- Karem (2/5): - I was checked in to a nearby hotel by the Celebi residence team called Oriella hotel even though my reservation was with them ! The room i got lacked basic amenities and it was so old and nit cleaned well with a lot of voice problems. The bathroom was inside the room itself therefore if we were 2 persons we would have no privacy at all. The reception team is weak in communication and if you say hi or good mroning most of the times they will pretend not to hear you. They did put nescafe and water in the room only the first day i've checked in and then they didn't provide refills. Eventually what i got was totally different from what i reserved ! The only good part about this property is that it is 5 minutes away from taksim square and major attractio s
- Khalid (10/5): - Complete the entry procedures quickly The area is a plateau and I do not recommend it for people who have a problem walking in the heights and in general the area is safe and has many options for restaurants and a supermarkets is available near the hotel

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Celebi Residence is a lovely hotel! I liked it so much I actually extended my stay. Extremely friendly staff and adorable room with a balcony and little kitchenette. Perfect location- few minute walk to metro, shopping and a lot of entertainment. Also a plus that the staff speaks English. I will definitely be staying here again!

- Verified traveler (8/5): günstig und gut - Für den Preis ist das Hotel echt super. Das Hotel ist ziemlich zentral gelegen und der Taksim Platz ist in ca. fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Natürlich sollte man keine besonders hohen Erwartungen haben. 4/5 ist eine faire Bewertung.
