• James (8/5): Overall the stay was good. One or two small faults in house but otherwise the stay was very good. - Cooking facilities and hot. Water dispenser. Air conditioner in every room. Corkage charge of 500 pesos if drinks from outside are brought into the house. Hotel showed a list of their drinks with prices No waste bin in kitchen area, In first floor bathroom faucet slightly loose on sink. No toilet paper roll in toilets.
• Katrina (8/5): All went well. - Spacious accommodation with equipped kitchen. Close to the airport, they have their own Van for airport transfers. Shower door was broken - the maintenance and security person had to remove it for safety. AC at the middle room was beeping. Swimming pool was not clean. Management needs to do some repair and maintenance.

• Bebie (4/5): We had a great stay August 2023 but when we went back dec2024 it was very disappointing. - The location was convenient. Staff are very friendly. The property is rundown due to lack of good maintenance. Toilet seats are broken, wall paint is chipped, place is dusty and dirty, kitchen cabinets smell, kitchen utensils was dirty and dusty when we checked in, microwave doesn’t work was never replaced even how many times I asked during our stay.
• Wayne (2/5): Not suitable for western visitors - Had a pool Way over priced considering the state the property was in. No toilet paper or hose for cleaning, just a bucket and tabo. After you book they send incessant messages. De,a gong 500 pesos if you want to take drinks to your room. Ban inviting guests to your room. So many rules and conditions posted in side the room it was ridiculous. Marketed and priced as a foreigner resort but just not up to standard at all despite the pretty pics in the listing. One of the most disappointing places I have ever stayed in terms of reality expectations

• Josh (3/5): Was not worth the money, could have stayed at a lot better place for the price, Left a day early just because it was suc - Staff was nice and helpful Place smelled like dead fish, air conditioning was poor, the rooms were dirty and full of bugs, toilet seat was loose or broke. Rooms were so small no room for luggage. The coffee table was broken, the stove was covered in grease, and had no water for sale only beer.

• Clyde (7/5): Good - Big rooms, spacious living room and quiet place. Flies and cockroaches. There's too many flies inside the unit. 2nd floor shower is unusable on Unit 5.
• Warren (4/5): Very disappointed - The staff are absolutely terrific the first villa we were shown was very disappointing to say the least. The 2nd villa we were shown was not much better. Now we booked for 15 people and were told it would be accommodated for. There were 4 double beds and 2 single mattresses for the floor, so we made it work but we had to ask for a kettle ,a microwave, some cooking utensils, cups or glasses as this was supposed to be a functioning kitchen. Had to ask for adaptors and leads to get their tv working as leads had been stripped out. All these requests and Alicia was always polite, courteous and respectful. The rooms are very old and nothing like the photos online when booking the property and barely a wardrobe in the villa. The location of the villas is very intimidating and without hiring their van transportation you feel trapped there it's very probable you would not risk leaving the property. Pro's and cons Pro's Female staff were exceptional and would assist you with any requests you had, they were polite and helpful.and a credit to themselves. Value for money is borderline at its best. A/C worked fine Pool was refreshing Cons False photos of residence and your villa is nothing like their online photos. Location in a very dubious part of the suburb.with an onsite 10 pm curfew. Villa is not ready for you 500 piso corkage charge Would I go back. NO Would I recommend it. NO.

• Arnold (1/5): Do not stay there! The images of the resort were deceiving! We just decided to just stay overnight because we just could - None The bathroom was leaking and it stinks. We informed the front desk and nothing was done about it. The following morning I went to the front desk and the manager said “ We don’t have maintenance at night. We will take care of it today” . The AC in one of the rooms was not working. The bathrooms walls were stained. Needs repainting. The wall sockets were not working. There was a worm wriggling in one of the bathrooms!

