• Frank (8/5): - Die etwas in die Jahre gekommene Wohnung hat nichts von ihrem einstigen Charme verloren. Sie ist komplett ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die zentrale Lage und der Blick von der Dachterrasse über die Dächer in die Bucht ist phantastisch, wenngleich mittlerweile ein wenig zugewachsen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

• Manfred (6/5): - Die Lage war ok. Die Grösse für eine Familie war auch ok Die Wohnung hat keine Heizung für Februar und Anfang März zu kalt. Der Geruch aus der Toilette war zum Teil nicht auszuhalten und zum Teil unerträglich. Das Internet funktionierte nur an der Eingangstür.....
• Verhagen (9/5): Een voorbeeld! - Enorme gastvrijheid, super lieve mensen; zowel de eigenaresse als de dame die de kamers onderhoudt zijn fantastisch. Hartstikke mooie en schone appartementen. Ik zou er zonder enige twijfel terugkeren. Persoonlijk vond ik het jammer dat er in de keuken geen warm water is. Maar dit schijnt vrij normaal te zijn.

• Moskvita (9/5): - Останавливались с мужем на 2 ночи в октябре 2025 года на 3 этаже. Хозяйка аппартаментов приятная и интеллигентная женщина. Аппартаменты находятся вблизи океана, в шаговой доступности от Медины, порта, крепости. Вокруг много магазинчиков и кафе. В комнатах достаточно чисто, они оформлены с марроканской аутентичностью. Чистое белье и полотенца- меняли ежедневно. На кухне есть посуда и моющее средство. Горячая и холодная вода подается с хорошим напором. На окнах - плотные шторы. Нет фена. Но, возможно, его нужно было просто попросить у хозяйки. Я обошлась своим феном.

• Fatima (8/5): - L appartement est bien placé, propre, spacieux et confortable mais la cuisine manque d équipement. La cuisine est très mal équipée, pas de four, pas de lave linge, pas de poêle (une seule très abîmée), pas de petites cuillère, même pas d éponge pour faire la vaisselle.

• Sonia (7/5): Estancia cómoda y sencilla en Essaouira ideal para estancia corta sino vas a hacer Surf - El alojamiento está bien respecto al precio que pagamos. La acogida fue muy buena y nos atendieron de maravilla. Fuimos cuatro amigas y para nosotras dos habitaciones estaban muy bien. ( una con cama doble pero amplia y otra con dos camas) Como el apartamento no tiene lavadora nos limpiaron ropa. El propietario es super amable. Nos tocó un apartamento en la última planta ( un poco más incómodo si vas con muchas maletas). Las tuberías del baño olían un poco.

• Laura (9/5): Muy agradable y afitrión acogedor - Se portaron fenomenal con nosotros, nos ayudaron en todo, y cualquier cuestión que planteamos fue resuelta rapidísimo. El dueño muy amable y servicial, y las señoras de la limpieza estupendas también. El piso es amplio y tiene un ambiente agradable. La calle es la que está justo detrás del paseo marítimo, y al lado hay un restaurante italiano buenísimo y una tienda de vinos fabulosa.

• Denis (10/5): Great place to visit Essaouira - Excellent camp base to visit Essaouira.. the Appartement is big, clean and a couple of minutes away from the beach. 15 min walk to the medina. They are a lot of cheap little restaurants in the direct vicinity of the place. Possibility to park the car in front of the house - big plus for us and great rooftop terrasse. A big thank you for the staff of the appartement who were super helpful and kind. /

Je n'ai pas apprécié à ce que La femme de ménage nous frappe la porte et nous demandons de libérer l'appartement car elle veut faire le nettoyage et que c'est déjà 13h , sachant bien que notre check in c'était à 17h30 . Lorsqu' on a fait la remarque elle nous a dit que ce n'est pas de ça faute et que le Mr qui nous accueillait qui lui a demandé cela . La prochaine fois s'il tu a quelque chose a demander aux clients evite d'envoyer ta femme de menage !!

I am happy to stay here next time definitely 🫶🏻 Just some things missing in this property in the kitchen are washer mashing ,toaster and microwave.also the iron .

• Touchal (8/5): Appartement spacieux et bien équipé à 2 minutes de la plage, mais un peu éloigné de la médina - Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet appartement. L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la plage, parfait pour en profiter à tout moment de la journée. L’appartement est spacieux, bien agencé, et la cuisine est entièrement équipée. Le personnel c’est très bien occupé de nous. Si vous avez un souci dans le logement ils sont très réactifs. il faut compter environ 20 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la médina, donc ce n’est pas tout près du centre historique. La wifi dans l’appartement est médiocre voir inexistante le soir.

• Guest (9/5): Un chaleureux moment qui nous a permis de nous projeter à Essaouira poun proche avenir ❤️ - Tout !…L’emplacement, l’accueil, la bienveillance, la gentillesse de Mme Naima l’hôtesse de ce charmant lieu, la propreté, l’espace et fonctionnalités, les commodités (divers commerces, épicerie, rôtisserie, l’enseigne Nicolas.. ..vue sur la mer avec la plage à 5 mn en face, l’agréable petit balcon face à la mer qui nous a permis d’apprécier dans les soirées les festivités en direct puisque c’était l’époque du festival Gnaoua, tout en dégustant les produits de la mer tout juste sorti de l’océan, heureux d’avoir pu faire notre marché dès le retour de pêche sur le pittoresque vieux port traditionnel, la proximité de la Médina (environ 15 mn à pied), classée au Patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO. Que de bons souvenirs 🤩😍 Effectivement si vous êtes un « couche tôt « je pense qu’il sera préférable de séjourner dans cet établissement en dehors des festivités !

Umgebung bestens für Lokale aller Preisklassen, von 4,50€ bis 25€, für das Hauptessen. Leider erst am letzten Tag entdeckt, das Eckrestaurant mit dem besten Frühstück u dessen Preis. Deshalb war dort morgens immer alles überfüllt. Einen hochwertigen Weinladen gab es auch um die Ecke, von 8€ bis 70€, sowie hochwertige Spirituosen. Nach kurzer Gewöhnungsphase, BESTENS

• Sadia (9/5): Very Good - Host Naima was very humble, kind and helpful lady. Flat was very clean and comfortable to our standard. It was just about 1 min walk from local restaurants and beach. She offered to clean flat everyday and we could ask her maid that was amazing. Maid would do our washing our clothes. So this service was very good. I enjoyed my 3 days stay. Everything was nice but it was on first floor and I think people with disability may not be suitable. Other wise its very good location and nice clean flat.

• Andrei (10/5): - This is a beautiful property, close to the beach area. There is public parking in front. There are a few restaurants in the vicinity. It's a 15 minute walk to the Medina.
• R. Oudmaijer (9/5): Prima verblijf dicht bij het strand en op loopafstand van het oude centrum - Ruim appartement op 15 min lopen van het centrum. Gezellig stand voor de deur zonder veel verkopers. Iets meer bestek zou van meerwaarde zijn.

Laundry facility also outside the apartment unit Internet connection - connection only certain area in the unit. No connection in master bedroom or living room. Lacking in basic hospitality items. No soap, shampoo, or even basic condiments like sugar, salt & pepper.
• Reto (9/5): Entspannte Zeit in einer sauberen, gut gelegenen Unterkunft - Superschönes und grosses Appartement, nur einige Schritte vom Strand entfernt und umgeben von einigen Restaurants. Die Medina ist in Gehdistanz und über den Hafen zu erreichen. Hilfsbereites Personal und sehr sauber. Richtig gut, um ein paar Tage zu entspannen.
