El Complejo está muy bien cuidado, dos piscinas, una de ellas climatizada. El somier de la cama de matrimonio roto y se le cae una pata, del sofá cama mejor no opino.

• Octavian (9/5): - Locație ok, curat mie personal mi-a plăcut priveliștea către munte. Un complex foarte liniștit. Piscina cu apa calda a fost excepțională. Bucătăria dotată cam cu tot ce ai nevoie. Gazda primitoare. Calitate preț ok . Se vedeau avioanele cum ateriza dar zgomotul nu era puternic,nu era deranjant, și chiar îmi plăcea să le privesc la aterizare! Balconul era umbrit, mobilierul era mai învechit, dar totul funcțional și curat! Puțin miros de vechi.

• Christine (5/5): If owner did some repairs would be a lovely apartment - Lovely complex, great swimming pools and gardens. Apartment was clean but needs a lot of work to bring it up to normal expectations. Would be happy to stay again once repairs completed. This is a list of problems in apartment: Sofa - big dip on one side as underneath support broken, not comfortable to sit on Double bed - don't sit on it as leg falls off. Is comfortable to sleep if you don't move too much incase leg falls off. Washing machine leaked all over floor so needs looking at. Kitchen hob - cracked right across, we were afraid to use it in case it shattered. Dirty smelly from bathroom. Key fob to enter complex and swimming pools stopped working 2 days before we left. Sent message to owner asking for new fob but it didn't arrive. A nice couple staying on complex lent us a fob otherwise we would have been locked out/in complex. All these repairs were reported to the owner when we were in apartment.

• Emily (6/5): We hired a car which we found very useful. - Property had a washing machine, working shower/bathroom, Netflix, pool facilities were great, loads of sunbeds, heated pool, local bars with pool tables, nice home cooked meals in bars beside exit, tiles floors easy to mop and brush, outside table, clothes horse for outside to dry clothes. Neighbours in other apartments were friendly. Football pitch on site. Local shops for bread and shopping and larger supermarket 5 mins away in car.

Letto comodo, cucina dotata di tutto il necessario, terrazzino molto carino e la piscina riscaldata una chicca apprezzata! Zona molto tranquilla e a poca distanza sia dall'aeroporto sia da zone più movimentate come las americas; ristoranti, supermercati e benzinai tutti a portata di mano. Ketty molto disponibile e gentile. Torneremo di certo😁 Dopo 17 è molto difficile trovare parcheggio

• Eliza (7/5): - The apartment has nice decor. It is spacious although the second bedroom is small. The whole resort is very nice and the swimming pool is amazing. I enjoyed it a lot. The owner was very nice although not always available. When I entered the apartment I noticed almost immediately it wasn't clean. I have sent several photos to the owner and politely asked for the cleaner to come the next day to clean it. It wasn't at all how i wanted to start my holidays. He reacted very quickly stating she will come the next day at 9:30. . I hoped the visit will be punctual since it was early and my first day of holiday in the apartment. To make the most of the situation I ve decided then to see my friends early in the morning so that I don't have to be in the app when the lady is cleaning. To my disbelief the cleaner didn't come until 10:40! ( I messaged the owner at 10, there was no response) When I opened the door she stood there like nothing happened and was very surprised when I was pretty upset about her late coming in . She just said :"si, si, si" like she wanted to shut me down ...I was stunned. I think she eventually realised it's not OK...and once I told her I am late to see my friends, She finally said sorry. I also noticed that the photos of the apartment show it to be much bigger then in reality. I booked it because it looked like it's really huge... Also the apartment is missing the kettle and the bin in the bathroom. The apartment is based on the loud street over the several pubs and restaurants. It was often very loud at night. It wasn't possible to contact the owner the days before my arrival at all. I wanted to make sure I know where to come. When I asked the owner why he didn't reply to my messages on booking.com he replied yesterday was fiesta so he didn't look into his phone 😄

• angel (9/5): Familia en Costa del silencio - El apartamento tenía lo que necesitases respecto a equipamiento, además te dejaban aceite, sal, cacao..que viene muy bien ya que estás en una isla. Las camas son cómodas. Estaba limpio. Las piscinas están genial. Es una zona tranquila y no hay ruidos. Nos comunicamos con el dueño con antelación y nos recibieron amablemente. El horno es portátil y un poco pequeño, es mejor saberlo con antelación. El agua caliente de la ducha va con termo y va justo para ducharse 4 personas.
• Jelena (10/5): Lovely cozy appartment with a fantastic owner! - Great location- close to the shops and bars, and it is only about 20 min drive from the airport. The appartment is stylish, cozy and light, there are 2 pools, one is heated and great for kids. The terrotory and the gardens are beatiful. The owner met us with the whole family , showed around and translated everything into English- that was thoughtful and lovely. Overall, the owner is just fantastic, friendly and easy to communicate, always responding:) Quite a few people smoke outside below, as there is a bar, so we could smell it on the balcony. But maybe it is not a problem for others.

• Mirela (8/5): Nice stay - - very clean apartment - nice view over Teide -very quiet complex ( looked like adults only) for March period -enough sun beds near pool -close to airport -coffee machine -super Dino big supermarket 10-15 min walk -467 bus stop ( direction to Los Cristianos ) not far away -good value for the money - is not recommended to drink tap water 💧 - you can hear the planes flying ✈️ but this was not disturbing - the area is not so developed

• Mel (7/5): Good - The map provided on the booking confirmation is terrible!!!! there is not enough information on the roads around the resort and the road the resort is on is a "one way" in the wrong direction making it very difficult to get to the front door! At 10PM in the dark it took a long time to find our way and the host did not provide a contact mobile number.

• Blacker (10/5): Highly recommend loved the complex and the apartment would definitely stay again - We love Silencio and Parque Don Jose the complex is very well looked after spotless clean and plenty of sunbeds in a great location and bus route to explore the island .Had some lovely food in nice restaurants in Silencio A few bars on the street but the noise didn't bother us 😁

• Peter (8/5): Enjoyable plus nice people there - the pools and pool area are excellent. There is a great selection of bars and resteraunts on the road boardering the site. There is no central reception or entrance so it was a very long walk to get off of the site to the bars or to the village.
• Sara (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation is in a wonderful complex, with one of the best pools in the area. The apartment is spacious and clean, with good facilities we felt very safe, as it is a gated complex, with security patrols overnight as well. It is in a great location, very close to a variety of bars and restaurants, our favourite being a bar called ' Our Place' just outside the front of the complex. The bar had various entertainment during the week and served a great variety of food as well. Overall, we had a great few days here and will definitely return. My only suggestion is that fans be provided, as there is no aircon, and I struggled with the heat a little during the night.

• Adam (8/5): Very good, well located, nice apartment and complex. - Very good, well located, close to bars, restaurants and shops, very clean, nice complex with a good pool, good facilities in the apartment including a washing machine, handy terrace, close to the local tennis club and bus routes etc, all in all very good. Slightly noisy at night due to the nearby bars and restaurants but this wasn't a massive problem, considering the price the apartment represents good value.
