• Mael (8/5): Emplacement pratique et gérante très sympathique - La localisation est très pratique pour pouvoir prendre des transports en commun et aller partout même à Venise directement via la ligne 2 qui s'arrête quasiment en face du logement. L'agencement des pièces est pratique et en bas de la rue il y a le café de la patronne avec l'option petit déjeuner, et juste à côté une boulangerie très très bonne. Il y a deux salles de bain pour 3 ou 4 chambres ce qui est largement assez. La cuisine pourrait être un peu plus pratique. Le troisième étage est dur à atteindre d'autant plus que je me balade avec une canne. L'isolation des portes n'est pas terrible ce qui fait que quand quelqu'un parle fort dans le couloir on entend facilement. Les draps étaient propres mais avaient des tâches qui ne partent pas. Par contre pour moi et ma petite c'était bien mais si c'était un couple avec un enfant c'est insuffisant.

• Mera (1/5): La gran estafa - Nada Las fotos no coinciden con la habitación ni con el baño. La cocina que figuraba en la publicación supuestamente estaba en el tercer piso, pero no existía. El baño era compartido con personas que viven en el edificio y estaba sucio (con restos personales, pelos y una Gillette). Las camas no tenían sábanas, los colchones estaban manchados y el colchón adicional era tan delgado como una hoja. Tuvimos que dormir vestidos. El lugar da la sensación de ser una habitación improvisada dentro de un edificio de ocupación extraña. Además, la dueña nunca respondió mis mensajes sobre la cocina. Sinceramente, este alojamiento no debería estar disponible en Booking.

• Edith (8/5): - Gute Lage. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz für 10 € kann gebucht werden. Balkon. Gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr nette Dame an der Rezeption. Gemeinschaftsbad. Natürlich kann man für den Preis keinen 5 Sterne Komfort erwarten. Mir hat es gut gefallen. Ich komme gerne wieder. Alles hat gepasst.

Щоб випити зранку кави, треба бігти на поверх вище, бо чайник тільки там. Один на два поверхи. Вперше з таким стикнулася. Відсутні вішаки - шафа є, а речі повісити неможливо

• Mary (7/5): Good - Comfortable bed, air conditioning, small balcony and good-sized room. I'd let the host know what time I'd arrive (within the time window shown on booking), and they'd said that was fine - but I still had to wait nearly 15 minutes in the bar next door where they'd told me to collect the keys from. I had the impression the room wasn’t quite ready and that the host just quickly went to change the sheets at the last minute while I was waiting. The shared kitchen and 2 bathrooms weren't particularly clean or well looked after either. Breakfast from the bar was included, but the staff member wasn't exactly friendly and there wasn’t much choice (basically just coffee and a croissant - and when I said I didn't drink coffee, he said he'd already run out of hot chocolate for the day - at 7.10 a.m.! He then very reluctantly gave me some fruit juice instead). All in all, it felt like a fairly neglected property, with hosts who didn't seem particularly bothered about their guests.

• Paola (8/5): Good modest budget bnb with spacious rooms near Mestre downtown - The room was spacious, it was located near Mestre downtown, the breakfast was served every morning in the bar that is just downstairs, and the personnel was very kind The structure has no elevator, our room was on 3rd floor so if you are travelling with suitcases it might not be a good option. Also there was a couch in the room that needed to have some vacuum cleanning as it feel to be dusty, but overall I enjoyed my stay at this bnb

No atmosphere in the room, no cosiness. Little attention was spent on how to make this a space into which you want to spend time to.

• Benedetta (7/5): Good - The location was good, with a bus directed to Venice really close to it. The host was really nice and helpful and she also provided us some bus tickets. The room was really big and the breakfast that was offered to us in the morning was really nice. The bathrooms and the room could be kept a bit better and needed some renovation but they were clean enough. The rooms are at the 3rd floor without elevator so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage.

The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked fine for the size of the room. Mixed feelings about the comfort in the room. Don't know exactly how to explain but I guess it lacks personality or a better selection of the furniture. For the price could be a little bit more pleasant.

