• yoichi (2/5): - 前回は快適でした。が今回はタンブラーに氷と一握りの塩を頼んで、チェックアウトに680円の請求がありびっくり。ホテルでは請求はありませんでした。 夕飯無しの一泊だったから⁉️ 初めてのことで気落ちしました。
• SUZUKA (10/5): 快適に過ごさせていただきました - 露天風呂付き客室、朝食のみのプランでしたが 全体的には、快適に過ごさせていただきました。 【良かった点】 接客いただいたみなさん、丁寧で感じが良かった。 ウェルカムドリンクがあったこと。 客室のお布団は、コロナ対策ということでチェックイン時に既に敷いていた。 客室アメニティが充実していた。 10枚入り？の除菌シートも置いてあったので、出先で使わせていただきました。 バスタオル、浴衣も2セット/人ずつあったので、寝起きのシワシワの浴衣から着替えて朝食会場に行けたり、朝風呂用のタオルを使えたのが良かった。 朝食のハムエッグやお魚を温めて食べることができ、美味しかった。 【気になった点】 客室の下駄箱の上の絵が、額の中でずれていた。 夜9時ごろの大浴場の足ふきマットがびしょ濡れだった(人の出入りが多い時間だからしょうがないですが)。 露天風呂付客室でしたが、早朝に隣の部屋がお風呂に出入りする音が響いて目が覚めてしまった。

• Shiori (10/5): また行きたい！ - ゆったりまったりしたかったので、露天風呂付客室のリバービューのお部屋を選びました。 新館のようで、建物自体綺麗でした。 2人で泊まるのが贅沢なほどお部屋が広く、布団も寝心地が良くぐっすり眠れました。 寝る場所と居間？が、ローフスクリーンで仕切れようになっていて、とても素敵な気遣いだと思いました。 客室と駐車場が近いのですが、朝、露天風呂に入っている際に駐車場か別の部屋のテラスから、タバコの臭いがしてきたので、少し残念でした。 今回はアクティブに外で夕飯を食べましたが、お夕飯が美味しいという口コミも拝見したので、次回はもっと客室での滞在時間を長く取ろうと思います。 客室の各所の手描きポップなども心が篭もっていて素敵でした。 ありがとうございます！

The day we stayed was my Son's birthday, and they prepared a nice gift to our son on short notice. We are very impressed. The food is fantastic, well prepared and variety. Private onsen in the room is outstanding.

The Japanese breakfast is good in quality which surprised us. Our room was equipped with private open air bath which is a good option if you wish stay in private and enjoy the gift from natural at the same time.
• KANA (4/5): 静かで落ち着いた旅館 - 露天風呂付きの部屋に宿泊しました。 お風呂はとても快適で小さい子供も楽しそうに入っていました。 ドライヤーが昔ながら?の備え付けの弱いタイプだったので、部屋の中で移動する事が出来なかったのが残念でした。 一番気になったのが部屋の空調で、外が雨だったのですが湿度が中々下がらず… 就寝時も冷房とドライを切り替えたりで、寝づらかったのが残念でした（´-`）.｡oO 全体的には従業員さんの対応も丁寧でロビーも綺麗で良かったです。

• Verified traveler (10/5): 心配りの宿 - 自分の誕生日に。朝食のみのプランで、温泉付き個室に泊まりました。 夕食は外出予定だったのですが、部屋の居心地の良さに疲れがどっと出てきて。ご迷惑と思いながらも。 個別オーダーの鮎とサラダと白ワイン頂きました。 鮎もサラダもとても美味しかったです。 個室の温泉はお隣さんと音は筒抜けになってしまうものの。目の前の川のせせらぎが聞こえてゆったり入る事が出来ました。 部屋付きのドライヤーは、女性に嬉しいイオン付き大風タイプで、中々髪が乾かないイライラもなし！ アメニティのシャンプーと、コンディショナーも、私の部屋のはPOLAの物で、日帰り温泉施設で使った事もあり。使い心地に満足しているものだったので。 自分で持って行かずとも良かったな（笑）と。 また、客室係の方とのお喋りの中で、「自身へのご褒美ですか？」と聞かれたので。「自分の誕生日で。秩父に来たかったのと、温泉付き個室でゆっくりしたくて。本当は彼氏と二人でと思っていたら彼氏が休みを取れなかったので、一人で来た（笑）」と言ったら。 夕食を下げに来た際。「心ばかりですが、お誕生日おめでとうございます」と、サプライズプレゼント頂きました。 ちょっと泣きそうになりました（笑） 大浴場は、広すぎず狭すぎず。個室のと違い景観は無いものの。静かに露天入るならこちらかな？と。 読書してる方もいらっしゃいました。 プランの朝食は、基本の物が自分のテーブルに用意されており、漬物等現地の食材も有り。それだけでもしっかり食べられるのですが。 飲み物やプラスのお菜やパンデザート等種類豊富なバイキング形式の物もあり。 ついつい、欲張ってしまいたくなりました（笑） その中でも。特にオススメは、宿のオススメでもある卵がけご飯用の卵。 新鮮濃厚で、卵の質１つで。家で食べる卵がけご飯とは別物になる事を感じました。 朝一での出発だったので、総体的には短めの滞在でしたが。宿の方の心配りや、施設全体の居心地の良さに大満足。 次はもっとゆっくり泊まれたら良いなぁと思いました。

We were there with a wheelchair bound family member, and really appreciated that almost the entire place is very wheelchair friendly. The only exception was the public bath. Excellent dinner and breakfast; my Japanese family members were impressed too.

The hotel room is very calm and we can hear the sound of the river that is under the hotel. The hotel staff are very kind to explain the details of our room and the hotel system.