• Maritess (2/5): Don't stay here if you don't have to - What I like the most is that it's an apartment size accommodation spacial for big family What I didn't like the most is the fact that I FELT so deceived the photos as they advertise are not at all accurate. Although we gave them enough time and paid for extra fees for early check in at 130pm our apartment wasn't clean and yet they assured us that it was ready. Bathrooms were filthy, water pressure was horrible, toilets didn't flush and it was very difficult to shower.thabk God we were out on a tour most of the time. So don't stay here if you don't have to.

• Saravana (7/5): Overall was a good stay. - The staff were great and very accommodating. We stayed 13 days in the place and the staff made us feel at home. We practically left the door unlocked for them to clean and nothing went missing. Some of the fittings in the toilets needs to be renewed. The pillows were too flat. Could do with a better one. The main door could do with some blinds or curtain.

The broken door was just leaning inside the shower. The kitchen cabinet are dirty. The door should have a privacy curtain. They have a lot of questionable people at the gate, its giving me weird vibes so I didn’t give them any tip. The way to the place is scary especially if you’re not from there

• Jenalynne (7/5): It was just okay. It could be better though. - The receptionist was great, she was very pleasant. She apologized to me for how the owner behaved. Talk about irony! LOL! The owner was rude and was furious because my friends were hanging/sitting in front of the apartment. We were not noisy but he just didn't want anyone hanging outside the apartment. So what were the tables and chairs there for? Some were outside because we rented a videoke machine and others are singing so some needed a bit of quiet to talk so they sat outside the apartment. The location is in the middle of nowhere, it is a short distance from the main road where you can find public transport and the way in, is also a dirt road. They should also fix the bathroom sink and the faucet.
• Free (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great, it was just under 10 mins away from the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. It had all the kitchen amenities you can use for probably more than 2 nights stay. It has complimentary water as well which is a plus because you don't need to buy bottled water. It has a swimming pool big enough if you fancy a dip. Rooms just need updating specially the A/C. Parking was a bit of a nightmare because there were too many cars for such a small parking space. Stairs were too steep if you have an elderly with you.

• Adrian (7/5): Cebu 2 - You are in a secure complex, the staff were fantastic always helpful and friendly, there is a shop on site for most of your requirements and it's not over priced, the apartments are a good size offering 3 bedrooms and a bath room with a hot shower upstairs. Downstairs you have a lounge and kitchen dining area, 2 Nd bathroom again with hot water in the kitchen area you get a kettle a hob I drinks dispenser which is hot and cold water outside there's a washing machine The apartment is getting a little bit tired could dol with a lick of paint and some touch ups to make it up to standard, I didn't like the front door as you have no cover and it's clear glass so anyone can see in your room, but saying that I would stay there again.

• Amorille (10/5): A great stay ... - I like that the villa is fully equipped in the kitchen facilities. I was able to cook food like in my own kitchen. Basically, it's the road infrastructure only but I don't give a damn as the resort is just almost close to the main street. I suggest as well that laciavill should light up their hanging streamer in the street to let the visitor see it immediately.

All staff (right from room service, reception, lobby & Hotel collection/drop-off driver's) are amazing to say the least! No request or requirement was ever denied or shown to be annoying for them to fulfil. We would like to praise and thank them all and may God bless them continously to keep doing what they have been doing best. Our stay was filled with so much satisfaction :)

The heater knob/controller was installed so high that height challenged guests will have a difficulty in reaching it upon taking shower. The surroundings were also so noisy that I wasn't able to sleep untill midnight.

