din camera și eram aproape de plaja Nu are ce să placă în acest hotel. Am dat 500€ pentru 2 nopți, pentru un hotel care pe booking are scorul peste nouă dar nu voi reveni niciodată. Parcarea mai scumpă decât a costat benzina și taxa de drum. Mâncarea foarte proasta, puțină și cozi interminabile. Lifturile mergeau prost. La piscină nu se respectă nicio regulă, peste tot copii needucați însoțiți de părinți sălbatici care lasă pahare neterminate peste tot. Băutura - otravă pentru ficat. Cameristă obraznică - am pus semnul de “nu deranjați” și a zis ca l-au luat copiii care alergau , a intrat neinvitata, mi-a aruncat ce nu era de aruncat. Niciun produs de igienă în afară de un gel de duș universal. Oaspeți certați cu igiena și care vorbesc foarte tare, dau peste tine, nu cer scuze și nu au răbdare. Piscină exterioară impracticabilă. Personalul nu înțelege engleză elementară.

Viel Auswahl beim Frühstück leider alles ungekühlt daher war z.B die Butter ranzig Wir wurden in ein anderes Hotel als reserviert umgebucht,in das Sentido. Die Auswahl am Frühstück war sehr groß ,noch sehr wenige Gäste daher kein Umschlag der Produkte kamen am nächsten Tag wieder auf das Bufett alles war immer ungekühlt niemand schaute nach der Temperatur wie in anderen Hotels.Daher war z.B. die ungekühlt angebotene Butter schlecht .Auch die Fischprodukte waren mehr als bedenklich.Es gibt keine Kaffemaschiene daher muss man für jeden Kaffee den Kellner bitten ,sehr anstrengend und auch nicht mehr Zeitgemäß.Das Hallenbad ist für ein so großes Hotel sehr klein und schon durch wenige Kinder sehr laut.Es gibt kein gemütliches Kaffee oder so nur die Lobby durch den Beton ist das kein gemütlicher Ort.Das kleine Kaffeeeck ist auch mit seinem Ausblick auf parkende Autos auch nicht gemütlich. Animation am Tag findet nicht statt,Abendprogramm Kinderdisco und ein Mann der Musik vom Laptop spielt.Ein Abend ein Sänger mit Gitarre für eine Stunde.

Restaurantul unde se servesc mesele principale este spatios, cu terasa , mancarea diversificata si pt toate gusturile.Bauturile de calitate. Ospatarii din restaurantul unde serveam masa atenti si promti.Cei de la beach bar putin cam repeziţi ,galagiosi, vorbeau intre ei in limba bulgara si nu prea erau atenti la clienti. Hotelul are parcare contra-cost; pt 2 zile am platit 40 leva Tinand cont ca hotelul este de 4* am sperat ca vom avea papuci de camera; In barul din camera am regasit doar suc/apa/bere, am ajuns tarziu in locatie si am fi ronţăit ceva inainte de culcare. Poate ar trebui mai multa atentie la detalii, si la curatenie, prosoapele erau curate dar aveau smocuri de par pe ele. Tocul la usa de la baie umflat de la umzeala. Baia nu are geam si mirosul de canalizare este persistent. Mi-ar fi placut sa aiba afisat meniul la beach bar pe plaja sa stim ce putem servi ca si gustare. Aveau doar meniul pt bauturi.

Faci 2 pași și deja apa este până la gât, lucru care nu este sigur pentru copii micii. Mobilier învechit, podele și draperii rupte în camera. Miros urat și învechit în cameră și pe holuri. Aceeași mâncare în fiecare zi, nu există diversitate. Produsele folosite nu sunt de calitate. Zilnic aceeași mâncare în același loc pusă. Totul era îmbibat în ulei.

• Maria (8/5): Nice experience for all inclusive - The food is very varied and tasty for every time of the day. Alcoholic drinks are very well prepared. The pools are well maintained and there is a lifeguard at the indoor pool. Pisicina Infinitu offers a superb view of the beach and has a bar where you can stock up on drinks. The restaurant has a very large capacity so you can immediately find a seat and if you want to enjoy the food you can do it on its terrace. The waiters are very nice and serve you quickly. The hotel is neat and the rooms are clean. Another plus is that you have the hotel beach to enjoy and easy access to the center of the resort either by train or an evening stroll. We went on a mini vacation on May 1st where it was a long weekend in Romania and the hotel was 100% booked and sometimes the staff was overstaffed, which was felt in the management of the number of sun beds at both cats, the fact that people were "reserving" by leaving their towels so not all of us could enjoy the hotel facilities equally. I have sent this signal to the hotel just to find a solution and they told me that there was nothing they could do about it, but that in the height of the summer season this does not happen. Another annoying thing was at breakfast where we queued for pancakes for nothing and people were not respecting the order so when there were 30 min left in the time allotted for this meal, the chef decided he would not make extra pancakes, which was not a very pleasant experience. Also, to avoid food waste it would be appreciated if the hotel could have some solutions in this direction. Another aspect to improve would be the queue for coffee. Every day at breakfast there is a wait of about 15 minutes, with only one coffee maker for so many tourists.

