Guest Reviews
- Melissa (9/5): -
- Justine (8/5): Will stay here again! - Beautiful hotel, convenient location, nice clean rooms. Not much protein offered for breakfast.
- Rachael (6/5): -
- Crystal (6/5): - No Handicap available. When I booked online, it said it did.
- Phoenix (2/5): -
- Daniel (3/5): Not pleasant - The room was very small for two adults. It was noisy and the bathroom could look a lot better. We were disappointed
- shalletar (4/5): Very dirty floor in our room - The room was nice EXCEPT it was dirty! I took my shoes off as soon as I came in the room and when I started walking around-I felt things on my socks. I looked at my feet and there was crumbs etc on them. I took my socks off and turned around by my suitcase and behind the door there was so much debris it was visible. There was a beer bottle cap by the trash can by the TV (we had no alcohol in the room). I had my daughter buy a swiffer on her way into town as she hadn't gotten there yet to sweep the room. Later, in the bathroom, I noticed brown stuff on the side of the tub. I figured it was stained but chipped at it with my thumb anyway and it came right off. Then noticed it all over the back of the bathroom door and floor also. It appeared someone had dropped something and it splattered/spilled all over. Luckily, the swiffer had come with some wet mops also! the spots came right off without any hard scrubbing. The linens all appeared clean, but whoever cleaned our room obviously didn't do the floor-AT ALL! A sweeping and mopping is all our room needed and it would have been a fine room. I sent the Hotel all of this 6 days ago with the check-out process online and haven't heard a word back from them.
I must add though, their breakfast only consisted of bagels, small muffins, dry cereal and waffles if you are looking at eating breakfast here.
- Day (9/5): - Ok
- Kelvin (8/5): - Adequate Better breakfast food
- Ashlen (4/5): We survived not worth the price - Overbooked hotel, had reservations for 2 queens, instead had to share one bed with my kids. Limited breakfast amounts
- Melvin (3/5): Completely disappointed in this hotel in Sheridan WY - The only thing that we are positive about is the location. - not all of the lights worked
- The bathroom counter was too small. The bathroom towels were placed in a cylinder holder that took up most of the space that there was.
- The pillows were bunched up wads.
- Curtains were old fashioned, something you would find in a trailer.
- Smoking in next room, and essence of marijuana in the hallway that filtered into our room.
- Breakfast selection was terrible. No decaf coffee. Left the hotel and went to Starbucks for coffee and a decent breakfast.
- Lindell (1/5): Never stained MOLD! - Nothing There was people standing in the lobby with complaints about mold. Counter receptionists couldn’t get a manager due to lack of know how. We had a reservation that was for 11am but they couldn’t check us in til 4pm with a vacant house (no cars in the entire parking lot) and refuses to refund money, we was on a 36hr drive back home from visiting sick family we just wanted to sleep and that money they need to refund us could help us greatly right now that we are home. Especially since we never stayed there bc we left after trying to get refunded or a manager that we never got and sat on the phone with booking.com for over an hour and they couldn’t help us either I would post the pictures but the other couple that was there has them
- Jennifer (9/5): -
- Raghunath (10/5): - The rooms were clean. the breakfast is very ggod.
- Rich (1/5): Worst hotel experience of my life. Go next door, it was great there the second night. - The worst hotel experience of my life. The worst hotel experience of my life! The hotel was nearly empty, with only 6 cars in the parking lot all night. I thought I had booked 2 dual queen rooms, we were checked into single queens. When asked about an upgrade the clerk refused and quickly became rude and even hostile. I called Wyndham Customer support without resolution. Eventually an upgrade was offered at above the full retail cost of the room, then it was withdrawn when the price was questioned. The clerk refused to give his name, or the name of his manager and refused to escalate the problem. Drinks from the previous guests were left in the fridge. The exercise equipment was ancient and my wife did not feel safe using it. This was day 2 of a 14 day trip, I refused to stay in any other Wyndham properties for the duration of the trip. The worst hotel experience of my life.
- Russell (6/5): Okay - Good location to find, bad location when your room was facing the noisy interstate. The interstate is literally right out the back of the hotel. Space under the door allowed someone smoking or vaping weed and the smell to enter my room at 4:15 am. The room above had someone stomping around late and then again at 4:30 am.....Room was adequate. I secured the room thru Expedia as I was traveling, so my rate was okay for the stay, but would not have wanted to spend the full rate on the room.

- T8840WLbernadettew (8/5): Very classy hotel - Very clean. Nice updates. Friendly staff very accommodating. I did not use the pool or the fitness center. Definitely one of the better hotels I've stayed in.
- Alan (8/5): - Location Security
- Chris (8/5): -
- Cezary (8/5): No thrills hotel on the edge of town. - nice hotel without thrills. good value for money.
- 725samanthai (10/5): Great - Good service and great comfortable beds and they have a good free breakfast. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.
