Also ich kann nicht sagen, dass mir etwas nicht gefallen hat. Das Zimmer von der Lage her war suboptimal, vor Allem wohl in den Sommermonaten, wenn Gäste vermehrt auf der Terrasse frühstücken werden / würden. Zimmer 101. Grund: Die Terrasse ist direkt vor dem Zimmer. Da wir jedoch nicht in der Hauptsaison unterwegs waren hat es uns nicht gestört. Das Zimmer an sich ist sehr schön gewesen.

I ragazzi tutti gentilissimi sia alla reception che alla sala colazioni🥰 torneremo, rilassante con vetrate vista giardino. Zona di San Frediano una scoperta per i ristorantini e localini molto piacevole.

Attention to detail lacking for the quality of hotel. - Excellent location in a quiet neighbourhood but with 10-15 minutes walk of the hustle and bustle. A lovely retreat at the end of a busy day with welcome staff and a garden to relax in. Only small points but those that make a difference between good and excellent. No kettle or facility to make a cup of tea. Room service costs 10 euros. If you don’t get to breakfast early you will not get a full choice. We arrived at 9am - not late - and all bread/croissants had finished. Only sliced packet bread available.

O hotel é ótimo, café da manhã excelente, atendimento também! A entrada do estacionamento é meio apertada, então só entra carros pequenos. Amamos nossa estadia, de carro voltaríamos a ficar no hotel!

- Marco (10/5): - gostei de absolutamente tudo: i) localização é mais afastada dos principais pontos historicos, mas em um bairro super legal, com muito restaurante, bar e lugares interessantes - o fato de ser um pouco afastado dos pontos turisticos mas ainda assim acessivel a pé é bem positivo; ii) a equipe sempre simpatica e solicita; iii) instalações limpas e grandes.. o lugar é bem confortável para descansar depois de um dia exaustivo de turismo; duas mínimas observações: i) o chuveiro achei a pressão baixa; ii) o café da manha pode ser melhorado (embora os funcionarios sejam super simpaticos e solicitos) - achei que faltou um pouco de variedade.

Staff were very helpful / friendly. I would stay here again. Would definitely recommend. At times a little noisy outside room / adjacent rooms - but very minor issue.

Lovely garden area to sit on a sunny day for breakfast. Rooms are stylish and contemporary, beautifully designed hotel. Lovely bar for evening drinks Very helpful staff on reception and in the restaurant/bar. Easy walk into historic centre. Pillows could have been a bit better on the beds but it was minor.

- Raphaël (9/5): Excellent séjour dans un quartier légèrement éloigné du centre, mais très calme et agréable. - Nous avons été surclassés dans un autre établissement proche, Della Calza SPA & Foresteria où nous avons pu profiter d'un SPA très agréable. L'endroit est beau, le personnel était très sympathique et la chambre était très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était également de qualité, offrant un large choix. Les seuls petit défauts étaient la climatisation qui se remettait systématiquement en route et soufflait trop fort, ainsi que le petit témoin lumineux qui clignotait en permanence.

The hotel was really lovely, the location is across the river away from the city but about a ten minute walk into the city which was along the river. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar is a nice touch. Would have liked milk to go with the coffee pods in the room but that’s very minor.

This hotel has only just opened and we were selected to try it out. It was very comfortable in beautiful surroundings. We were able to use the spa facilities which were very nice. The coffee for breakfast was not very nice. From a machine and tasted watery.

- Rhiner (10/5): Das einzig erholsame bei diesem City-Trip in Florenz war der Aufenthalt im Hotel Horto Convento. - Das Horto Convento ist super gelegen. Etwas ausserhalb des touristischen Teils. Aber mit einem 10 minütigen Fussmarsch war man schon mitten drin. Die Restaurants in dieser Gegend waren eher von Einheimischen besucht und nicht so touristisch orientiert, was wir sehr angenehm empfanden. Wollte man den Touristenmassen entfliehen, so reichte ein kurzer Spaziergang Richtung Hotel und man hatte seine liebe Ruhe. Was uns sehr gefallen hatte, war die Ruhe im Hotel. Obwohl das Hotel mitten in der Stadt lag, hatte man im Hotel keinen Autolärm gehört, dafür morgens die Vögel von den Bäumen zwitschern. Nach einem stressigen Tag unter den Million von Touristen, kam dann ein Drink im ruhigen Hotelgarten wie gelegen. Und sogar das Personal war völlig entspannt, super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was wir sehr geschätzt haben, war die Möglichkeit, das Auto innerhalb den Hotelmauern sicher parkieren zu können. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Also, wir haben nichts gefunden, das nicht gepasst hat. Herzlichen Dank nochmals an das freundliche Hotelpersonal.

- Vilma (10/5): - I recently stayed at Horto Convento hotel for a few nights and I had a great experience. From the moment I check in , the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless and modern with the view to enclosed garden .Breakfast service was great. The locations was good a walking distance to the centre about 15-20min...Thanks for a lovely stay.

- 雯倩 (9/5): - 原本定于2月15日-18日入住该酒店，在13日当天，我们全家还在罗马，接到酒店的电话说是房间水管出了问题，和我们商量是否同意调换到同区的另一家也是修道院酒店，为了表示歉意，该酒店的房间给我们升级了，带有的spa可以全免费享受。我们欣然接受了，调换新的酒店位置稍微比霍尔多修道院要离核心景点区远一点，但胜于安静，而且有spa，入住的时候才发现，只有我们一间房间是带有阳台的，太棒了。

- Marilyn (9/5): It was a good stay. We would go back. - It is a beautiful facility, quiet and elegant. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. We liked the fact that it is in a quiet part of Florence, across the river from the thousands of tourists, like us, who make navigating the streets almost impossible. Our room was very hot and stuffy. We could not open the window and turning down the heat didn’t make much of a difference.

- Soraya (8/5): Lugar y ubicación preciosa, aunque mejorable! - L a ubicación perfecta. El hotel es muy acogedor, con un desayuno muy bueno y personal amable. La olor que se siente al entrar en el hotel y también en los pasillos. Es olor como a cloaca. No entiendo el motivo pero a ratos es desagradable. Y deberían de mejorar también la insonorización entre habitacions. Se oye bastante a los clientes de al lado.

It’s absolutely spotlessly clean and the staff are brilliant, especially Adam the barman! The pillows!!! Stay was only for 3 nights so manageable but that’s the one thing I’d recommend they review.

- Oliver (9/5): Schönes, gut gelegenes und modernes Hotel in alten Klostermauern - Schönes, modernes und gut ausgestattetes Hotel in einem ehemaligen Kloster im Quartier San Frediano, auf der anderen Seite des Arno (Oltrarno). Grosses Zimmer, sehr sauber, gutes Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl, sehr ruhig (ab und an hört man kurz Kirchenglocken), sehr gute Lage in Fusswegdistanz zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Altstadt. Licht im Bad / WC ist nicht zweckmässig zum Schminken (Beleuchtung fehlt).
