Deb (1/5): terrible experience - location The rudeness of the staff when I asked for a quiet room. He told me that if I had booked direct with the hotel and not through a third party I would be able to change my room to a quieter location (not next to the KFC drive thru). He moved me to the room next to the KFC drive thru, it was quiet, but the shower was filthy and the toilet had the seat up so someone hadn't cleaned it. I was then to read that they only service the rooms every 4 days !!!!!!!!!!!!!! The bed was rock hard, worst sleep ever

Loved the 2 vanities. Hearing some hoons near KFC road and carpark but only for 30mins or so not all night. Slept fine after that.

Shower was fabulous and beds pretty comfortable. Easy car parking. No toasters in the rooms. But that’s their safety rules. We also didn’t have a hair dryer but reception found us one.

Kimmoy22 (7/5): Reasonably priced, clean and tidy, good service at the reception desk. - Clean room, great bathroom layout with washbasin and mirror in the bathroom, and a separate basin and mirror outside the bathroom and separate toilet. The air con worked well, almost too well, we couldn't turn the fan down with the low setting still powerful and I had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it off.

M (5/5): Cleanliness and comfort could definitely be improved. Relatively good value for money, good location - Location, air con, water pressure. Carpet tiles were sticky, walls were dirty, toilet was dirty, duvets had stains on them, blankets smelt musky. Beds hard with an obvious lump in the middle where the two single beds joined. Only one thin pillow per person, shower shelf has been knocked off at some point and not replaced. Any of these things in isolation would be fine but there were quite a few negatives that would mean I wouldn't be rushing back to stay again.

Robert (5/5): They need to re-focus on the small things - Bathroom was clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is really good and quiet.+ We have stayed here quite a few times, and I must say the quality is slowly slipping. Not big things but small things that add up. We have a family of 4. This time for example, only 2 glasses and one of them was dirty (lip marks on the side). Where the coffee and tea are kept, sticky with sugar and nothing to stir your coffee with. Only 3 towels. Beds were made so the valance was facing out so you could see the support elastic. Only one bedside table and that was dirty and sticky (we had one double bed and 2 singles). Lamp was cracked, shade was damaged and didn’t work. Broken coat hanger and a leftover child’s hanger from big w or something. And a toy car under the bed shows they weren’t moved to vacuum.

It was very dirty, not cleaned well between guests at all. I used baby wipes to clean down surfaces. The door jam on the shower looks like it was never cleaned. Black ring around the toilet water in the bowl. Hair and filth in the drainage pipes. Visible crumbs on the carpet. Blow flies everywhere in the room. Poor facilities in the room.
