- Raluchukwu (7/5): Good - Friendly and helpful staff Mosquito net in bathroom half missing.
- Mr. Temple (3/5): They need to improve in all corners and put guests' needs at the heart of their business. - Breakfast was extremely poor. I mean charging me for a tea bag was unbelievable. I will not recommend it to a friend. The staff are poorly trained. Staff are poorly trained
- MURPHY (8/5): Quiet & Good location, it's recommended for anyone visiting lagos -
- AGBONTAEN (10/5): Staff were friendly and peaceful - Cozy It’s ok
- MADINA (7/5): -
- IDRISSA (8/5): Excellent staff. Good good food and clean environment. Well done. Will come back next year. - Breakfast was good but needs improvement. A very clean environment. Staff are friendly and professional. Overall services are excellent. Well done and keep it up. The door between rooms 202 and 206 should be removed and replaced with cement blocks. The wooden door causes inconvenience because of the noise coming from quests in the other room. Some quests are unruly and noisy when calling or receiving telephone calls which can be very irritating.
- Mpho (10/5): -
- Oluyemisi (8/5): It was okay. - The breakfast was good and the staff were courteous and amiable. Nothing really, just that the room is small.
- Richard (6/5): -
- Guvnortee (8/5): - The neatness and courtesy of the staff
- Aliyu (8/5): -
- Jay (7/5): Good -
- Ndukwe (5/5): average - small just 2 slices of bread If the tv had more channels or the wifi was working it would have been good
- Gift (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ernest (8/5): Very good -
- Uhunmwangho (5/5): fair - The Staff were great An ancient air conditioner with no remote and noisy
tiny breakfast
- Tymas (8/5): Very good - Enjoyed my food to start, good customer service as well
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Muhammad (1/5): Bad -
- Imuetinyan (8/5): Very good -
- Philip (6/5): Just ok - It was ok The ac was noisy and not cold
- Oladeji (8/5): Very good - My one night here was great. Their service is prompt, and you have your privacy. Nothing, actually, it was just a night, so there was no time to explore...
- Tehillah (6/5): Pleasant -
- Moses (8/5): Very good -
- Ayodeji (1/5): Bad - Location was good I made reservation online and getting to the hotel. I was told they don't have room available. It was disappointing for me as I had to start looking for another hotel that night. The staff intentionally reserve the roo. For someone else.
- Seyi (1/5): What a horrible inn - My experience at galpin was horrible, starting from how lazy the hotel receptionists were. They were too lazy to attend to my needs, the shower head was not working, the facilities there are worned out. If you really wanna enjoy your stay galpin Suites should be avoided. The workers doesn't even put efforts in their services. They feel too reluctant to answer to you, they don't bring the breakfast on time. I also want to add the fact the fumigated the room while I was out,and when I'm back I couldn't stay in the room because of the hazardous chemicals that was sprayed in my room, I had a left over food there that was taken without my permission , it doesn't worth the price I paid. Galpin was a no no for me it shouldn't even be displayed on here at all. The services, the facilities, they fumigated my room knowing too well i have leftover food there . I was grasping for air immediately I got to the room, entering the room without my permission and taking my leftover food. I should have sued their asses. Smh
- Uzezi (8/5): Very good - Good location, friendly staff Everything was ok
- Bello (4/5): Disappointing - The breakfast is fraud. Don't be deceived. You will be given slices of bread, scramble egg, and sachet milk.
- Tehillah (5/5): Passable -
- Tania (5/5): Passable - The only good thing there was the staff, very helpful and nice staff. I must really commend them for that. The complimentarily breakfast wasn't spectacular because the hotel decides what meal to give. The bathroom was dirty and water kept spilling out to the floor because the bathroom door was broken
- Stanford (8/5): it was a good experience and i will visit again - the location was excellent proximity to where I needed to be the food from the kitchen was not fresh and was tasteless
- Vincent (6/5): Pleasant -
- Oyekale (7/5): Good -
- Grace (8/5): Great budget hotel - Great staff, I stayed for 13 nights. Definitely budget but I didn’t need much for Detty December. Bathroom flooded after every shower. Wish breakfast was varied
- John (5/5): Passable -
- Funto (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ayodeji (7/5): Good - The environment Privacy
- Ishmael (1/5): Below par, dinghy and smelly - Everything about galpins suits were very poor. The staff were constraints with unnecessary rules and practises that made staying there very regrettable. There was no wifi coverage and a lot of hidden charges.Facilities like beds and furniture are from a past generation mostly broken and patched. Staff appear unwilling sometimes and takes a lot time to respond to basic requests. Room and dinning areas spells of damp and dirts . Everything from staff cleanliness to freshening of the rooms and dinning areas.Staff always have make a lengthy phone call to someone somewhere to act on basic requests.
- Prosper (1/5): No too good but the staff were very polite. Will not return back most definitely - Nothing
It was too old for my liking Everything
- Vanz (2/5): Nightmarish stay - Food could be ordered easily through the "concierge" Although having booked through Booking.com, they did not have my booking on arrival. I had to book a higher room category for my 1 night stay. Or I was being proposed an inferior one.
The situation was very unpleasant after +20 hours spent in the plane and at the airport.
What was supposed to be a restful night turned into a nightmare immediately on arrival.
- Esther (7/5): Good -
- Segun-olasanmi (7/5): Enjoyable - Serene environment and courteous staff Noise interference from other rooms
- Kelechi (7/5): Good -
- Patience (8/5): It's not bad. - Breakfast is ok. Room is good. Difficult to use the wardrobe because the door is too close to bed so find it strenuous to open d door. So.kept my things on d floor. Not enough TV channel to watch. No news, no home video. Just that Indian channel, football, faith channel, and old movies channel
- Kumolu (8/5): Excellent - The ambience The staffs were friendly
- Ali (6/5): Pleasant -
- Anyanwu (10/5): MY STAY IN GALPIN SUITES. - I like the hospitality and cleanliness mostly. There was nothing I didn't like.
- George (4/5): Disappointing -
- Faith (6/5): nice stay - clean facility, complimentary breakfast delivered to your room. Sunday was an amazing staff the AC wasn't that chilling, the tv had only 2 channels to choose from, the shower wasn't running well enough
- Mayowa (7/5): Good -
- Felix (9/5): Superb -
- Rasaki (9/5): Superb -
- Ganiyu (6/5): Pleasant -
- Seun (1/5): Well below standard. I stayed for just that one night and left promptly in the morning. - Staff were friendly and professional Breakfast was eggs. Two slices of bread and choice of tea or hot chocolate sachets. Which was brought to my room.
I'm plant based. I don't eat eggs. I don't particularly want bread and I don't drink tea.
It was also brought to my room at 7am. I didn't ask for this. Should be a kitchen or canteen area where we can go down and make our own choices.
Before leaving the premises you have to have your keys back in to reception. Don't like this at all. My passport and money and valuables may be in the room and I have to give my key to the person at reception. I don't like this at all. Doesn't fill me with any sense of security for my belongings. Luckily nothing went missing.
The property definitely is not a 5 star property. The shower cubicle had a bucket in it as the shower doesn't work. Is that meant to be a joke?

- Veronica (8/5): Okay, was just one night so survived. - Breakfast was not great there could have been more varieties and not just offering a slice of bread and a cup of coffee though location was perfect as I only had to walk 5mins to my appointment location. There was no water in the room, was told needed to pay for a bottle, with the price for the hotel Ithink it woul be nice to have at least 2 small bottles of water as complimentary, we had to ask also for toilet paper as none was in room at the time we checked it.
