• Hilke (6/5): Veel storingen tijdens ons verblijf! Nieuwe contacten ed. - De ligging direct aan zee en een prachtig natuurgebied. Het uitzicht! Best veel oude dingen. Oude keuken, koelkast, zonnescherm kapot. Horren kapot die werden ineens hersteld terwijl we er waren. Net als een lamp. Ineens bijkomende kosten. Die nergens vermeld stonden. Moesten een upgrade kopen voor 80 euro en 24 euro voor toeristenbelasting. Veel roest overal. Leidingen die ergens hingen ed.
• Ingrid (10/5): Fin vecka i lantlig miljö med god mat på mysiga lokala restauranger - Nära till stranden. Lugnt och mysigt. Fantastisk omtänksam personal! Personligt bemötande. Helt enkelt toppen !

• PINELOPI (1/5): UNFIT FOR STAY -UNPROFESSIONAL OWNER AND UNCLEAN ROOM NOT VILLA - Nothing- it was dismal, dirty and basically a scam. The owner doesn't know what the difference between a VILLA and a ROOM is. DO NOT GO THERE. We paid Eur665 for 3 nights (did not stay due to filth and misrepresentation), and we were refused a refund from a rude owner. He lied to Booking.com as well. We expected a beautiful Villa as described in their advert. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

• Suzanne (6/5): Fun and easy visit. - Right next to beautiful beach. Spacious apartment with a balcony looking out to the sea. We liked that the apartment we stayed in had a garage to park in. The apartment itself is very basic and not fancy in the least. It’s a funky little beach pad. The air conditioner worked well. There is a little fridge. The shower had good water pressure and hot water. We were there for the beach and spent most of our time there. We didn’t cook at the apartment because there is a great place to eat just down the road. If we had wanted a place to Lounge around in, this would not be it. But that is not what we wanted. What we wanted was an inexpensive, safe and clean place to come home to after a day at the beach. And the nearby beach is exceptional. Sandy shore, rock outcroppings in the sea. We snorkeled and saw a variety of fish and I was fortunate enough to encounter an octopus-that experience was out of this world…swore me off eating them for the rest of my life. Nothing, we got what we expected.

• Carmen (7/5): - Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben, es ist alles funlktional.Toll fanden wir dass das Auto direkt beim Haus abgestellt werden kann. In der Nacht war es ruhig, so dass man die Fenster gut geöffnet lassen konnte. Wir sind zwei Nächte geblieben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut. Leider sind die Innenräume des Apartments ziemlich heruntergekommen und eher weniger ansprechend. Vom Haus 2 aus hatten wir Ausblick auf den Parkplatz. Für uns hat das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gepasst.

• Andy (8/5): Great beachside villa to watch sunset - Quality location just 50 yards from beach. Great balcony to watch sunsets. Big rooms Needs small hob for cooking and utensils all a bit random. No shops nearby so stock up before you get there

• Usman (8/5): Very good - All the basic things were provided such as towels, toothbrush, body lotion, shampoo, ear buds and a good small kitchen as well. It is not easy to get all things with this price in EU. There is no nearby shop but no complaint from property.
• Edward (8/5): Nice Property, Great Location - Great location, comfortable apartment. Perfect under cover parking. Streaming services on smart TV indicated a slow connection. For older people, the stairs from ground level parking garage could be difficult.

• Mathias (4/5): If you want to go there, make sure the club is *not* running! - The woman who checked me in was funny and friendly and spoke perfectly German. The appartment as such is ok. They refunded me the amount luckily immediately. There was a club next by with terribly loud music. the lady did not properly inform me that this was going till early monring. A marriage - closed for other people. Never have been in my life in a place with so loud music. Everything vibrated even with everything closed. Around midnight I was aware that the lady was not honest to me and just packed my stuff and went to another place some 10 minutes or so driving, where I had a very quiet peaceful night. Upon checkin, the lady told me I should not write any review below 9 before end of the season because that would decrease her bonus. Sorry, but I do not accept this.
• Giovanni (9/5): My holidays in at Romanos Beach Villas - The location is just unique and the staff was the most kind. The room service was just perfect. The WC only was a bit old, should be replaced.

• Nikolaos (10/5): Highly enjoyable for a couple who would like to spend a relaxing holiday near a wonderful beach. - The property located within 50 meters of a lovely sandy beach with crystal clear water. All of the villas have a sea view. There is a beach bar next to the property and has all the facilities necessary for a person to enjoy the sea. Refreshments, beach umbrellas and other facilities such as showers.

It is even accessible with motorbikes. Nice terace with a sea view Lack of dishwashing and washing machine. The bathroom isnt maintained long ago as well the parking place.
• Nikolaos (9/5): Highly recommended for someone who would like to enjoy a peaceful stay close to the sea. - The location is exceptional it is very close to a very beautiful sandy beach and the property has a view of the sea. There are several good restaurants and tavernas in the area.

• Victoria (9/5): Superb - Ideal location, helpful and responsive on-site manager (Tina) Shower was unsatisfactory. The shower head does not fit the holder so it falls off constantly. You need to hold it in your hand while showering. And the hot water runs out fairly quickly.

The villa we stayed in had a malfunctioning hot water tank that dripped water onto us during showers and filled the bathroom with steam. The management's response was subpar, only relocating us to another villa when we were about to depart. Considering these villas are priced over 300 euros per night, their aged and worn-out condition was disappointing.

• Jana (6/5): Wonderful host and staff. However would not stay here again, too dated and needs an overhaul. - Location and staff The property needs upgrades and improvements. It’s old, dark and unloved. The closets smell like mold. The bathroom toilet seat had permanent yellow stains and that not even economical improvements are considered to improve the facilities. Very weak wifi. Beds on the hard side.
• Eleni (7/5): A friendly and convenient place to stay. - The location, the fact that pets were allowed, that it here were two separate rooms and the exceptionally polite and friendly receptionist Constantina. The sea view wasn’t exactly sea view. You could see the sea if standing on your toes.
• Thomas (10/5): Happy holiday - Very nice bungalows located by the sea. Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable beds, own garage and very calm, you just hear the waves of the ocean, was really nice and we want come defiantly back again
• Justin (8/5): Private beach cottage just steps to amazing beach - location and proximity to beach was amazing. Veranda for relaxing, dining and watching sunset was fantastic. Walking to very high quality beach was superb! Restaurant at beach adjacent to property was TOP! Daily cleaning staff was friendly, timely and helpful. Private covered parking space was great bonus. Atmosphere by sea is superb. small cottage design is excellent, however very dated and in need of repair and refreshment.

She was helping immediately for any need in a very polite and genuine way Little adjustment in the furniture can be improved ( drawers of the kitchen cabinet and the towel hanger in the bathroom,..). La Sig.ra Tina disponibile, cortese e dolcissima, sempre pronta ad aiutare durante il soggiorno. Silenzioso, comodo e vicinissimo alla bella spiaggia di Romanos. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
• Daniela (7/5): For the money, I was expecting more. - The beach was great. Not too crowded, had umbrellas to rent, serviced by a restaurant. Short walk to the private beach. Had great coffee maker and coffee for us inside our villa. Nice covered balcony. Beach did not have any activities for kids. There are only 2 restaurants and they are average. One air conditioning was not working at all. They did bring a repairman, but he could not fix it. No discount given. Fortunately our property manager Tina, gave us list of nearby things to do and see, and restaurants close by. That was a big help!
