• Kaladevi Murugesu (10/5): Stay Exceeded My Expectation - The newly furnished hotel is well maintained. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom and the room were clean. Near to many eateries 5 min drive. Good location. Though 2 star but beyond expectation. Should be 4 star. I had a comfortable and relaxed stay. Nothing to complain.

• N G k S (8/5): Everything Provided - Very clean room and toilet. Very comfortable beds and linen and chair. Bottle drinks, coffee and tea and kettle all provided. Wash basin with an elegant mirror outside the toilet. All towels and toiletries provided. Clean and functioning lift is available. No problem with heavy luggage. Maybe the view facing the main road is a bit boring.

Near to Kluang town. Easy accessibility since it is located at a prime area in Kluang. No breakfast provided, but you can find so many eateries nearby. NIL

• Shamini (8/5): Just ok..get friendly people at front desk - Good for a 1 night stay...clean The staff at the front counter was rude ..we stood there for 5 minutes with no greetings..we arrived 12 midnight to stay over to attend a funeral the next day...the front desk guy was looking at the monitor without even asking us anything as if we were staying for free.

• Rene (8/5): Great budget hotel - Good value for money, room is clean and recently updated. AC working good and quiet. Small fridge in the room. Daily housekeeping. A bit noisy, from the traffic. But had no issues falling asleep Only a small water heater so to get a hot shower need to throttle down the water

• Nurulatikah (10/5): - Breeze check-in. Counter staff are very welcoming. Room that was assigned for us were newly upgraded. It was very comfortable especially for the price. I am very impressed with this hotel. Strongly recommended. everything is fine.

• Wei (9/5): Superb - Good location and easy to find - just next to Shell station that you can see along Jalan Batu Pahat. Ample parking available and is just outside the hotel. Hotel provides mineral water and Chinese tea (Lapsang Souchong) that we can grab at the front desk. None...all is good, at this price.

I was worried to use the toilet , flies in the toilet , and yucks pump was so bad . - Location only Toilet had many flies , flush system was worse , you needed to wait 15 mins to flush again. Flush pump system , was bad very bad to be honest exact , Toilet so much dirt , all stains and yucks I have to many countries but I belief the housekeeping team should be better . The blankets were also the super thin kind . I am unsure how they are rated at 8.

• Joeslinda (6/5): Bolehla... - Easy booking, friendly staff during check in and check out and location is nearby to my meeting place. While the room has been refurbished, the A/C unit is old and takes longer time to cool the room even when i set to 16°C. The hallway where the ironing section is placed is hot since there is no centralized A/C. The bathroom is also stuffy and the placement of the wash basin outside the bathroom is a bit inconvenient.

• Azizishabudin (9/5): It nice stay although felt far from anything - Hotel is clean and well managed. Facilities looks a bit old but still function accordingly. Location wise a bit far from restaurant or shoplot

• Izzati (10/5): Very pleasant - This is our 3rd time at this hotel because it is good and clean. Hotel need to understand affordable doesn't mean no cleanliness, cleanliness must be top notch. The thing that make it cheap or affordable should be without extra accessories like hairdryer, fridge, tv. This hotel has everything and clean too. That's what make us repeat this hotel.