- Mlynczak (8/5): -
- Keith (10/5): - No ice
- Damon (9/5): - Everything place was great
- Thurm (5/5): We were traveling, slept, ate the meh breakfast and were on the road the next morning. - The location was easy access of the interstate. The room was pretty bare bones with a real lack of ammenities. In a word, it was dreary.
- Joseph (10/5): - Nice hotel. Good price.
- Sherry (10/5): - Easy location to find.
- Kristen (2/5): nothing for breakfast - We were there for the weekend with our family for a sporting event and when we went to get breakfast Saturday morning there was no toast no milk for cereal the orange juice was warm there really wasn't hardly anything for our kids to eat before they had to go do their sports which is very frustrating the same thing happened on Sunday morning and the breakfasts are vital to our kids performing as athletes and something that we really value in hotels so we will not be staying here again.
- Albert (10/5): - Convenient;easy access ; parking; open area.
- Rebecca (8/5): - The rooms were excellent. The person who checked us in was excellent. My only issue was with the breakfast. By 6:30AM there was no milk for cereal. The eggs were burnt and when more were brought out they were still cold. There no bagels, pastries and only 4 pieces of bread. The juice dispenser dispensed room temperature juice, not chilled at all. We have been to several Wyndham properties on our 3 week trip and have always had an awesome breakfast.
- Nannette (6/5): - Cleanliness, friendly staff Shower needs repair, kept dripping. Treads need to be put on shower because tub is very slippery. Having pet floor on third floor is ridiculous. What a pain to get up and take pet to elevator to go to main floor to take pet out. I will not stay at baymont again having a pet with me.
- josephcT5356LB (10/5): Fantastic - I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone! The staff is amazing, the general manager is very kind and professional and it is very clean here! One of the cleanest pools I've ever seen in my life!
- Kristina (9/5): Great staff, nice stay - Clean hotel, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location right off of the highway and 5 minutes to downtown Sheridan. Breakfast was good and kept well stocked Our room was 77 degrees and would not cool down. Front desk clerk came up to check it and quickly gave us a new room across the hall. Stunk that we had to change rooms, BUT he was very quick to fix the issue and place us in a room that was cooler.
- Judith (10/5): - Clean room no restaurants within walking distance.
- Holly (6/5): - Very basic room that was quite small. Room was fairly clean and quiet.
- Klaus-Jörg (9/5): - Alles sehr sauber und frisch renoviert. Frühstück halt amerikanisch. Sehr weit zur Besichtigung der reizvollen Stadt
- Patrizia (6/5): Corretto rapporto qualità prezzo - Rapporto qualità prezzo corretto Colazione davvero scarsa
- Alexander (8/5): -
- kyle (7/5): -
- Schumann (8/5): - Breakfast was excellent. There was nothing to warrant any complaints.
- Sukyna (8/5): -
- Jennifer (8/5): -
- Maurizio (10/5): -
- Verified traveler (6/5): Okay place - Okay place. Clean. Thin walls and vinyl flooring….heard people around me and above me. Luckily no one was up late. Would have liked bananas to be available at breakfast.
- Giuseppe (8/5): -
- James (8/5): - Generally what you would expect from a hotel at this price point and location.
- Colleen (8/5): - Staff was great the afternoon I checked in. Very helpful.
In the morning when I went to check out no staff at desk for over 1 hour just a note that said they had to step away and would be right back. No way to check out and get receipt, had to leave keys and go. I wasn't the only guest that had to do this, when I left keys there were more than 5 other packets of keys left on the counter. Hotel states breakfast in the morning was told when checked in it would be from 6a to 9a. No breakfast, no coffee, no reason why. As there was no one to ask or to talk to. Not sure if I would stay at this property again. Very dissatisfied .
- David (10/5): - This property is brand new and maybe a mile from everywhere else. Staff was very polite and professional. They directed me to a good place to eat dinner.
Two minor hitches won the TV didn’t work and she offered to move me to another room, but it wasn’t all that important. I was gonna go to bed early. Next morning, my coffee pot leaked all over the place. I had to turn that over to the staff. The wife and I are heading to Calgary next year and I marked this as a repeat lodging.
- jennifer (2/5): - It was so dirty. We got in very late from traveling and it was such a long day. I would have found another place to stay. No, I should have found another place to stay but it was so late and we were so tired. Wyndham should be ashamed to have such a run down dirty hotel.
- Delfino (4/5): - El desayuno incluido se retrasó 1 hora y media.
- Melissa (4/5): - The prepackaged breakfast items were fine but anything that had to be prepared by staff was either gone or brought out still frozen. There were also people sitting out by the sign, laying in the grass and on the curb when we arrived that didnt seem to be guests of the hotel. The lady who checked us in was very pleasant though.
- Joe (10/5): - Nice
- Massimiliano (8/5): -
- Arlys (8/5): - The dog area was small.
- Elizabeth (8/5): - Great location, nice price, small room but perfect if just traveling and want to stay at a safe location
- Kimberly (10/5): - This is a newer hotel and is right off the hiway. The front desk personell were very friendly and helpful. It was agood location and not far from downtown.