• Elena (10/5): Great experience, very good hotel for us as family. - Location: the hotel is located on the beach, with it’s own private beach and a splendid view of the sunrise. Additionally there is immediate access to the external and internal pool. Cleanliness: our cleaning lady was Mrs. Maryianna, a wonderful lady, very friendly and very careful with the cleaning. And made our kids very happy also by leaving nice arrangements made from towels. The personnel of the hotel are very nice, they made our vacation very nice. It’s not a minus but the kids pool water was very cold. If something can be dine about this.

I agree, it was over priced for what it was and I would not call this a 4 star experience. Without the additional items included as part of the concept room booking, this would have been a much lower review. - the bathroom had a horrible smell of sewage, got up during the night to pour soap and hot water down the drains, had to keep the bathroom light on at night as this is the bathroom fan switch - the shower glass did not extend long enough to stop water going all over the bathroom floor after a shower - the tiles in the bathroom had layers of grime on them, cleaning did happen daily but a deep clean is needed - restaurant buffet experience was quite chaotic and unpleasant as other guests rush for the food (even though there is plenty of it) and staff clears your plates almost the moment you finished, definitely not relaxing, cutlery mostly dirty, food OK in that we didn't experience any food poisoning but food was quite bland, very disappointing taste from fruit/vegetables in a country that has such delicious flavours - staff in each restaurant except the sky bar were very disinterested, some bordering rude, don't expect a high level of service - information provided by the reception staff was inconsistent with written information they also provided in terms of times of meals, pool, what needs to be reserved meaning we missed out multiple things in the first days - you can hear all noise from corridor and other rooms, the light on the balcony turns on in the evening and cannot be switched off.

Keep up the great work and we will love to come back. Some small refurbishment might be needed, maybe some new carpets on the higher floors, some doors. • Anzhelika (1/5): Bad - A hotel by the sea and that's all. We paid 750 euros for the room for two nights (2+1 child). The room is 30m2, but in fact it is the total area including the balcony, so you end up with a very small room. The room does not have the simplest things - cotton pads, cotton swabs, slippers. The toilet and shower are all dirty, the floor is tile and dirty, covered in sand and dust. The minibar is just one name - two colas, two waters, two beers and that's all. Separately, it is worth noting the unsanitary conditions in restaurants. I had to sort through the plates to find an acceptable clean one. They are dirty, all of! The staff are wearing gloves, under which sweat flows directly onto the food. He touches everything with these gloves and, in my opinion, does not change them. Gloves are the horror of the kitchen now. Before, they at least washed their hands. The food is not tasty at all! The staff does not know the Bulgarian language and speaks very little English. There is no alcohol, everything is very diluted with water - wine from taps, but this is not wine. The cocktails are terrible. The pool on the terrace is very dirty due to the huge number of people. The air conditioners in the room are very noisy and completely impossible to sleep. The bed is for people up to 175 cm tall, the mattresses are soft and uncomfortable. The parking lot is full and the car needs to be parked about 5 kilometers from the hotel. We paid for two nights but left the next day. No one asked why we were leaving, after paying 750 euros and losing money, no one apologized. Hygiene and poor quality of services (food, cleaning) are the main problem of this hotel.

Meals were good, at the bar they served bottled beverages, mini-fridge free of charge and daily supplyed. The SPA area with differend type of sauna was my favorite. The water in the pools from the top is veeeery cold. Extremely cold!

We are deeply grateful for the exemplary service and the warm atmosphere created by the Griffid team. For example, one evening when we had dinner, they served a welcome drink to the adults at the entrance of the restaurant, and they did not forget the kids, as every child also received a welcome drink. It is clear that Griffid Encanto is committed to providing top-notch hospitality, and our experience certainly reflected this commitment. We look forward to returning to Griffid Encanto in the future and will certainly recommend your hotel to our friends and family. The only thing that needs improvement is the coffee in the morning. The quality of the coffee and the size of the cups should be reconsidered.

• Cristina (6/5): Pleasant - The only things that we liked was the pool with a very good temperature of the water and the lobby where you can enjoy a drink at every hour during the day. The services provided are not ultra all inclusive: no bottle of water when eating or at the beach, the midnight snack is just a little sandwich, no robe and slippers provided for the child, dishes and cutlery were not clean, the hallways were not vacuumed and there was dirt on the floor in the restaurant, the kids playground is very small, missing personal at the desk spa reception, no safeguard at the pool (they just came to collect the glasses at 6 pm), the food was not very diversified, you can not take an apple for your child when living the restaurant but in the same time no snacks provided for children between meals.

The prices during high season would not make sense for me. I would choose Greece instead. As a side note though, much better service than in Romania. The all inclusive service made us choose this destination for our long weekend. Nice decent pool and spa area. The food was not that great. Not much variety to choose from. Some even tasted bad. For example they served pizza like the ones you buy from the grocery store from the frozen food section. Same goes for the fish pie. Dessert was total rubbish. All desserts tasted the same, sugar and butter.

• Violeta (9/5): Nice experience - The food was tasty and various, the hotel is clean so is the spa area. There are a lot of things to do. Although we didnt have any issues, i don’t think that if we did the staff could have helped. They don’t speak english well, not even at the reception.

• Hulya (10/5): Exceptional - It was a la carte because of the less people accomotldation. In a la carte there were anything interesting for kids. I asked pasta but it wasn't offered. Kids ate only french fries upon my order. They should think about the kids when it is a la carte as we have paid ultra all inclusive.