• Kata (10/5): Good value for money, if you don’t mind shared bathrooms this is your place to stay when visiting Venice - Really close to the center of Mestre and not too far from the train station. When asked for a fridge to be able to store my insulin they got me one straight away. Even though we had to share the 2 bathrooms with other rooms it never seemed to be a problem. We could not park there as it was full, but it was our fault not thinking ahead.

• Ronald (9/5): It was perfect for what I needed and very reasonably priced. - The room was clean, secure, comfortable and I enjoyed it, and the neighborhood was lovely, very close to the old downtown and the train/bus station. The directions to find the place were unclear, and I had trouble locating the check-in office, which is in a bar. The address given does not appear on the building at all, and there is no signage.

The accommodation was on a regular bus route. Supermarkets nearby and of course easy access to Venice. Breakfast was in cafe next door. Overall we had a good time and would stay again.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good location,friendly staff,no AC or buffet as ad - “Breakfast buffet” and “air conditioning ” were not as advertised on site. However, staff was very friendly, room and facilities were very clean, and it is an excellent location for grabbing the bus into Venice. The neighbourhood is nice- with great local options for food and drink. WiFi was excellent and our room had a nice balcony. Overall, we would stay again but will have more realistic expectation of amenities.

• Linnea (8/5): Värt! - Trevlig värdinna, AC på rummet, fräscha badrum med daglig städning. Frukosten på det närliggande caféet som ingick var klassiskt italiensk och alltså ganska lätt (kaffe, juice och croissant), men god. Ett bra b&b helt enkelt. Det enda som saknades var någon form av städning på rummet under tiden vi bodde där (1 vecka).
• Verified traveler (4/5): I'd pay a little more to avoid the stress - This was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've had. Unfortunately, the situation had to do with how the staff communicated than the facility itself. I notified the landlord of our arrival a day in advance via skype text message as I had no phone in Italy. No email or anything back in response. When my family arrived, the entrance door to the building was locked. We spent 30-45 min at the door (at around 9 pm) waiting. The host wouldn't pick up the phone at first. Then he'd hang up repeatedly. Then after very many attempts, when I finally got through, he'd pretend that there's no rush or hurry while my whole family was waiting tired outside with the suitcases. Anyway, somebody with little English finally let us in. The next morning the landlady insisted my wife should pay 5 euros for using a laundry machine, which was in the shared bathroom. There was no sign or anything saying it was not a free service. Plus, after what happened the night before with the checking in -- these folks had the impudence... I couldn't believe it. Next time I'd pay a little more but avoid the stress and all the communication problems.
• Sandra Eunice (8/5): Cerca de todo 👌 - Excelente ubicación, ya que justamente en frente del hotel pasa el bus que te lleva directamente a Venecia. Lamentablemente, justo en esa zona en las noches suele verse un poco peligroso por los grupos que suelen juntarse ahí. Se puede llegar caminando a la estación de trenes de Mestre en tan sólo 10 minutos, así que transportar las maletas no será tan pesado.

• Emily (10/5): Cute B&B close to Venice - This B&B was perfect for our quick trip to see Venice. It was about a 20 minute walk from the train station. It was a little difficult to find and we had to call the owner but they were very nice and helped us find it. Check in was easy and quick and the room was huge! There are two bathrooms for guest that are also very spacious. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We also had a balcony. There is a full kitchen with everything you need where we made dinner that night to save some money. There was a very very limited selection at breakfast but we made do. I would reccomend this accommodation for anyone who wants to stay outside of Venice but close to the train and bus stations.

• Ahmet (10/5): Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz. - Otelin konumu çok iyi, tren istasyonuna 15 dk yürüme mesafesinde bunun yanında venedik merkeze giden 2 nolu otobüs durağı otelin önünde. Çok temiz, odalar rahat, kahvaltısı çok zengin ve özenli, çalışanlar iyi ingilizce bilmiyorlar ama yardımcı oluyorlar. Bölge güvenli. İnternet hızlı ve iyi.

The bathroom is divided into three rooms, reads, large. It was not a problem to share a bathroom. Breakfast very good and the possibility of using the sowing on the plus. Walk to the main train station Mestre about 10 min, bus stop 3 minutes. The owner is very nice and helpful. Late wetting without a problem. The owner explained everything and informed her how best to do Venice. I will definitely use this hotel once again when I return to Venice. Recommends ,!