• ritsuko (4/5): 動きにくい場所にあるホテル - 初めてのセブだったため、どの辺りに泊まっていいかわからず、空港近くであることと、写真の見た目で決めた。現地の人が住んでる場所の奥にホテルがあるためタクシー意外では移動はできない。また送迎無料となっているが、行きのみ無料で現金で帰りは600ペソかかった。部屋はキッチンが付いているが、臭いがあって使えなかった。
• Merie (6/5): Great hotel not so much on the location - Great hotel for family vacation. Location/area isn’t so great. It’s gated. No stores to walk to or walk to anywhere. Somewhat of a slump neighborhood area.
• anna (2/5): location was completely off the grid - Apartment-hotel in the middle of ghetto neighborhood! God bless the poor! Drivers of cabs are NOT FAMILIAR with this place at all despite having asked five strangers along the way. You will be taken away from the airport vicinity and into a none-tourist area totally away from your comfort zone.. To be fair, Cebu has always been ravaged by cyclones and severe typhons which always leaves the island desomated if your structure is not concrete. My heart goes out to the owners of flimsy houses as year after year their building materials get blown away by calamities as such. Do not book this hotel if you do not want a cultural shock of extreme poverty or trying to catch a flight the next day in a hurry. If you are a person with the heart for compassion for the poor (both man and their animals) it might be worth your while to bear witness to the landscape along the way to the hotel, as you will get a sense of how lucky you are in comparison, and appreciate life more after this trip.
• Grace Glory F (6/5): Laciaville part I - Villa 3. This is our 2nd stay (not conececutive days) and I should have paid attention to the bill the first time because the snacks and drinks are an additional P800. The living room sofa while looked nice was as hard as a rock. The option to have breakfast cooked and delivered at 7am for nearly P200/plate was a good option.
• Annmarie (10/5): Modern , Clean Apartment. - The apartment was exactly as advertised. It is Extremely clean and the beds are very comfortable. A gated entrance provided extra security. The only downside was that there is no space to lie by the pool . The seating provided around the pool area is hard and uncomfortable so it's not possible to sit there for very long, .yet unfortunately this was the only area where wifi was available..so hopefully this will improve. The staff were fantastic, extremely courteous and helpful . Definitely we would stay there again.

• Jacqueline (4/5): The problem with this place . . . - Water pressure was very weak to none during our 4 days stay there. Had to fill up empty water bottles to be able to at least freshen up a bit. Would have transferred accommodations on the first day but since it was the Ironman weekend, there was hardly anything available. It was very inconvenient without water. On the other hand, their airconditioning was really good and staff were helpful and accommodating.
• Ed (4/5): it's ok but.. - It's a hotel/resort compound, the only road going to the resort is muddy, car will get stuck if your not lucky. Too far from the shopping and dinning places.
• Verified traveler (6/5): 2 Story Hotel Room - PROS: - Staff was friendly. They helped us order delivery from McDonalds! - Clean rooms. - Close to the airport. CONS: - We stayed here as an overnight to catch a flight the next day and thought they offered free transportation, but it was only free for pick-ups. - The place is hidden among a tiny alleyway. Our taxi driver didn't know the way and it took awhile to find it. - The room is like a townhouse and has a first floor with living room and kitchen. The stairs are too steep (concerning since I had small kids). The bathrooms and 2 of the bedrooms are tiny (can be a little claustrophobic). OVERALL: This place is ok since we only stayed there a night, but I don't think I would stay any longer.
• CaliGirl (4/5): Nice but lack of professionalism - Stayed here for 2 nights, I requested long time ago that I want the unit that is close to the pool. I called the day before and was informed that the units that were close to the pool were occupied. Next, when we checked in, the pool was unavailable. First night, no water available in the shower sink etc. Whole stay in the hotel was terrible, NO WATER AT ALL. When I checked out, no one could process my check out papers other than the housekeepers, which gave me the wrong outstanding balance. SMH
• Verified traveler (10/5): place is excellent except for location - my family stayed for a night, i want to be closer to the airport since we have an early flight. everyone loves the place and the staff are wonderful. the downside is the location, taxi, grab/uber couldn't find the place right away.
• gailhord (10/5): Excellent staff. Super friendly. - The staff was beyond excellent. Dinah was simply outstanding, and the entire staff was very accommodating and so friendly. Although tricycles for quick transport to nearby areas were not available, the staff ensured a comfortable ride arrived promptly with short notice. This is a great place to stay if you have a large group. The pool was also fun. I definitely recommend this place.