- Thiong'o (3/5): - The staff were friendly. The room was not clean, and the breakfast was limited on variety
- Cheryl (10/5): We will be back - Friendly and helpful staff. Large trailer parking, pet friendly. Suggestion: pet bags and garbage by side door for pet area.
- Renee (10/5): Great single night - Comfortable bed. Cute solo room with all the required things. Everything clean. Breakfast mid to low for sure. Overall super happy.
- Lena (6/5): - The bed & linens were clean but the floor was not, it had not seen a wet mop in a while. The shower didn’t drain well & the Tv remote didn’t work well. Breakfast hours were short. Ok for a quick overnight but not for great for a 4 night stay. Staff was nice but the owner seems very thrifty
- Amar (4/5): - Convenient but very noisy.
- Rhonda (6/5): - Staff wasn't the friendliest but hey everyone has one of those days. The bathroom was small but we made it work. It seemed fairly new but not as clean as I like. Overall thankful it was a decent place to stay.
- Bridgette (8/5): - Very clean. Staff was very friendly
- Fox (8/5): Very good -
- Don (7/5): Good -
- Scott (7/5): OK hotel for Sheridan. Clean and good parking. - I liked the location. Couldn't hear the traffic on the interstate. Went through a long pre-check in but when I arrived, still took time to find it on the computer.
- Laura (10/5): Clean and safe - Nice, comfy bed. Good light blocking curtains. Clean and safe. Needs a handicap or automatic door though at the main entrance.
- George (9/5): Superb -
- Sabrina (10/5): - Would stay again clean room
- Todd (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Rambo-palmer (9/5): Superb - Nice room and staff. They had someone to help us with our luggage to our rooms.
- Tiffany (6/5): Disappointed for $150 in Sheridan, WY - No hello/welcome upon arrival. I couldn’t believe breakfast ends at 9am on Sunday and that you can't get coffee/tea/water at any time. Ridiculous to have to tell them upon text request when we are leaving or to get a knock on the door before 9am for service. And again. Room was too dark. TV / cable was great. Price was ridiculous for this town. Man at checkout was surly - not thanking us for our stay. Their texts are so fake compared to the treatment. No happy campers running the place. And no- we were not rude at all.
- Edward (4/5): Bad breakfasts and loud nights - The rooms are nice. Especially like the hardwood floors. But the AC/Heater controls are not that easy to use. Also, there needs to be non slip things put in the tubs.. I almost fell getting into it. I stayed two nights and two days. The first night was ok, but the breakfasts in the morning left A LOT to be desired. First morning there was no Orange juice, and the eggs and sausage were cold. The second morning, there was Juice, but no bread, and the eggs and potatoes were cold. For a time my second night, on the third floor, there was a dog barking for a good half hour I don't know why barking dogs are allowed. The staff was nice and courteous, and the grounds outside were very neat and clean. Its just some of the extras leave a little to be desired. I will probably stay somewhere else if I go back to Sheridan.
- Abigail (2/5): - There was other peoples hair all over the room, and very unclean
- Timothy (8/5): Very good -
- Sandra (9/5): Superb -
- Heather (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- Drew (6/5): Great Location for Travel, Disappointing Breakfast Setup - The location is convenient, with easy access to the main highway/interstate - ideal for onward travel or exploring the surrounding area. The breakfast area was very small, leading to queues at key spots like the coffee machine, toaster, and waffle maker. Food replenishment was slow, with many items missing or unavailable by the time we got there, so we ended up giving up on breakfast.
- Arquilla (8/5): Very good -
- Erin (7/5): Decent, no frills - The rooms were comfortable, and I liked the 24 hr front desk. The gym left a lot to be desired. Only had a treadmill and a bike that didn’t work. The pool was really small too. But the main thing that bothered me was that breakfast was advertised at 6am-9am, but they often ran out of things and didn’t restock. Our last morning there we went to breakfast at 6:15 and the omelets never even got stocked in the first place.
- Rose (10/5): Exceptional -
- Swanson (7/5): Good -
- Hoby (8/5): - Woman that checked me in went above and beyond
- Kelly (8/5): - The girl that checked us in was great. Friendly polite and helpful.
- Michael (7/5): Good -
- James (6/5): Pleasant -
- Charles (5/5): I wasn’t thrilled with the room.. but the bed was comfortable - Had to have been the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in…. And way too few electrical outlets
- Megan (4/5): - Bathroom smelled like mildew, bathroom door did not close, maids took our towels never left new ones. Breakfast was chaos, and so dirty.
- Kristina (10/5): - Very friendly staff. Nice sized room. Was a mobility room, i am mobility challenged. I was able to navigate the tub/ shower with grab bars fine. It was a comfortable stay.
- jeanne (8/5): - Very adequate rooms and staff. Did not have glasses for bathroom or ice bucket. Everything else was good.
- Robert (8/5): - Very comfortable for our 1 night stay. Close to restaurants in the community. Would stay here again
- Ray (8/5): Very good -
- David (6/5): - Breakfast was terrible, didn’t activate keys for multiple night stay
