Das Personal war unglaublich bemüht und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Familiäre, angenehme Atmosphäre! Ich würde für den Preis aufjedenfall wiederkommen. Die Lage war für unsere Ansprüche etwas außerhalb. Unser Zimmer hatte nicht den gebuchten Ausblick, auch die Zimmergröße wich von der Beschreibung ab.

Andreas (10/5): The most incredible hotel experience during our time in Vietnam! - What an incredible gem the Happy Life Memories hotel is! The pool area and the gym is very nice and the location is absolutely perfect; as you are in the middle of the beautiful rice fields, a 10-15 min cycle to the best beach and a 15 min cycle into Hoi An old town! We really liked the beautiful room with a view, the breakfast buffet was delicious and free bike rental was super convenient! The thing that absolutely blew me away was the incredible service by manager Nam and the rest of the lovely staff - it was truly 5 star hotel service experience. Nam helped us plan an incredible itinerary and even helped me out planning, booking and organising my proposal day, and helped ensure that it was perfect! The best hotel experience we have had in Vietnam for an incredible price! Couldn’t recommend this place more! Everything was pretty much perfect, can’t really think about anything negative.

Läget är bra och du tar det enkelt in till centrala Hoi An med Grab. Vi uppskattade att det låg lite utanför centrum då det är lungt och fint. Nära till hav och vacker natur runt hotellet. Otroligt sköna sängar! Enormt prisvärt hotell! Mycket bra frukost. Msn kan få färskt tillagad omelett, mycket frukt och grönsaker. Vi rekommenderar detta hotell varmt!
Victoria (7/5): A hotel with spacious rooms with a bathtub, a tasty breakfast, but it is located close to the road - We liked the spacious room with a living area and a bathtub, the interesting design of the hotel, and its convenient location. The hotel is located right next to the main road, which makes it very noisy around the pool area. There were also a lot of people and splashing children in the pool itself, so I would recommend not counting on being able to relax there in peace and quiet.

Bethany (10/5): Enjoyed our stay here but was a little pricey for 3 nights with the added tax and charges although it was booked last mi - Lovely property, only 10 minute walk to the beach and short drive to the old town. Good WiFi, friendly and attentive staff and very nice pool area. Nam in particular was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed his river lantern tour. The shower was a bit small and unfortunately didnt stay warm but that is common in Vietnam.

Frühstück mit viel frischem Obst Pool etwas zu klein, gemessen an der Anzahl der Zimmer, Steckdosen alle locker gewesen. Preisliste liegt im Zimmer damit man sieht was es kostet wenn etwas kaputt geht (das wirkte unsymphatisch)

chems din (10/5): - Es un alojamiento acogedor muy limpio y con todo tipo de instalaciones, está tan solo a 15 minutos en bici de la vieja ciudad y a otros 15 de la playa más famosa, para mí fue el centro y sin duda volvería, lo mejor es que te dejan las bicis completamente gratis, los trabajadores muy bien y atentos. Nada incluso para el tipo de hotel que es le costó bien de precio

When we entered the room it didn’t match the expectations at all… First it is said the room is 30 square meters, well it’s probably less than 15, the room is very small and the river view they are selling is just a glimpse of it. There was a strong smell of humidity on the sheets, towels and in the room. The room isn’t really clean: a lot of hair in the bathroom, on the floor, sand and dust beneath the bed and in the corner, when I notified the reception and asked for a better cleaning they said yes of course, but they never did … Also, at the pool, one afternoon, two persons, visibly intoxicated, put their own techno music, and the hotel staff did absolutely nothing Also at the end of the stay, the staff was pressuring us to give them a 10, a guy even took my phone to give the grade himself, which I found not very respectful. And finally, the hotel staff moved brutally our own bicycles without warning us … which I also find disrespectful

