- Joakim (7/5): - The staff was very nice and helpful and it has a good location in old town. The room was spacious and had a great view. Funny floor plan with open bathroom separated only by glass wall. Ok for couples, less optimal for friends. Great roof terrace with city and mountain views. Clean room. The AC didn’t work well and the room was a bit damp and little smelly, but we could open the windows. Breakfast was rated very high but we found it just ok.

(Verder een klein detail: Door de lange afstand van Nederland naar Skopje waren we eerder bij ons hotel, echter mochten of konden we niet eerder inchecken. Jammer was een mooi service verlening geweest. We hebben gewacht tot we in ons kamer konden, en dat was best lang.)

- Kollilein (9/5): Tolles Hotel - Großes Zimmer, gute Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden. Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Rooftop Bar ist sehr einladend. Nettes Personal. Leider keine Kaffee Maschine oder Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Der Angestellte zur Einfahrt zum Hotel ist ziemlich faul und hat ein arrogantes unhöfliches auftreten uns gegenüber gebracht.

- Emmedallaluna (1/5): Not a five star - The hotel is located right in the old bazaar, fortunately it was very easy to grab a bite and have a walk. We knew we were going to stay in a place outside Europe and we were prepared to different standards as we travel a lot, but what we found is far from low expectations. The hotel is wrongly listed as a good level hotel on Booking, and also doesn't match the descriptions offered from Booking. From Booking the hotel offer: room service, restaurant, and room facilities such as towels, robes, shampoo, air conditioner, sleepers which it actually doesn't have. I invite Booking to check on them because they're simply lying! The room service is not possible for food in fact there is no room service menu (when we asked for it at the reception and at the restaurant they laughed at us telling us there was not such a thing), one day at dinner they made an exception for us cooking some french fries and have delivered them in the room. The room service is possible only for drinks but there is still no menu available for it to check the prices or what is available. The restaurant only offers a 3 course buffet menu at dinner with no alternatives so if you have allergies or preferences you just cannot eat there.The funniest thing is that there was a rules paper in the room that's said it was not permitted to bring any food from the outside. Worse than this are the facilities in the room. We checked in around 21 as I informed them but there were no robes, no slippers, no clean towels and no shampoo or conditioner nor any kind of hotel kit the only thing was a very little bit of hand soap. I called the reception to let them know our room wasn't ready but they answered me there was nothing they could do as the cleaning ladies weren't available, I was completely confused. I've called them back to have an extra pillow as there were only two pillows for the two of us and I'm pregnant, same answer "I'm sorry. Tomorrow. Good night.

Son emplacement en plein centr - L’emplacement La gentillesse du personnel Emplacement parfait en plein centre-ville, idéal pour tout faire à pied. L’établissement est confortable et très propre, on s’y sent comme à la maison. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique et accueillant. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de ma prochaine visite en Macédoine du Nord. Je recommande vivement !

- Winnie Vanessa (6/5): Não oferece serviço 5 estrelas. - Essa foi a minha segunda vez nesse hotel. Infelizmente não tive a mesma recepção que tive da primeira vez. Na minha primeira estadia até o café da manhã era diferente... tinha um cardápio, onde eu pude solicitar a preparação de panquecas, omeletes, capuccinos na cozinha local. Dessa vez, percebi muitas coisas industrializadas e café de máquina. Sendo assim considero o café da manhã como bom, mas não fazendo jus a um café de hotel 5 estrelas... No máximo 4 estrelas. Aliás avaliando no geral, o hotel não possui as características de um hotel 5 estrelas, digo isso pela observação que fiz em relação ao atendimento, cordialidade e prontidão para atender aos hóspedes. O hotel fica na rua atrás do old bazar, o que facilita muito para visitar o forte e fazer as compras de ouro e prata no old bazar, mas fica um pouco distante de outros pontos turísticos da cidade. Existe uma linda piscina, que aparece nas fotos da booking, porém não é permitido nadar na mesma, é apenas decorativa. Acredito que se o hotel quer manter as 5 estrelas precisa investir mais em treinamento para o pessoal de trabalho, a cortesia é sempre bem vinda. Pequenos mimos também são esperados por quem se hospeda em um hotel com esse valor de diária. Em suma, por esse preço você consegue se hospedar em hotéis melhores e de melhor localização.

Tv funcțional Pat relativ confortabil Două sticluțe de apă cadou Parcarea pe principiul care dovedește (am prins loc blocând pe cineva, așa mi-a fost indicat). Frig in lift, frig pe hol, dar ce frig am tras în cameră... Peste 21,5 grade nu s-a putut. Am coborât noaptea pe la două la recepție să cer ceva de încălzit, am primit la ușă după câteva minute încă o pilotă de iarnă, adusă de o doamnă foarte sictirită. Băi oameni buni, e hotel de multe stele, băi!!! E capitala unui stat independent. N-am negociat prețul, dar să mă ții în frig nu-i ok. La baie e și mai frig, nu au calorifer. Curge apa din rezervorul vasului de toaletă, btw. Pe la geamuri vine frig, au fost -8 grade noaptea, am impresia că nu mai țin chederele. Camera pare mare in poză, dar în realitate nu-i cine știe ce, dacă nu ești atent, te împiedici înconjurând patul. Pe lângă frig, am suportat și gălăgia de la pârnaia asta de sistem de climatizare. Până acum n-am tras așa frig într-un hotel. Și credeți-mă, am vizitat câteva sute. Cică are 5 stele, eu m-am simțit ca la una. Sunt destule hoteluri in zonă, încercați în altă parte.

- Mark (8/5): A nice location with a great view of the Old Town in Skopje - Location in the Old Town was excellent for our needs. Breakfast suited us well with plenty of variety but not extravagant. The view from Level 7 was outstanding. Our room was spacious with a nice view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Entrance via a narrow track was a surprise. Decor is very retro, so think Yugoslavia rather than modern. There were essentially no power sockets in our room to charge devices unless we unplugged lamps. The bathroom drains smelt terrible however the staff fixed these promptly when we requested it.
