• Christina (3/5): Good for the price if you don’t mind being in a semi run down area. - Close and convenient to attractions The property was semi clean but there was a odor throughout the entire house that was quite unpleasant. There was also a dog in one of the other villas that barked throughout the night and woke us up.

• Cody (10/5): - The themed villas are exactly as advertised. My little one and I went chose the enchanted forest themed villa. It did not disappoint! The designer has great taste. Will be returning again.

• Jackie (6/5): Pleasant - The check-in was easy. There is a lot of glass in the medieval like a glass tables, and that made me really uncomfortable with young children. The spiral staircase was kinda hard for me to get up, but then again I’m also eight months pregnant, but it would be nice to have more lighting downstairs because it was kind of dark. Also, I didn’t know that it was a smoking property which there is people outside smoking while the kids were trying to play and I also myself don’t wanna inhale smoke eight months pregnant.

It was clean warm inviting close to town so even though we had a car we were able to walk to convention center we were there for clean and free and I was able to walk back and forth loved the conveince it was just amazing! Housekeeping staff were very friendly and pleasant. Great location to restaurants and activities nearby, yet just off the beaten path to feel "away" from the bustle.

Overall we loved the unit, had a great stay!❤️ We have already recommended Shorebirds Villas to friends!👍 As older people the stairs were a bit challenging but we did fine. We could have slept on the main floor hideabed if needed as it was a long walk to the bathroom at night.To be fair, it was disclosed that we needed to be able to navigate stairs.

I had ro walk by a bunch of guys with my 5 year old as they were amokimg Marijuana and we were doeced to smell it. Code for laundry room wouldnt work.

They sent two different people and it didn't work after having settled in after hours they offered to relocate us, but by then I was not ready to do that very disappointing.The smell in the cavin was musty and stinky. How to open windows and spray cologne to help with the smell until it dissipated.

• Erez (1/5): Bad - Terrible Experience I spent two nights at this location with my family while traveling in the area. On the morning of checkout, we discovered that the entire rear windshield of our car was shattered. Additionally, the car parked next to ours had a side window smashed. This suggests that the parking area is both unsafe and poorly managed. The owner's response to the incident was disappointing. He refused to speak with me directly, did not take any responsibility, and simply sent a message stating, "We are not responsible for the damage.. please contact your insurance." Despite the fact that this was an official parking area equipped with surveillance cameras, no one followed up with me. It’s clear that the management only views their guests as sources of revenue, not as people to be valued. In summary, this was the worst experience I’ve had, and I strongly advise against staying here.

We traveled with a 4 year old who absolutely loved the courtyard with play-on castles and ships. The pullout couch could have been more comfortable.

The only issue was the walls were pretty thin so the neighbors came home really late one night and their baby was screaming and kept us all awake. I did see they left earplugs by the bed though which was nice! Overall it was great, the kids were obsessed.

• Krs (10/5): We truly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful enchanted forest villa, our experience couldn’t of been any better! - The decor of the enchanted forest villa was the most aesthetically appealing stay we’ve ever experienced traveling before. It was so fun and you can tell a lot of love goes into the theme when decorating. Will definitely be back and recommend to family and friends. There’s not very much parking and kind of a lack of sense of security with only 1 lock on the sliding glass door.

We had so much fun it was cozy and welcoming and there were lots of little tots and surprises around the facilities to enjoy. The mattresses were a little on the uncomfortable side. Definitely was a difficult thing for my disabled mom and even my back was hurting the next morning.

Loved having the single bed in the nook as well as the double upstairs and the pull out downstairs. The decorations were over the top and fantastic from the pirate wall art to the barrel sink in the bathroom. Lots of fun.
• Raeann (4/5): Overall pretty disappointing - I liked the decorations and access to laundry facilities The location wasn't great, there was a backyard/junkyard right next to the Villa parking lot and there were people with headlamps doing stuff all night. It also wasn't very clean, there were stains on the pillows and couch and chairs and sheets. It also smelled like dog and I could tell the floor wasn't mopped. It was pretty disappointing especially since a large portion of the expense went to cleaning fees, which it was clear that they did not do. I get that staff may be low and there might be a lot to do but it's stunk really bad in there of dog my whole trip and the floor was super dirty

• Sarah (10/5): - Our family was delightfully surprised by the character of our villa. We loved wearing Viking helmets and eating in the Viking ship! We had 5 adults and we all slept well, even the pullout couch was comfortable. We reserved our villa 1 hour before our arrival, it took some digging but once we found a phone number to call, we were able to quickly get settled in our villa.
• Alan (10/5): - The thematic stay is a wonderful getaway and cooler than just a hotel near the beach. It makes the stay much more memorable. The full kitchen setup also is super awesome. Great to be able to cook during the stay.
• Chad (2/5): Sleepless Until Seatle - I’m not usually the type that leaves reviews when I’m unsatisfied. But this place was pretty bad and we felt misled. To make a long rant short, the area is not so great. The place had a musty, stale smoke smell. We could even smell cat urine in one of the bedrooms There was some type of air purifier that i think they were hoping would remedy that. The toilet paper was straight from the gas station bathroom., The hand soap was literally water (produced zero suds). Even the Dawn soap at the kitchen sink was watered down. Two large spiders accompanied us during our stay. The place is dark, outdated and just a bit creepy. I’m a business owner myself and I understand overhead and keeping expenses at bay. But I just don’t understand how saving a coupe of bucks is beneficial to the greater scheme of it. We did appreciate the attempt and creativity of the room though.
• Taylor (10/5): It was great, this is our second time staying at Shorebirds in a different room, some maintenance could definitely be do - How unique each room is The door for the laundry room gave me a little trouble with it being the down position to lock it
• Kyle (9/5): Was nice with the kitchen did not have to rely on fast food or restaurant - There was no staff for us that was not a problem and it was nice to not have anyone there Nothing it was a great experience

• Dungan (8/5): My stay was an awesome experience and will be back. - I love how spacious it is and how welcoming it is, There is more than what I expected for sleeping arrangments. I want to come back for a longer stay. When I had gotten there I was told that the wrong unit was mine and when I tried to get into the unit my passcode didn't work so I forund someone else to help me get in and she didn't ask my information she just let me in and it turned out to be the wrong unit. I found out it was the wrong one when another person showed up to claim the same property but everything got straightened out but the workers need to check the info from people cuz if I wasn't someone that didn't have a reservation even next door then anyone could have gotten in.

• Brandi (6/5): Pleasant - The theme was fun. Felt the beds were uncomfortable, also slight issue with the bathroom not being on the same level as the bedrooms.