Katherine (8/5): Clean, spacious hotel with good breakfast. - The layout of the hotel was interesting and it was clean and tidy. They had bikes available each time we wanted to use them and it was a 4km ride to An Bang Beach and a 4km ride into Hoi An town. It's near Cua Dai Beach (about 1km) and there are eateries in walking distance (recommend Hoco Cafe!) The breakfast had a wide selection of foods and eggs in the style you choose and the staff at breakfast kept it stocked. There wasn't a lot of shade at the pool and there weren't enough seats for the number of guests wanting to use it. The beds were hard and the noise carried a lot as the walls were very thin. We were woken up one night at 3:30am by noise next door to the hotel and the last night we were there a large group arrived after 10pm to check in and between the staff yelling back and forth and the group itself we were kept up with noise until after midnight. I even went out around 11pm to ask them to be quiet and it didn't help. The gym equipment was in poor condition so I had to do a makeshift workout with what was functioning (the bike handles were wobbly, the cable machine had broken pulleys, the stretching band was torn).

Clement (9/5): Très beau séjour de 4 jours pour profiter de Hué et de la plage ! Un vrai plaisir :) - Nous avons adoré passer nos quatre nuits dans cet hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse, parfaitement propre et très calme, ce qui nous a permis de vraiment nous reposer. Le personnel s’est montré particulièrement accueillant, disponible et toujours prêt à rendre service, ce qui a grandement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les services proposés par l’établissement : la mise à disposition de vélos, la possibilité de louer un scooter facilement, l’aide pour organiser des activités et excursions, ainsi que le service de blanchisserie, très pratique lors d’un séjour de plusieurs jours. L’ensemble de ces prestations, combiné à l’ambiance chaleureuse de l’hôtel, en fait une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation. Rien

Anna (5/5): - Nice garden and exterior I had multiple key card issues right from the beginning, when I first checked in it didn’t work. Someone fixed it but then in the middle of the night it came out, causing the electricity and thus air conditioning to turn off. Then the next day the card unit fell out of the wall completely. It broke into pieces on the floor. Then after that, the card stopped working on the lock outside. So I was always locked out until they gave me a physical key. So then I had the physical key to unlock the door and the faulty card for the electricity. When I raised concerns, I got 3 calls from reception to the room phone, one was at 7:30am which is a little unreasonable. I asked for a small discount for all these troubles but I was declined. I’m not happy with the customer service here. I would have appreciated some sort of compensation for how annoying those issues were for me, even small. Or to feel like they actually understood this was annoying being locked out and faulty power. I stayed at another hotel in Hoi An which was amazing , 0 issues

Luke (8/5): Nice hotel, that does a great job at looking after you. - It’s a nice, clean and quite modern hotel. The accommodation is very good for Vietnam and for the price. I wasn’t too keen on Breakfast but my family loved it so I think, like most things it’s down to personal preference.

Clémentine (10/5): - Le petit déjeuner était très bon ! Nous avions des vélos à disposition chaque jour, ce qui est super pour aller dans la vieille ville et se balader. L'hôtel est proche de la plage. Le personnel est adorable ! RAS
Peter (10/5): Lovely hotel difficult to find fault with it - The manager Nam was a real cool guy very helpful , reception staff very competent though a better understanding of English would be helpful and restaurant staff a pleasure to deal with Would have been nice if the pool was larger being small the water temperature was higher than I would have liked
Karolin (9/5): Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel in der Nähe von ruhigen Strandabschnitten - Nah am Strand. Sehr schönes Gebäude, saubere Zimmer. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer mit einem sehr großen und gemütlichen Bett. Man hat uns kurzfristig ermöglicht eine Nacht länger zu bleiben. Der Pool war auch eine tolle Abkühlung. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bad war ein bisschen klein und es fehlten Haken. Aber sonst war alles super.

The main receptionist (don't remember the name) was "pushing" too much, asking to leave a 10 review next to him upon checkout, escorting us to our taxi, it felt strange and odd. The location is a little far from the old town, a 10 mins drive.

Benjamin (10/5): - Tolle Lage, nicht weit von weg vom Strand. Die Anlage ist sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und die Mitarbeiter ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! -

Philip James (9/5): Perfect for us. - The breakfast was really good.. All the staff were very friendly. Sometimes drinks and food not available in the afternoon. Other guests commented on this too.. There was a small poster on the breakfast food table advertising an offer in the pool area which wasn't always available.
